Worst Experience. I ordered Yellow Roses. Got Red. The Numbers given on site 011-45951000, 9871141000do not exist. This is a BIG FRAUD, Do not Order any Item from them. Cheaters of the first Order.

Hopeless and not at all trust worthy. Ordered a cake for a morning event, shamelessly came to deliver it the next day afternoon. Absolute bunch of cringe.

I have ordered a cake and set of flowers to be delivered on the same day.(30/10/2024). The payment was deducted but there was no email from them confirming the order. I haven’t received any order number. Literally nothing regarding my order shows up on their website. Even to make any complaint, I dont have the order no. The payment has been made, I have the UPI transaction no as well. No reply to the mails or on instagram whatsoever. Such a pathetic experience.

this site is a scam. I ordered a chocolate bouquet with assorted jar cakes and they delivered a totally different product. if you do not have what i order you should infrom me first as u cannot change it to something else without asking me as i would order from some other site, on the top when i complaint about this they are saying that changes was done in the order after coordinating with the sender person, And the same was delivered to the recipient as approved on call . as they never asked me or take an approval on call straightway lying to me know , will never ever order from this site again. SHAME ON YOU, PATHETIC

I wish I had seen the reviews before placing an order. The order is not delivered till now and helpline executive just repeats the same message “ your order will be delivered before 9pm” no tracking nothing. I got scammed. Please never order here.

Absolutely terrible experience. Its a SCAM company, not real person wants to take responsibility or come forward. Forget about your gift ever receiving. These jokers playing with people's emotions on their family and friend's special day. Hope someone takes serious action against them soon.

They never commit any time slot for delivery, just say 9am to 9pm. Upon calling them and requesting them for a slot they say before 6pm, before 7pm, etc but delivery only at their convenience. Completely disappointed as all the guests and the birthday boy waited hungry for the cake! Never go with these guys

These people are absolute scammers, go for any other service but theirs. They will not deliver your order and neither is there any way to contact them altogether.

SCAM! Ordered for same day delivery and not delivered even after 24hrs. Moreover lied to me that the order was rescheduled as there employee met with an accident. Just waste of money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Not to be trusted! We ordered for same day delivery but the order was never delivered. There is no way to contact them for support. The emails are always undelivered and WhatsApp messages remain unanswered. We made a dozen international calls and someone answered only once just to say that they do not have any information and to check our emails. No emails ever received and until today our order is still on the way! Looks like a scam machine...please DO NOT use this service.

This seems to be a fraudulent company. I had ordered flowers for mothers day to sent to Chennai and the flowers were never delivered, despite a message saying they had been delivered. The emails to them bounce back and the phone line provided don't exist. In the initial messages they said the delivery was delayed so I made my mother who is 85 stay awake till 11.30, and she didn't get the gifts ultimately. Not to mention the money lost. Really upsetting...

I ordered a nice white roses bouquet as seen on their website for my Fathers death anniversary to deliver to my mum, instead they delivered some cheap Red roses. It was totally disrespectful to have this delivered for a funeral and totally annoyed. Wasted hours in getting in touch with their customer service and did not even refund. What a useless service and they are there only to disappoint customer. Do not waste your time and money on this website.

Order was placed for (Pune city)4 days in advance yet delivery delayed, no ETA provided; customer service did not respond to query. Delivery was scheduled between 9 am to 12 pm.
It’s now 5 pm and no update from customer service, tracking is just showing delayed message from past few hours. I will never order from this place again.order ID 1283649

I ordered a cake for delivery on May 11 in Pune for my parents anniversary! A day before mothers day! They consistently failed deliveries in the past and since they dont refund the money back to credit card for failed deliveries, they only issue refund back in their wallet. I had around Rs.1500 in the wallet and therefore again took a chance to order, they failed to deliver the items saying there was a landmark issue and phone was not reachable (an usual excuse by them always)
After 24 hours there was no re-delivery.
On 14th they responded to my complaint saying there would be redelivery but nothing came! Now its almost 6 days past the delivery date and they are asking for Rs.100 to redeliver an item that they failed to deliver at the first place! Fraud company! I am taking them to Consumer forum! This is the kind of service I have received consistently for most of the deliveries from them! My money is stuck with them and they are not ready to refund!

Company did not deliver the order on mothers day as ordered. I asked them to cancel order and refund. They made a excuse that landmark was not found and delivered 2 days late anyways. For customers in US there are almost no ways to contact since their email address in not valid, their contact form doesn't really allow to complaint of order not received that day. Very poor experience. Will never use them.

I ordered a bouquet of rosé flowers for my mum and the delivery date was 12 May.
I am highly disappointed with your service and would never recommend it to anyone.
My mum received a pot plant, not a bouquet and it reached on 13 May. It is in such a bad state and my mum got angry with me for sending a pot in such a worst state. So sad!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a mug and a Rose .
The Rose was already Brown when it arrived . For the Money I Paid its not a good Quality. The Rose has to be fresh and Blooming.
