Ordered bunch of flowers for Mother's day at 8am with same day delivery. Delivery was between 6am to 9pm per their website and tracking. The order was not even started till 8pm. It's now past 10pm and no sign of the order. Customer call numbers are busy or non existent. Cannot request refunds. Don't order from here. Use local flower shop or Zomato or FnP instead. The owner should be ashamed of the service.

Worst ever they don't deliver on time at all if we schedule any delivery, I have face this consecutive 2 times and decided not to ever again from them

I ordered a birthday cake for my mother. They didn’t deliver it on the day of birthday and sent me an email confirmation that the item is delivered. when i made a complaint, next day evening a cake costing rupees 350 is delivered to my mother. The cake was bought from a bakery in my neighbouring town and delivered it to my mother. I had paid them Rs1590 for the cake and Rs350 for the delivery. This is unprofessionalism and fraudulent activity from your their end. Nothing more to tell those people; God bless you.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the services provided by this fraud company. I cannot believe that I fell victim to their scam and paid them the full amount of 1450 for a bouquet, small teddy bear, and chocolates. The company promised me a beautiful bouquet with a combination of lily flowers and roses, along with 15 chocolates that were supposed to be worth 50 rupees each.

However, when I received my order, I was shocked to see that the chocolates were of poor quality and were only worth 10 rupees each. When I complained to the company, they sent me another pack of the same cheap chocolates. This was not what I had paid for and I was extremely disappointed.

When I confronted the company about the poor quality of the chocolates and the missing lily flowers, they had the audacity to tell me that this was all I would get for the amount I paid. This is a clear case of fraud and false advertising. The company promised me something and delivered something completely different.

I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and ethics shown by this company. They have no regard for their customers and are only interested in making a quick profit by scamming innocent people. It is unacceptable to cheat people out of their hard-earned money in this manner.

I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company and not fall for their false promises. They are scammers and will only disappoint you with their subpar products and services. I regret ever trusting them and I hope that my review serves as a warning to others to not make the same mistake.

In conclusion, this company is a fraud and should be shut down immediately. They have no place in the market and should not be allowed to continue deceiving people. I hope that the authorities take strict action against them and ensure that they do not continue to scam innocent customers.

Ordered flowers from overseas to deliver to an Indian friend. No delivery of flowers, no response from customer service, my money has gone down the drain it seems. Too bad I didn't check the reviews here first. Everyone giving one star here is absolutely right. DON'T deal with this company

Sent dead flowers instead of 36 fresh white flowers. I am taking them to the consumer court. Everyone who has a bad experience, feel free to reach out to me on facebook (Sara Alam) and we can get our money refunded plus make sure this company runs out of business

Big scam

Big fraud and cheat company.
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
The order status is showing delivered but actually nothing delivered. For last 2 months struggling to get my money but every time they say we can refund only in your wallet, for last 15 days the money is still not refunded in wallet as well.

This is pure cheating and fraud for the money I have paid (1600 Rs) ,I received 10 dead roses.i will definitely appeal to the consumer court and get things justified.

Fake delivery. Please never ever use this website. It is a complete scam.
I ordered a few things for my friend and the order was not at all complete. So I raised a complaint with the company and they closed the complaint without solving the issue. Such a very big scam company. It better to use other genuine company like the Ferns and Petals.
I am not doing this to promote any other companies. But this is a real anger from a dissatisfied customer.

It's afraid company. Order recieved and product not delivered still the online status is showing that the product is delivered.No way u can get refund.

Unfortunately I hadn't read the reviews on Trustpilot before placing the order - but all reviews here seem accurate: it's a highly fraudulent and scamming website. They accept orders, add various additional charges but don't deliver. Please do not waste your money on these guys. Despite providing a detailed address, with manned reception and 2 phone numbers, no attempt or contact was made for delivery. Evidently, a fraudster - needs to be reported!

Order ID: #1259015 was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb evening, it was not delivered on 14th, they gave a fake excuse and told us that it would be delivered on 15th. Delivery was not done on the 15th too. Customer care is impossible to reach, they don't pick up phone calls. Mails are not responded to.

Order flowers for wife's birthday on 14th Feb, Charged 150 rupees due to Valentine's days rush, but did not deliver. Customer care number does not work. No way to cancel or contact the vendor. On 15th Feb they are delivering the flowers and the delivery guy says I wont get refund if I don't accept the flowers. Pathetic service. Thugs looting money.
