So comfortable and looks better than leather. Plus it makes me feel good that no animals were exploited to make my shoes. Now I know we can do without leather.

Die Bestellung war wie gewohnt unkompliziert, und der Schuh kam ebenfalls wie gewohnt gut verpackt an.
Ich finde den Schuh sehr angenehm zu tragen.
Ich habe eine Stiefelette von Nae, die deutlich unbequemer ist.
Das war aber auch ein Schuh aus der Anfangszeit. Die Entwicklung geht weiter.
Auch den Preis finde ich durchaus ok.

C’est absolument rare d’être satisfait 100% tout le temps, surtout quand on est français.
J’ai acheté déjà 5 paires chez Nae Vegan Shoes et j’ai été 5 fois TOUT LE TEMPS émerveillé.
La qualité est plus qu’au rendez vous, le confort des chaussures est incroyable, pas d’odeurs douteuses après des mois, la finition est superbe, et les modèles sont super élégants.
C’est un peu cher mais au vu de la qualité je dirai que c’est tout à fait normal.
Vraiment content à chaque fois.

The shoes are beautiful, the vegan leather is great but the sole of the boots I bought broke a month after I started using them... I am talking about normal shoe use - just walking in them around a city, nothing out of the ordinary. I am very disappointed.

I love the boots! Stylish, sturdy, eco-friendly, and VEGAN. The 9.5 (41) is a smidge tight on me but I worried that the 10 (42) would be too big, and I'm sure they'll break in a bit as I wear them. Fast international shipping is amazing, plus great customer service.

They looked wonderful and were very comfortable. However, Mine lasted about 10 months, bought in January and soles detached by October. I wore them several times a week for 4 of those months and about once a week for the other 6 months. For the price, I'd expect them to be far more durable. How sustainable are they if I have to buy new ones every year? If they were welted, then they could be resoled multiple times, but unfortunately not.
Also, the 'burnt' toe cap aesthetic looked nice for all of about 2 days before I got a scratch on the boots and it revealed that it's just a kind of paint. It scratched off, which made the boots far less attractive.
I'll probably stick with Will's of London. Similar vegan shoes but higher quality in my experience

Very happy with my purchase. I bought boots online and shoes in store and both were very pleasant shopping experiences. I had to exchange the boots for a smaller size, but the exchange process was very painless and easy. Plus, the products are cruelty free which is very rare to find. I love my new shoes.

Bought a belt for men.
After 3-4 month regular wear, the metal coating of the buckle is wearing of. You can see the beneath metal (cupper color). On the other hand, the vegan leather still almost looks as new.

No replacement was offered, only a discount on the next purchase.

I ordered some loafers in size 40, and customer service got in touch to say that due to a manufacturing error, the shoes ran big, and so they would send me a size 39. The shoes are still quite roomy (which is a little tricky with loafers, I means I'll need to wear them with socks or tights or I'll blister), but otherwise they are very comfortable, and I appreciate that shoe sizing is notoriously difficult to get right.

My only gripe is that the shoes didn't look quite the same as they did on the website - there were two edges that online were neatly sewn, but in reality were simply cut leather, which of course does not look so smart. I did tell customer services, and they were nice and offered me a 15% discount on a future purchase. The trouble is, even with 15% off the shoes are still an investment, and I'm a little reluctant to buy a product that might look different to how it appears online.
All in all: well made, nice product; sizing inconsistencies but the company did try to accommodate for that in advance; but also unfortunately manufacturing inconsistencies which meant the shoes looked different than expected.
I would buy from the company again, but I might stick with a sale item to see if generally speaking the products do match the website.

I love how easy it is to shop at this site. Even though it is miles away for someone who is looking for reasonably priced vegan leather stuff. These shoes are really soft, and comfortable. I can’t believe it’s not leather! A tad on the wider side but that works for me. I walked around town in them and now they are my autopilot everyday wear.

I purchased the Jacque Vegan Leather pointed toe sling backs. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I really like the nude shoe with the toe wrapped in black. They will match my work attire nicely.
I also received great communication from NAE's team, having checked that I did in fact receive my shoes.
