This company gets worse and worse.I placed an order on 4 th april 2025 and I needed my items for a project I promiced to someone dear to me.The order did not arive and I was worried I called them on 29 th april and they said that they feel sorry and they will send me the order Asap.I have asked them,how long it will take to arrive and they told me 2 weeks.My project needed to be ready on 5 May and I have told them that it is too late and I don t wait another 2 weeks because of their mistake and I need my money back.The total amount they took me from my card was 271 euros and after my insistence yesterday and today they sent me 257 euros. 14 euros minus.Why????? After I cryed yesterday because I did not know how to explain to people I promiced my project,now they take money from me???After 1 month waiting,I stay without 14 euros,too?Its not about 1 euro or 14 euros!Its about integrity and professionism.You can not ignore someone in this way.And I need people to know that I felt so bad and desapointed.The lady i spoke 3 times inbthe phone,gave me the impression that she understoid my pain and I specify i need my total amount back ifv271 euros back!!!Listen people,this company is wrong.It was not like this years before.Something is happening with thus company now.I will never,ever buy from them.I see in reviews,I am not the only one with this kind of problem now.I need all my money back!!!those 14 euros are mine,too.You need to learn that you can not make laugh of people!! I had a very very very bad experience with you.

I purchased several essential oils from Mystic Moments on February 25, 2025. The products never reached me, and the company never looked into the matter. I sent multiple emails, to which I received vague and unsatisfactory responses. I felt that the company showed a disregard for its customers, a behavior completely inconsistent with the brand’s promise of well-being and care.

Lovely company

Ordered 4 oils, the first was really nice quality, the others not so much. I intended to buy more when I'd run out but I've literally run out in 4 days, there's next to nothing in the bottles and I have got through a bottle a day. I can only assume the bottles are made of thick glass as they appear full. I have thrown oils away before because usually I don't use them up within the time frame so I won't be placing a second order. Disappointing.

Customer service is unresponsive!
Their oils are not good quality and might even be false advertising fragrance oil as essential oils.

I have concerns that the company is selling Fragrance oils as essential oil. I wrote to the company to address my concerns about fake / diluted oils. It took days for them to reply and I was sent a huge file in which one of the pages stated there is no guarantee their products are free from Carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxin as they don’t test their batches. This is extremely worrying as customers are inhaling this product constantly using it in diffusers.

I ordered products from France and unexpectedly had to pay customs tax which they reimbursed me one day after receiving my email. That is great customer service!

Disappointing Product and Customer Service

I purchased the Mystic Moments | Oud Fragrance hoping for a rich, authentic oud scent. Unfortunately, the smell was horrible—nothing even close to oud. It was overpowering and unpleasant, more like cheap chemicals than the luxurious fragrance I expected.

To make matters worse, when I returned the item, the company failed to issue a refund. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I definitely do not recommend buying from Mystic Moments. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Absolutely awful product. Bought the Frangipani absolute oil and it was so terrible I have thrown it in the bin. I have used frangipani for years and this was a chemical awful smell. Avoid this company.
