Great reassuring service
I was in a panic as my car suffered a puncture in a NCP drop off zone at my local railway station. I needed roadside assistance to remove my vehicle and they didn’t come for 3 hours. I contacted NCP to explain the situation as hoped I would not incur a fine , for being too long . I spoke to Sam who was extremely helpful and calmly took my details and organised for my vehicle to be placed on an exemption list. He reassured me everything would be okay and stayed on the line to check that I received the necessary email to confirm everything.

I'm going to boycott NCP ar parks in future
My company is no longer going to give any business to NCP car parks. I recently received a PCN as my car was outside of the white lining marking the parking bay. The fact that when I arrived all the other cars were parked the same so I just parked my car 2 foot away from the next car meant I was in breach of the rules. No allowanace for common sense, or at least what I thought was the best option. I had paid my ticket for the full 3 hours. I've paid my £60 fine, but it will cost NCP a lot more than £60 in lost business.

Had issue ( probably my fault) with doing blue badge registration. Spoke to Bianca very helpful and even sent email confirming everything was ok straightaway. It was for drop off at Gatwick . Nice to be able to get all sorted over phone with confirmation just incase.

Eric a credit to NCP
I had an excellent experience with Eric at NCP. I had completely forgotten to pay my Gatwick Airport drop-off parking fee within the required timeframe and only remembered at the last minute. Eric was incredibly quick to help resolve the issue.
He was professional, kind, and understanding throughout the whole process, making what could have been a stressful situation very straightforward. His excellent customer service and willingness to help really stood out.
