This is my second order,bought the vest,an decided to buy the puffer in sales,took only 9 days to deliver to UK,glad I did as they have sold out or taken it off their website,bought XXL and it fits beautifully,this won’t be my everyday jacket as I have cheaper ones

Had 2 orders in 2 weeks and had no problem considering there getting sent from the Czech-Republic to the U.K. both delivered within 11 days from order although Yodel were a bit slow with the delivery updates but thats on Yodel .. great quality but consider going up a size , I went up a size from L to XL in the mens jackets and its a good fit

If I could give no stars I would. Ordering, paying & delivery was fine however my problems started when I tried to initiate a return. After booking 3 different ‘courier pick up’ returns (I live in N. Ireland and drop off to a courier pick up isn’t available) that all failed to show I called their customer services. I ended up calling 3 times, each time I got a different story from the different call handlers. At time of writing I await my 3rd email of instruction telling me how to return my item. I even offered to post it myself at my own expense! It appears they have no dedicated returns department???? A horrendous experience altogether and one that I definitely won’t be repeating and I would urge anyone NOT to use their online service. It’s absolutely horrendous.

No email confirmation, no delivery updates, poor automated email help, contact number is offline (cuts off after one call).
Overall, their online customer service set up is poor.
Be catious and screenshot order number after purchase. The only solution...
To think you have to take counter measures for a simple trade.

Ich kann nichts negatives sagen! Bessere Wintersachen habe ich noch nie gehabt! Wenn man die Pflege Hinweise beachtet ist die Qualität nicht zu toppen. Da gibt es andere angebliche Markenprodukte die wesentlich schlechter abschneiden.

Ho acquistato due piumini Napapijri per mia figlia (di cui farò un reso per uno), modelli diversi per scegliere il più adatto alla sua corporatura.
La vestibilità non mi sembrava coerente con quanto scritto nella descrizione, per cui ho scritto due recensioni per i prodotti, comunque belli indiscutibilmente, ma con una nota di negatività sulla vestibilità.
Non mi sono state accettate. Neanche inviate. Proprio bloccate sul nascere. Spero di non avere problemi con il reso che farò nei prossimi giorni.

I think it’s only fair to add balance to some of the poor reviews. I ordered a jacket and hat and immediately received an order confirmation and tracking link for Yodel that clearly stated that my next update would be sent to me once the parcel arrived in the UK. It’s important to note that you MUST enter a mobile number to get text updates, they are not automatic. I received both a text and mail update when the items were received by Yodel in the UK and was given regular updates as the parcel made its way to me. I am in North East Scotland so I don’t expect a lot when it comes to delivery but I was impressed. Ordered 14.11 dispatched 15.11 received 27.11. Much longer than the website states but I bought in the sale and it’s getting closer to Christmas so I have realistic expectations

We ordered a pair of trousers via the website. They were sent from their Czech depot. Delivered in 3 days after ordering. Unfortunately wrong size and sent back. Delivered in Czech warehouse 5 days later. Three-four days after that return-delivery, we got an email telling that the full amount is going to be reimbursed via the credit card. In summary: Napa lives up to what they state on their website and we're satisfied on their prompt delivery and interventions.

We have reordered some other stuff and had to send back part of it. All going well up to now. The clothes we kept are living up to the quality expectations we hold of a good brand!
Finally also a heads-up for the Rankine2 Parka: a really good wintercoat that helps you withstand subzero (I tested till -15°C...) temperatures easily.

Coat was due to be delivered within 8 days of ordering, and on the 8th day said it was out for delivery, meant to be delivered between 3-5. Got an update from Yodel saying there was a “Short” delay and checked on the estimated date of delivery, which said another week. Avoid The company and delivery service, so uncoordinated

Commande jamais reçu, le service client refuse de faire quoi que se soit malgré toutes les démarches avancés.

Waardeloze klantenservice. In Italië een jas/vest gekocht die in Nederland beschadigd bleek te zijn. Foto’s opgestuurd waar de gaten duidelijk te zien waren waarna ik dagen niks hoor. Ik had geen bon meer dus een bankafschrift gestuurd. Dat was niet voldoende dus wilde ze mij niet helpen. Uiteindelijk alsnog de bon weten te achterhalen waarna ik een bericht kreeg dat ik foto’s moest maken met een wit blad in de gaten. Geen uitleg niks terwijl op de eerste foto’s de gaten duidelijk te zien waren. Dagen later krijg ik een reactie dat de foto’s zijn doorgestuurd. Geen plan van aanpak, 0 feedback of medewerking. Maar als ik niet binnen 24 uur reageer krijg ik wel gelijk een mail dat ik niet wordt verder geholpen als ik niet alsnog binnen 24 uur reageer. Inmiddels zijn we 3 weken verder en is het nog steeds niet opgelost.

İn de winkel t shirt gekocht na 1x dragen zaten er gaatjes in. Mee terug gegaan naar de winkel. Bonnetje had ik en binnen een week. Was fabrieksfout maar omdat de label afgeknipt is wilden ze het niet ruilen ondanks dat het onder de garantie viel! Zeer slecht service voor een bekend merk! 1ster is al veel!! NOOİT MEER BİJ NAPAPİJRİ İETS KOPEN

Ein weißes TShirt im August gekauft. Kostenpunkt 43,- €!!
3 mal gewaschen: Form verzogen, kleine Löcher sind entstanden.
Ich werde diese Marke in Zukunft meiden.

Impossible to return item, the Collect+ service they use doesn't even seem to exist anywhere anymore so literally impossible to send it back. Clearly a company about to go under. Don't answer the phone. Will never buy anything from them again.

Wat ging er mis? Nou ik heb een bestelling geplaatst van 9 artikelen. Hiervan heb ik er 6 terug gestuurd via UPS en ook retour gemeld op de website van Napapijri zelf.

Nooit een bevestigingsmail van gekregen. Het pakket is wel afgegeven bij UPS en daarvan heb ik ook bewijs. Ook is er bewijs van afgifte van het pakket aan Napapijri, maar hen zeggen dat er niks is binnen gekomen. Hen komen met allerlei smoesjes. Meerdere malen contact gehad, maar ze blijven liegen. Hele rare medewerkers bij de klantenservice. Ik overweeg om aangiften te doen.

Mochten de mensen van Napapijri (de oplichters) dit lezen, doe even normaal en los je enorme rotzooi op!!!

How bad is this company become 3 weeks since sent item back tracking says received item but no refund been in touch but to no avail avoid.

Acquistate scarpe da passeggio. Lavate con sapone neutro, come tutte le sneackers di quel tipo, ma ad ogni contatto con l'acqua il colore va tutto via intingendo tutta la suola.

Ich habe im Mai diesen Jahres im El Corte de Ingeles in Zaragoza / Spanien 5 Napapijri Polo Shirts gekauft.

Kosten insgesamt ca: 460€

Die Qualität ist unterirdisch. Schon nach dem ersten waschen ist die Farbe total verblichen. Die Reklamation war eine total aufwendiger Prozess bei dem ich immer wieder neue Bilder von dem Shirts schicken musste: Ergenis----keine Erstattung, auch nicht teilweise. NIE WIEDER NAPAPIJRI.

Well what used to be an excellent brand with quality products and brilliant customer service unfortunately as now become another let’s bang out poor quality products for street wear and keep our inflated price point for a once reputable brand
