I have used NeilMed's sinus rinse kits for over 15 years. Sinus rinses in general were recommended by my ENT for my allergies and I happened to pick this Neil Med brand. Over the years it helped wash out irritants from my sinuses and prevented sinus infections (I also use a nasal spray for allergies).

A couple of months ago, however, a defective bottle came with a kit I purchased. I e-mailed the company and got a response that they would send me a replacement bottle for free but never heard back after I provided them with my purchase date, place of purchase, and other info. I e-mailed follow-ups to them twice to no avail. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau for northern CA who reached out to their current president. She was given 2 weeks to respond. But, no response. It's not the cost of the product that I have issue with -- it's the very poor customer service and not making good on replacing a clearly defective product. There are many other similar products on the market by their competitors. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Paid for my order and heard nothing afterward. I only got the order confirmation. I decided to reach out to customer support. They stated my order wasn't received since my payment was declined. But my bank account was charged. Scam! DO NOT BUY HERE.

After waiting 11 days for my order to arrive, I decided to call the company. I was told everything was backordered for at least a month. However, my credit card had already been charged. I decided to cancel my order.

I have a can of Neilmed Saline Mist spray. It quit spraying with it still about half full. I called them to see about a replacement. The guy all of a sudden pretends to not undertsand me when I said I had an issue (twice.) Called again, and had to give up due to agent's poor English. Will get Arm & Hammer nasal sprays from now on.

Placed my order three times and had it refunded all three times. Keep telling me I had to use US website - and I was.

Don't waste your money buying neilMed suavear earwax removal aid , I paid £10.99 for this product and it did absolutely nothing for the wax in my ear .I feel ripped off.
I had to give it one star to write the review other wise I would of not given any .

I have been using NeilMed sinus rinse sachets for +3 years. This product is simply second to none.

I simply wasn't able to make a purchase through your website due to the need for an attendant to speak to me on the phone to confirm the purchase. You simply lost two purchases due to a bureaucratic flow. I made my purchase of your products at another establishment.

I have not received my order. I ordered my items over 3 weeks ago and there has not been any notification on the status of delivery.

They canceled my order without giving me a reason,

Order was placed, payment was taken August 18, 2022, order has NEVER BEEN PROCESSED OR SHIPPED !! I CAN'T RATE SOMETHING I DIDN'T GET. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I WAS SENT AN EMAIL ASKING ME TO REVIEW THIS PRODUCT. I have sent an email asking for info or refund, have NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OR A RESPONSE.

Can’t get an order taken. Tried three times.

My order has been refunded without inform the reason. Also I’ve noticed that the same amount deducted again from my credit card and there’s no new order.
