Update:

HFS has fixed the issue and the order is successfully processed. The saga below set the stage for my replying to every communication with "I paid with bitcoin" and "someone has received my bitcoin dollars" and finally someone there actually figured out what I was trying to convey. So after quite a frustrating struggle, it is resolved and apparently I have not been scammed. I'll update again when the product is received.

I have had multiple successful purchases from HFS. A few days ago I place another order.

I chose bitcoin and did not get the bitcoin crypto address needed to pay, also did not get the expected phone call to confirm the order.

The next day I got this email from danlela at a domain that whois says is not registered, deverefine.co .

I went there and re-ordered, again selecting bitcoin. This time I was able to do the bitcoin transaction then and there. I completed the transaction successfully it would seem. It said I would get a call to confirm order which again did not happen. Note: I have bought from hfs multiple times in the past, so I know the drill.

So it appears that I have been scammed. The crypto site that I used warmed me several times that it was a scam but I was trusting based on my past purchases.

They are now contacting my via text and email saying
"Please use the following link to pay for Your order because your banking card was not charged on our web site due to technical reasons.
It is necessary to complete the payment within the next 4 hours!"

They don't seem to understand that I selected bitcoin, and if I had select credit card they would have had the info because I would have had to supply that before the order was placed.

Some entity has my bitcoin dollars. I can no longer trust this site.

Ho fatto un acquisto il 5 gennaio 2026 ordine 1104567 pagando con carta. A tutt'oggi non ho ancora ricevuto niente e non rispondono neanche alle email. Procederò a lasciare recensioni negative in tutti i siti possibili.

I've ordered from Happy Family Store for years, have never had a problem. Ordered when I lived in New Jersey. Ordered now I live in Florida. I'm very pleased with them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ordered some medication and there was only 25% of what we ordered and paid for that arrived.
We contacted the store and they asked for photographs,so we supplied these and didn’t hear back from them.
We contacted our bank and they asked to see an invoice but this company refused to supply one,so the bank couldnt help regarding a chargeback, please be warned that this company must not be trusted

Several problems.
1. You got it throught India Post Domestics which was seizured by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
2. You never answer my emails EVER!
3. Why can not I get a refund?

I did order of my due medicine for a first time. The package arrived by time. I was able to see it by tracking number. My payment for the medicine was safe. I'm very pleased.

I have been ordering from HFS for several years, I am a very happy customer who lives in Southern California my orders is always efficient and timely, I love this.
The customer service is extremely courteous, professional and easy to communicate with (nice accent)...they call back after order is taken over phone for confirmation.
The medications ordered are generic and work extremely well, no problem for over 6 years. I highly recommend Happy Family Store.

Have successfully ordered isotretinoin from the EU site. It is a generic, unbranded but definitely works effectively. I cannot comment for other medications.
I was worried as they did not provide a confirmation email/tracking after payment, but will provide it once you contact them yourself via chat.
Delivery by airmail only took 1 week to UK.

Tried to order twice and both times the payment failed and transactions didn’t go through BUT was still charged both times!!! Can’t get hold of anyone to refund it. So not only am I over 60 down, I’m not getting my order. Disgusting!

I have been buying generic Viagra online for thirteen years. I've gotten it from India, China and U.S., all with great results. I recently placed an order from Happy Family. Their pills DO NOT work.

I submitted an order for a prescription, as I'd done numerous times over several years without any incident. I recently received an order that was the incorrect medication and for SEVERAL weeks now have been advised that the product was correct! I've provided pictures, had the medication verified by a local pharmacist that the medication isn't what I paid for, and STILL am being ignored, dismissed and disrespected by this company. Their unwillingness to rectify the situation has prompted me to contact the BBB as well as the FDA. There's no decency or integrity where the Happy Family Store is concerned!!! All I can say is, buyer beware!!!!

Ist wohl Fake. Habe bestellt, danach nochmal versucht mich einzuloggen. Mail und Passwort funktionieren nicht mehr. FINGER WEG DAVON. Hab die Zahlung über meine Kreditkarte sperren lassen.

HFS ist eine Onlineapotheke die es mit den Gesetzen.nicht so ernst nimmt
Das Unternehmen müsste wissen dass es Länder gibt,z.b.die Schweiz die die Einfuhr von gewissen Medikamenten verboten ist und unter Strafandrohung für Konsument und Lieferant steht!
Habe gerade heute eine solchen Brief von swissmedic bekommen!!wunderschön....!

Dont, dont, dont, order from this company!!! They are a fraud. Send out fake meds. Cannot find there website online. Stay away!!!!
