Was very disappointed. Did order based on description of this shoes. The description says "premium leather". So it's NOT. it's a faux leather and this is statement appeared when you picked the colour. I contacted with the customer service less than 3 hours after the order about a bug on your website and I want to cancel my order as I want to buy real leather. Customer service contacted one week my request telling it's a final sale. Ok, it's final sale, but your webpage mislead people.
Why the description says premium leather???? and after the talk on phone, customer rep sent me return label to send the item back. in this email it says I will get refund "All returned merchandise will be refunded to the original method of payment" .Unfortunate I received e-gift card which I can use only in this store. I don't want to shop in this store, because I don't want to guess If I will get faux leather ( it says when you pick the colour), or premium leather as on description. How the customer should know what is true??? So unfortunately, Naturolizer policy just give you e-gift card which you can use only in there store. I don't want to use it as I don't want to be disappointed with other possible bugs on this website. So I just lost my time 58 doll. Just heads up, to not be disappointed as me
So conclusion:
1. false adverising: - the product description prominently said "premium leathe" but the item was actually faux leather.
2. the truth only appeared when selecting colors
3. broken promise - email with returning label promised a refund to my original payment method, but got e-gift card
4. poor timing - they took a week to respond when I contacted them just less than 3 hours after ordering.
Terrible Customer Service!!
I would have loved to give a good review but I did not receive what I ordered. I placed an order for the Genevieve slide sandals in black (size 7) specifically to take on vacation with me. Unfortunately the company sent me a pair of Sam Edelman flip flops in a size 9 1/2. I called customer service and a floor manager to get the situation rectified and was pretty much told they could not help me. I needed to return the wrong pair first (Wrong pair that they send me) and place a new order for the ones I wanted and there was no garentee I would get it on-time. I explained to the manager I did not make this mistake the company did and they should fix it. They only thing she said she can do is give me 20% off and a code for free shipping but I would have to pay upfront. Worst costumer service ever!
Faulty goods are NOT allowed to be returned
Returns policy states final sale items cannot be refunded. Be aware this means NEVER. So if you receive a pair of shoes with a heel missing you cannot have a refund. So do not buy anything in the sale as they ship faulty items and no refund is permitted
Please don't trust this company!
I purchased pump shoes from them, and they were not true to my size. The shoes are too big! I emailed them, sent photos, and have not received a response until now. Poor customer service. No returns at all and poor quality on shoes.
Wrong size, no response from customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with Naturalizer. I ordered shoes in size 6, but after waiting almost two weeks for delivery, I received size 3 instead. I immediately contacted customer service and requested a refund and return, but I have not received any response to my emails. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. I expected better service from a brand like this and will not be ordering again.

I ordered these shoes on preorder in July and they still haven't shipped. It has been over a week when they said they would ship and no communication from customer support even when reaching out to inquire when they would be shipped. I got these shoes from my wedding and disappointed with the service. The worst part is I can't even cancel my order, but I have no idea when they will get here/no answers from support. I think I may have fallen for a scam :(

Never received my order. They have authorized the payment, meaning they can take the money out of my account whenever. Their phone number is scam. No way we can reach them. They never sent an email either. Do not buy from this website . So deceiving.

New shoes, defect upon arrival
Just ordered ladies black patent leather pumps, received today in poor shape, blemishes on most of each shoe and light scratches. I also paid extra $25.00 for 1 day shipping. Called Customer support, only offered $19.00 off or just return them! The quality that used to be seems no more or care from the Support or company it seems!

One of the worst brand to purchase from online! I received a wrong size of the shoes (international purchase) also paying for the borders tax. Until now, all ok…
When I had to return the shoes it was a nightmare, I open 5/6 online tickets online to ask for a Return Marchandize Authorisation (RMA) form.
Nobody replied for 2 weeks. I had to do over 8 international calls to the US(there is no direct email address) which costed me a fortune!
There was an error on the system which unabled the all different customer support peooke to generating me with an international label.
The last two customer support ladies were able to escalate, and the last one understood that there was a glitch on borderfree service, which they use to ship abroad.
I had to ship with a month and a half delay! To become an e-commerce, naturalizer should invest in IT and customer support!
I lost 2/3 of the money to return the product, plus shipping costs and phone calls!
Unfortunately, I will never purchase online!

I brought shoes from them an online order which was in final sale no return.UNDERSTOOD.
When it arrived i tried it was too tight to even manage to walk even though thats my regular shoe size with any brand.
Sent an email to them that I understand no return policy but can u exchange for a bigger size or i can buy a different one.
But they reverted back that can’t do anything and now the pair of $90 is in waste.

TERRIBLE customer service
Terrible customer service!! I am not sure where they get their customer service agents from but boy do they have a lot to learn. Returns are a nightmare with this company. The worst part is how long you stay on hold. First you're told it's a 7 minute hold. Then it's a 12 minute hold and then it's an 18 minute hold. The last agent that I spoke to had no manners.. Very aggressive and rude on the phone. When I asked to speak with someone else, he rudely put me on hold and left me there. Do better Naturalizer!! Please Naturalizer listen to our recording because I know it's recorded for quality assurance... What a joke!! Nice product for sure but due to my experience I will never purchase again.
SCAM/ POOR QUALITY/TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
What went wrong? Boy where do I begin? STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BUY - Especially dont use ZIP. It's a total rip off. If you like the shoes its not an issue but as soon as you want to return it, Zip keeps a significant amount to themselves and Naturalizer wont honour the refund using the " third party payment plan " excuse. It's a total scam. I spent hours on the phone then more on email and got the run around. I even escalated it to the highest level to their regional manager and lost almost over $300 dollars. I can't believe they are still in business. If I can rate them minus I would. Their shoes aren't even real leather, terrible quality, bad customer service and now they have a terrible reputation for scamming customers out of their hard earned money by either not shipping orders or not honouring returns.

Would give minus five stars if possible to do so. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Gave up any hope of connecting after waiting on hold for more than an hour. An hour! Whatever system they’ve in place it’s a total failure.
