Naturaw Arvostelua

My dogs love this food and I have been feeding them it for many years now, have tried others but always come back to Naturaw. Wonderful food, and love the company and it's ethics.

Their customer service and delivery serbice is fairly good, the meat it's okay if your dog doesn't have allergies or things like that, and if you don't want organic grass fed meat. They've discontinued a few recipes over the last few months, and most of them were free range. But it's probably one of the best brand i tried, the meat doesn't stink like many other brands out there, and my dogs liked it. If your dog has allergies, stay away from it.

Decided to try my fussy dog on a raw diet as she was struggling with allergies on her previous subscription (non raw) . She was pretty unimpressed with a couple of other brands, so we tried Natureraw and OMG, she inhales this food. For the first time in 6 years, she cleans her bowl every feed. Service was super fast and variety of flavours was also good. And yes, her allergies are no longer an issue after 3 weeks

I've been feeding Naturaw to my Australian Cattle Dog for a while now and couldn't be happier. His coat is noticeably glossier, his energy levels are great, and he's always excited at mealtimes — which says a lot for a fairly food-motivated breed! The quality of the ingredients is obvious, and it's clear a lot of care goes into sourcing and preparing it properly.

It's reassuring as an owner to know exactly what's going into my dog's diet rather than relying on heavily processed alternatives. Delivery and packaging have always been reliable too. Highly recommend Naturaw to anyone considering raw feeding.

Youre reliable, website is flexible with ability to control orders and subscriptions, food seems to be good quality and well sourced and I really appreciate the transparency on ingredients.
A plea - my dog doesnt do so well with poultry and especially chicken. There are very few complete options that dont have poultry in - forage venison is the only one, and then there are forage beef and real simple duck that dont contain chicken but are still poultry. I so wish you could add more that dont have chicken/turkey in. Id pay a bit extra...

The reason I love Naturaw is because every bit of packaging can be recycled

I phoned for help and advice and the lady on the line was so very helpful. I wish I could remember her name

Quick del always on time

Delivery is wonderful always spot on time, quality of the food is brilliant our dogs always love their Naturaw

New customer to raw feeding, and so far impressed with the variety and quality of the Forage range. My 14 year-old German Shepherd/Collie cross relishes every meal. Satisfying to purchase from such an ethical company. Service and delivery excellent.

Great product that my dog loves and really improves her digestion, figure and coat. Speedy delivery as usual

I made the switch to Naturaw from other leading raw dog foods. I was fed up with sloppy, blood drenched meal when defrosted for my hounds. Naturaw is different and the experience online is just great. The hounds love it and it's really convenient with next day delivery.

Never, ever fed Raw before-but a very special English Setter puppy was fed on this from his breeder, so I continued along the same lines. Although perhaps a little more expensive than most, it is so well worth it, and never any waste. Little Tetley, now at 12 months has received his Junior Warrant from the Royal Kennel Club, passed his RKC Good Citizens Bronze Award and hip scored at an excellent 5:4. He is an excellent coat and condition and I put this all down to his Naturaw diet.

Hi the food is great and our dogs love it .
Unfortunately we now have cancelled the subscription due to bad management of transporting frozen food in the heatwave.
I didn’t know that I had to take photos of the food before I refused delivery therefore I can’t get a replacement order or refund .

What a great company
Brilliant delivery service. My dog loves the variety of food. She is healthier, settled and with great energy.

love naturaw, top quality stuff and their customer service is 10/10. we used to live in a flat and the delivery would sometimes be left outside and because of how long it had been kept out, even though they said that the food was probably fine because of the packaging, because i didn't feel confident they sent us new food anyway which i super appreciate because i know it's not cheap but i also didn't want to risk diarrhoea lmao. at the beginning i also used to call them about some questions with the food and our dog and they were great and helpful. they put their customers first for sure.

I've ordered from this company a few times now. It's great they do the recyclable packaging but unfortunately for me I won't be able to reseal the tub after opening. This is one downside. I wish they had more single proteins instead of a few mixed together. I prefer single meat as I mix it myself for my dogs. Other than that great company with high quality meat and very transparent.

Have tried a few raw food companies, but hate all the plastic packaging. Discovered Naturaw and was really impressed with company's ethos. Using local produce, compostable/recyclable packaging, combining meat with botanicals and good vegetables. Our collie is loving the forage meals.

I have ordered before and food was fine this time round ive ordered a box of food bearing in mind its not hot outside and the whole box delivered by dpd was fully defrosted. I contacted customer services and its almost like they don't believe you as long as you have received your order within 24 hours that's good enough!!! Well no it isnt good enough when your food is not safe to eat or deemed fit fir purpose dont waste your money unless its ice cold outside as the packaging it comes in is just a cardboard box nothing to keep it cool and dpd vans are not cooler vans.
Ive tried to send images but they get my emails but not the images of the food very convenient will not order again from here ok unless you have a problem hey!!
