The website was probably bugging or in maintenance. Because so difficult to change the language to French (I didn’t find it), some texts are white on a white font (for example the button to checkout was invisible..). The website was not like that the last time I made an order.

op de website staat er dat je de dag na…
op de website staat er dat je de dag na bestellen het product thuis geleverd staat maar als je naar betalen gaat staat er dat je 9 euro moet betalen om het binnen de 2 dagen thuis te hebben want de gewone wavht tijd is 3 tot 5 dagen. ook na het aankopen word je doorverwezen naar een site die cashback doet van een 16euro maar waarbij je wel 18 euro per maand van je rekening laat trekken. dus toch opletten. kwam niet professioneel over... ook krijg ik geen mail of factuur van mijn bestelling. beetje raar allemaal

Good afternoon,
I decided to rate my experience today. And to be honest the products are good, that ain't really the problem. The main problem is your app. You need to rethink it on some specificities. For example, in terms of language, I'm from Belgium and y'all be putting Dutch. I'm happy that I know a little bit Dutch, but if I were a French talking customer on the app I would just give up. The other problem: When you click on a certain menu you don't have a button that brings you back to the menu before. Cause when you just use your phone's button you'll be back to a loading screen that goes for a very long time so I keep closing and opening the app. Maybe the rating shouldn't be as harsh as I put it but I should give it attention so there you go.

FAKE "EXTRA 10% KORTING"!
Op de website stond "EXTRA 10% KORTING OP ALLE EIWITTEN", maar ik heb twee pakken eiwitpoeder gekocht en deze korting niet gekregen.
It was written on the website "EXTRA 10% DISCOUNT ON ALL PROTEINS" but I bought 2 big packs of protein and I didn't get this discount.

After I bought a product I am not satisfied!!!
After you buy a product you are redirected to a page which it says if you wand to have 16€ discount go to this web site, and the website as I checked is fake.
2. I ordered a wrong item and there was no cancelling option eventhough I realises my mistake in lesa than 10 mins and decided to cancel it and send them message and now they are sending me the pocket!!!!

It’s a bit early to leave a review, as the order was only just placed. The first notification I received was that the delivery will be delayed, which isn’t ideal. I also found out that I can only track my order by creating an account; doing so as a guest doesn’t seem to work. Not the best start.

in één woord WAARDELOOS
in één woord WAARDELOOS, geen gratis shaker gekregen ondanks het duidelijk in de bestelling stond, en klantendienst weigert proactief mee te werken aan een oplossing, nee integendeel, enkel en alleen schuilen achter dat men ergens een vinkje zou moeten aan zetten om deze te krijgen, terwijl het al DUIDELIJK in de bestelling staat, malafide praktijken zo, 1 keer en nooit meer, er zijn alternatieve eiwit poeders ondertussen al gevonden die zelfs vele malen goedkoper zijn!!!
