Misleading shipping info
"Free shipping worldwide and 100 day returns" does not include the high price the customer is stuck paying if they need to return. I paid nothing to ship my shoes to the US but had to pay 35 euros just to ship them back because they were too big. I got the refund on the shoes but wasted over $35 usd on literally NOTHING (I decided to just return instead of exchanging for a smaller size since I no longer wanted to support the company). I would not have purchased in the first place if you had been transparent about your shipping policy.
Note: My experience was over a year ago but I just received an email to leave a review.

Aumento dei prezzi vergognoso
AGGIORNAMENTO in seguito alla risposta:
Tutte belle chiacchiere che non cambiano la sostanza: che i prezzi siano raddoppiati lo posso dimostrare, dato che conservo ancora la fattura dell'acquisto nel 2017 di un paio di mocassini modello Diego, pagati 56€ + 9€ di spedizione. Ora quel modello non si trova più, gli unici mocassini in catalogo sul vostro sito sono modello Tango, che costano la bellezza di 128€. Quindi dire che non avete raddoppiato i prezzi è semplicemente negare l'evidenza.
Fatemi vedere un modello di mocassini sotto gli 80€, e può essere che acquisti ancora da voi.

Avevo acquistato un paio di scarpe tipo mocassini circa 6 anni fa, a un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: 65€ incluse spese di spedizione.
Recentemente, essendo ormai giunto il momento di cambiarle, ho visitato di nuovo il sito ma, non solo non ho più trovato quel modello, ma quello più simile ha un costo addirittura doppio rispetto ad allora!
Anche volendo considerare il recente aumento dell'inflazione, raddoppiare il prezzo in appena 6 anni non è minimamente giustificabile: sarebbe pura speculazione!
Se queste sono le politiche commerciali che hanno adesso, questo venditore per quanto mi riguarda è definitivamente cancellato: all'epoca avevo dovuto cercare fino in Portogallo per trovare delle scarpe vegan a un prezzo conveniente, ma a 120-130€ ne trovo dappertutto, e delle loro non so cosa farmene.

Nae are just the loveliest company to deal with. Of my recent orders, a pair of sandales (so comfortable) and a couple of sneakers. One of the sneakers was not a good fit for me, organising a return is so easy. Highly recommend this company and their shoes/boots which are beautifully made and so comfortable.

Really cute in picture... but not a great experience
Trainers were too large even though I took my regular size.
Flats were not comfortable and gave me blisters so I stopped wearing them. Overall very disappointed

Die letzten Saisons hatte ich immer NAE an den Füßen. Für mich ein Beweis, dass nachhaltige Mode nicht öko aussehen muss.
Leider werde ich mich künftig zumindest bei geschlossenen Schuhen umorientieren müssen. Es wird auf sehr schmale Füße geschustert und die veganen Materialien lassen sich schlecht dehnen.

Los materiales
Los materiales, precisamente para respetar el espíritu vegano, no solo no han guardar relación con la explotación o muerte de un animal sino que han de ser lo más duraderos posible para reducir el consumo de materias primas y, con ello, reducir nuestro impacto en la vida sobre la Tierra. Pues bien, no solo no son duraderos (se me han roto las suelas sin apenas estar desgastadas por el uso) en la zona de flexión del pie, se despegan fácilmente las zonas que unen distintos tejidos (tela y goma, por ejemplo),... es decir un producto de consumo más que arropándose con el adjetivo VEGANO no aporta ningún valor al producto al tener tan escasa durabilidad. He comprado varias veces en su tienda pero creo que no volveré a repetir.
PD: Mi última compra no fue hace mas de un año (como figura el su respuesta a mi opinión) si no el Julio 2023

Ich habe die Pole White vegane Sneakers bestellt und bin vollkommen zufrieden mit der Abwicklung meiner Bestellung sowie mit dem Aussehen und Qualität der Sneakers. Die Schuhe sehen wirklich so aus, wie sie auf der Internetseite vorgestellt werden. Dank der Größentabelle habe ich die richtige Größe bestellt (übliche Größe 39, Sneakers in Größe 39 passen perfekt). Das Material und die Verarbeitung sehen hochwertig aus. Ich bin rundum glücklich mit diesem Kauf und werde auf jeden Fall bei NAE auch für künftige Schuhbestellungen reinschauen.

Bestellung schließlich doch erhalten
Nachdem ich mich direkt an Nae gewandt hatte, wurde der Verbleib der Ware (s. Nachricht unten) geklärt und ich erhielt schließlich die Kosten für die verlorene Sendung ersetzt und konnte erneut Schuhe bestellen - die diesmal zuverlässig zugestellt wurden (über DHL). Seitens Nae verlief die Korrespondenz mit mir sehr transparent und engmaschig. Vielen Dank dafür! Das war ein guter Kundenservice!

Leider ist die letzte Bestellung nicht bei mir angekommen. Ist kein Fehler von nae sondern von Hermes. Habe den Paketdienst angeschrieben und die Nachricht erhalten, ich solle mich gedulden. Das Paket ist angeblich am 26.07.2023an mich übergeben worden-nur war ich da gar nicht zu Hause. Nun wird geforscht, wo die Bestellung abgeblieben ist. Wie gesagt, das ist nicht das Verschulden von Nae hat aber natürlich Einfluss auf mein Einkaufserlebnis, welches nun einfach ärgerlich und langwierig in der Klärung ist.
