Been fighting for 6 months for a refund and still not received any
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of trying to resolve a simple refund issue, I feel other customers should be aware of my experience.
I ordered a pair of boots from Naturalizer Canada on October 16, 2025, and returned them promptly. Purolator confirmed that the return was successfully delivered to Naturalizer. Despite this, I never received my refund.
A refund should not take months of repeated follow-ups. Customers should not have to chase a company to receive money they are owed for a properly returned product.
The most disappointing part has been the lack of effective customer service. Instead of taking ownership and resolving the issue promptly, I have had to repeatedly contact the company without reaching a satisfactory resolution.
I hope Naturalizer Canada will finally address this matter publicly and process the refund that has been outstanding since my return.

NATURALIZER NEEDS TO CARRY SIZE 4.5 IN ALL STYLES AGAIN!
Naturalizer needs to carry size 4 1/2 again in all styles! I purchased Naturalizer size 4 1/2 for over 30 years, but they stopped selling that size a few years ago, except for approx. 3 styles. BRING BACK SIZE 4 1/2 IN ALL STYLES!! There are folks who wear that size that would gladly buy them because it is a very hard size to find. This is a missed opportunity by Naturalizer.
They don't respect their customers
I ordered two items on 04-09-2026, I only received one and almost a month after placing the order (05-06-2026), I called to find out what's happening with the order, only to be told it was cancelled by a warehouse and I would receive a refund in another two weeks. They didn't even send an email to say that they are cancelling the order and why.
Crap shoes
Crap shoes , cheap tacky and disgusting , like something worth about £10 instead of over a £100. Ever feel like you’ve been had !!!!! Also they are no more a size 8 1/2 than I’m a monkeys aunt . Now I’ve got the humongous task of trying to send the damn things back !!!! God , I’m seething !!!!!

I ordered boots from here they didn't fit me properly I wore them around the house I got blisters so bad I could never wear those boots again they would not refund me or gjve me a store credit because there was dirt on the shoe they no longer make the boot so I could not size up !!!! Unable to return shoes that did not fit
My wife ordered a pair of shoes, but they did not fit and hurt her feet. We tried to return them, but this company made it impossible to do so. They did not provide an order number or confirmation. The website stated it sent an email to us to return the shoes, but we never received the email. We will NEVER buy anything from this company again.
Unhelpful even to a disabled person
I am disabled with no car and I am unable to walk. I returned a pair of shoes using the FedEx prepaid label. I didn’t realize that Naturalizer charged $10 if you use FedEx instead of Happy Returns. I was not able to use Happy Returns because the store with Happy Returns was snowbound from the blizzard in NY. Thus I used FedEx and had FedEx pick up the return. I called Naturalizer Customer Service to refund the $10 return charge. The supervisor would not refund the $10 charge. He said I should have waited and used Happy Returns in the future when it was accessible. I explained that I could not leave packages in my house because I might trip and hurt myself. The supervisor then said that was my option and he wouldn’t refund the return fee. He was condescending. I will never buy shoes from Naturalizer again. The supervisor was not helpful and didn’t care about my situation.

Never again…
Having worn and loved Naturalizers previously, I didn’t hesitate to purchase the Patrese Bootie, which was on sale for $99. The boots are stunning, with a sculptural kitten heel, sexy pointed toe and quality leather uppers. Unlike Naturalizers of the past, these boots offer no comfort - shallow toe box box, zero support and nonexistent cushioning. Unable to initiate a return, I contacted customer support to learn that there are “no exceptions for final sales”. Moving forward, I’ll stick to more reasonable retailers and brands that offer some comfort.

Positive experience
I don’t know why people here have only negative experiences — my own experience with this company has been completely the opposite, and I’d like to share it. I live in Finland, and on November 24th I ordered a pair of boots worth over €200, using Klarna as the payment option. The delivery date in the order confirmation was December 19th. The boots actually arrived earlier than promised, already on December 11th, which is quite fast considering that I live on another continent and the package had to go through several transport stages and also pass through our customs.
The boots were very high‑quality and exactly as described. Unfortunately, due to my own carelessness, I made a serious mistake — my size is EU 39, which corresponds to UK 6.5 and US 9. I looked at the wrong column in the size chart and ordered the boots in US size 6.5, which corresponds to EU 36.5. Because of that, I had to return them. I submitted a return request through the website and some days later received an email with a return label. The package has now been returned. So, no problems at all — and if I had been more careful when ordering, I would now have a brand‑new pair of stylish boots on my feet.
The funniest part is that I should have paid about €70 in customs fees for this package, because in Finland everything coming from outside the EU is subject to customs duty — but no one asked me for anything, and the package was delivered straight to my post locker. I’m giving full points, because in my case there was nothing wrong with the company’s service. I will very likely order from this company again in the future, because the selection seems quite good.
My order never shipped
I placed an order for a pair of shoes on Dec 1st and did not get any confirmation that the ordered had been shipped, so I emailed on December 9th to confirm that that order was being filled (the money was taken from my account). I have not heard back despite an automated email that says I will get a response in 1-2 business days. I’m not thrilled and not confident that my order will be coming at all.

Worse customer care service I have ever seen I my life and there website is soo contradicting when you place the order it says next business day delivery but than the policy says 1-2 business day. And the shoes are not worth it at all spend your money elsewhere
Couldn’t be worse
Bad costumer service. I waited for more than a week for response and also they don’t want to pay for international shipping - that can be very expensive (almost as expensive as the boots).

Awful company who do not care about…
Awful company who do not care about customers. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from UK and returned as the sizing information was not clear - the prices being in £ made me think the sizes were UK, which they are not as I found out when the shoes were delivered. I raised this with them and they clearly don’t give a stuff about UK customers.
Waited an age to receive returns labels as their customer service is so slow. Received shoes in 2 separate boxes so had to sent back separately incurring a £20 return charge.
The items reached their depot on Wed 17th Sep and got a refund for one pair a few days later. I am STILL waiting for a refund for the second pair over a week later. Had to raise it will be Credit Card provider as not hearing back after emailing.
I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole and will not be ordering a thing from them again!
The shoes are WAY overpriced for what they are. Don’t waste your money!!

No answer, no possibility to return (although I have all the rights), customer service just ignores your emails. I can’t return without their answering, because I am not in US
