Booking # FSON303285 have disputed the above charges since Feb. 12, 2022,  after talking to John feb.12/22

Thereafter i talked to following staff at Myflightsearch;

James I.D. # 2106, extension # 5907 April 26th 2022.

Jarves Extension 5075 on May 13th 2022

Supervisor Christ May 13th, 2022

James June 7th 

Paul extension 5049 on May 25th 2022

Flights was canceled & Myflightsearch agent agreed to process above refund as per their letter last year which i have on file.

Their phone is 1 833 200 3343 wherein i talked to numerous staff who all agreed to process my refund for $348,90 which todate have not received it as yet.

I needed assistance booking tickets for my 2 children. I was forced into calling instead of booking thru spirit app due to age of kids. I got connected with what seemed to be a customer service representative who took all my information and then disconnected call with no follow up on 30 minutes as promised and in less than 4 hours robbed me of over 1000 dollars out of my account

I bought ticket through online on March 21st, 2022 with amount $1562.18. However I didn’t have my E-ticket yet. I called them like 5 times and they asked me wait for them to send it but I was waiting like 2 weeks then I called back and they said that plane is not available anymore. So they canceled my ticket on April 19th, 2022 and send me the confirmation email with full refund and said it’s been processed about 10-14 days. Now it’s been a month already, and I don’t receive my refund yet. I have the email ticket, email refund everything and I call them back to say about my refund, they hear it and they hang it up. How’s horrible is this? They are scam for sure.

Terrible I purchase my ticket online, I think is a scam, dont buy anytickets here. I have a simple question and they have 2 numbers, the same guy cut off the phone I am trying to comunicate with them 15 times. they still doing the same on me.

Google BA contact number and you get these guys. They cancelled my BA flight and tried to charge me £900 for new flights when all I wanted to do was select a new flight on the same day of return. Original BA flight was with Avios points, now had to re-book with EasyJet at a cost of £700. Thanks myflightsearch!

I am writing this review because I too did not receive the flight I had book. They siad the West Jet cancelled all flights to Las Vegas and we could book on another airline. I asked which airline, the response was Delta Air. Delta air does not travel into my town. All they could say is that is the only other option.... I called West Jet, we were on the manifest on Jan 13 but then taken off because My Flight did not pay...... My Flight notified us 1 day before we were to leave that West Jet cancelled all flights.......Still waiting for the refund.
Same as everyone else, they keep hanging up on me....

But anyway its a waste of time to keep complaining about company thier goal is just to make money!
I am suppose ( me & my son) to fly on 03/31/2022..
We did not fly and they let us on the street of NEW YORK cos they couldn't get us a place to stay till the next day!
Finally they found a place ,we arrived at 2 am when we stayed in jfk airport since 1pm!
Anyway,the hotel at that night had no meals for us!
We had to spend $80 for dinner ( me and my son) !
What a national airline company!!
I feel shame for you that you guys represent the great country of Egypt!
I ( and everyone else was on that flight) will make sure that our voice is heard by the star alliance & and every where else !

On Feb 8, 2022, I booked #893934 for 4 passengers. Later I wanted to add 2 more persons and called them to add it for me, they said they would cancel it for me and I could make a new booking then. Once I confirmed all passengers, I booked again with #894030, but the first booking hasn't been canceled. I noticed that on Mar 22, and I emailed to request a cancellation. On Mar 24 I called to request for cancellation and refund. The reps said it would be refunded in 5 business days, but I haven't seen the refund yet til today Mar 31. Strongly NOT recommend !

I cancelled my flight when I realized I wasn’t going to get my ticket to the promised price (after several calls where they just hung up on me!!!) and was told that I would receive a full refund in 2 billing cycle. It's been 1 month and I have not received my refund. When I called the customer service number, the “assistant” on the other line put me on hold for 5-10-15 minutes pretending to look up my booking in their system. When I talk they don’t listen and just keep repeating the same over and over again. I guess I will never see my money again!! This business is total scam and inhumane. What kind of scam are they running? The positive comments and reviews can only be fake!!! Do not book your flight with this company!!!

Booked a flight to Ontario to see my daughter and grandchildren December 17-22,2021 for an early Christmas together.I am a registered nurse and was working crazy hours due to Covid-19.So many of the staff where I work were getting sick with Covid-19 and I was sick at the time too, so I had to cancel my vacation to Ontario.I was so happy to see no fees for cancellation,that should have been a red flag for me,but I cancelled the flight and waited for the refund to be put back on my credit card.I started calling MYFlightSearch in January 2022 and February and got the same story --"You will see refund in 2 days" or "You will get refund in 15 days" and on March 1,2022 I was promised I would see refund in 15 days.Then I started calling again this morning and was hung up on several times while waiting for manager etc!!!!.Scam Scam Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Pathetic and useless service. First my tickets are not get confirmed even after 3 days of booking and since then I am running around them for refund of my bookings. It's been 4.5 + months and we haven't received any updates or not getting proper answers.

Total scam. I ordered tickets so I could see my parents for my birthday and received an email stating that my tickets were confirmed and my account was charged immediately. Three days before I'm suppose to leave I receive a call stating that my flight was not confirmed due to a price change. I spoke with over ten representatives and finally received an email stating they were very sorry and would be sending me my e-tickets. I never received the tickets and due to them only contacting me three days before my flight I had to buy other tickets from a different website that were three times the amount. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait two billing cycles to receive my money and there would be a cancelation fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I contacted these non-professionals 5 times about me not receiving my eticket (FSON118238).. Each time being told that it will be in your mailbox by tomorrow morning. And the 6th time I am told they plane is full. Every Time I call them for a refund I get magically disconnected. Totally unprofessional and illegal. Go directly to the Airline Site you will get the same rate without the headache.

I cancelled my flight (FSON614086) and was told that I would receive a full refund in 2 billing cycle. It's been almost 3 months, and I have not received my refund. When I called the customer service number, the woman on the other line pretends she can't hear me and hangs up - 3 times! What kind of scam are they running? Do not book your flight with this company!!!

I cancelled the My Flight Search tickets to Kelowna B.C. bought by me before I received them after My Flight Search sent me a booking confirmation and said I would get the WestJet tickets in a couple of days. The reason being other WestJet tickets being bought by someone other then myself for me to my Mom’s interment > September 14.

The customer service is terrible they kept reassuring me my E tickets would be to me with in 24 to 48 hours after a week of this they canceled my flight witch now puts me a week behind in my travel and they tell me it takes 7 to 14 days for a refund absolutely terrible service zero stars they suck

This Company is scam ,they are the lowest of the lowest, for 18 months I try to get my refund, I did, but the check bounce, and it cost me another 30 dollars.to everyone do NOT by anything with this company company.

This site is a complete scam and you can see that all positive reviews are left on the same day with complete fake names. They charged my credit card over $1200 for plane tickets, then cancelled them without telling me. When I called about a refund, their call centre hung up on me several times and just keeps saying 24-48 hours if you do manage to speak to someone. It's been 3 weeks since they cancelled my flight with no refund and I have had to get my credit card company to start a claim against them. Total fraud, do not book with this scam of a website.

Horrible service, they did not actually book a flight, I was on stand by supposedly, knew it was cancelled and had not notified me at all. Then told me they could confirm it for me if I upgraded my ticket for the same flight at a cost. Next they told me I could move my flight for a time that did not work. When I told him to cancel he started over with my options. Booked direct at same price for same ticket I already had.

This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!!. I had a ticket cancelled with them since July 19th. I have waiting for my refund. Every time I call I am constantly being told they will escalate the refund and it should be there 2-3 days. They then said it will definitely be there October 25th, It was not. They are bunch of lying inconsiderate people who should not be allowed to operate a business like this. They owe me $390.08 USD. If I could give a negative rating I would. Please avoid this company at all costs! A complete Scam!
