I made a mistake on my booking and immediately called to cancel. That was over a month ago and they still haven't returned the money to my credit card. They freely admit it could take more than two months. When I told them I was filing a dispute with my credit card company the attendant chuckled and said 'go for it.' I would give them a 1 star but they were quick to cancel my flight. Never again.

Company is a scam. I booked a flight for Sunday 11/20/22 and once I finished the transaction with my credit card information, it booked the flight for Tuesday 11/22/22. This was supposed to be a one way flight when I'd have to be back home by Tuesday. Website promised free cancellation within 4 hours. I attempted the cancellation process within minutes once I saw the mistake by the website. The customer service number on the website stated that they were closed for business for the day yet claims they're open 24 hours on the website. Every time I tried to reach them again ( 3 attempts) the 800 number changed. They clearly are only there to steal your money and provide no product or service. DON'T USE THEM!! Go somewhere else!!

Cancel my booking and told us to full refund within 10 business day many times but I have never received. Very bad customer service. Some calls are immediately hang up when asked refund status. Sometime promised to get another 10 business day but still not got it. It takes over 3 years and not refund to me.

I booked a flight in September as as of 11/14 still waiting on the e-ticket. I called Spirit airlines to see if they could give me info and they had no reservation for my husband. They did have my reservation and the flight time had changed but since Spirit did not have my email (which I had given to MFS) I would not have known. MFS has already taken my money and it has shown up on my statement. I tried calling and emailing several times to no avail. Use this service at your own peril.

No clear disclaimer on refundable ticket...only FREE cancellation...tried to cancel a flight booked 5 months in future...no dice. Was trying to book on Cape Air but this sight bought their way into pop up under cape air ticket search and I booked before realizing it was not a cape air fight...actually Hahn Airlines - who the hell are they??? Clearly international support team.... that was uncooperative, unintelligible and rude. AVOID THIS SIGHT - RIP OFF

I wish I had seen all these reviews before booking my flight through them, They are scammers! I booked a flight to Calgary from Toronto on 13th of October for 2 adults, I received a booking receipt immediately in my email and was waiting for my ticket, the fare amount was also deducted from my credit card same day but I didn't get my e-ticket so I called two days after and was told the fare had gone up and I need to rebook, I requested for the ticket to be upgraded with the difference but the agent said I had to re-book and pay another full amount and the other money that was deducted will be refunded within 28 days, I spoke to two other agents who said different things, one of them promised a supervisor will call me within 24hrs and an e-ticket will be issued, I received an email today confirming the cancellation and the refund which says it will take two billing cycles, reading all these reviews now, am unable to confirm if anyone actually got back their refund so I will be making an official report of this incident to the right parties for further investigation, I will keep you all posted!

Had booked a flight with this site and night before they cancelled the flight saying was not availible. Contacted us and then stated prices went up and wanted 50% more to rebook the same flight. Very deceitful and puts you in a crisis situation. When asked for money refunded, they state it will take 8-12 weeks. Reported to credit card provider, investigation is now underway. It something like this happens to you, do the same, only way stop these crooks is in the pocketbook.

We booked 2 tickets on 30SEP for travel on 23NOV and 14DEC - We had to call up multiple times - today they told us that the Airlines have increased the prices - which is obviously a blatant lie...

This is just a scam - be aware and dont risk giving your credit card details and waste your time...

I went online to book a flight on Spirit.com but the site took me to My Flight Search. I entered the date 9/24 as the departure date. But when booked, their system put me on a flight for 9/27 on My Flight Search. So I called MFS customer service over ten times and when i asked for a refund, they hung up. When I finally spoke to customer service, the agent told me I would not get a refund or credit. In fact, she said, "You get nothing!" I called and spoke with their supervisor and he hung up as well. Terrible customer service. They take your money and do not want to issue a credit or refund. I will be placing this post everywhere. Beware of MFS!

Total scam. Sold me a ticket that was already sold out. Sent a link in an email to the purchased ticket but something didn't seem right. Called "customer service" and was told I could buy the SAME ticket for $100 more and that the one I purchased was sold out. I said no and said I wanted a refund....the person hung up on me. I called back and asked for a refund and was told it would take 21-28 days. REALLY?? Total SCAM! VERY sorry I tried them

Thief and scammers, Let me tell you the reality of xcelserv, never salaries on time, you will get paid once in 2-3 of months. They are deducting PFs and tax but not submitting. A so called Electrician has more power than CIO, CTO, PM, AM & VPs. Scamming and doing fraunds with customers. Blocked the reviews on google for all regions. ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE, THEY ARE ASKING TEAMS TO MAKE FAKE ACCOUNT AND SUBMIT 5 STAR REVIEWS.

I advise never to use this site to get tickets. It is a total scam. The authorities would be wise to visit their headquarters in Seattle, if there is one, which has yet to be verified. I have never seen a so-called travel agency like this one.

Do not use this company !!!!! they book via other agents ie loveholidays travel republic etc and use your card but add money on - they pretend to be you ***** total Fraud going on here ***** be aware !!!!!

I have been waiting almost three months for my credit card to be credited for the amount that I am owed. I cancelled my ticket within the allowable time to avoid any penalty. I have called about the status of my credit and they simply tell me it will be done. Their site says credits should be made within two billing cycles.

Booked a flight through MFS in Nov 2021 for an April '22 flight. (Edit here: Looking back, It thought I was booking through one of the major travel sites, but somehow MyFlightSearch inserted themselves into the transaction. The charge even showed up on my CC as Frontier Airlines. I had to dig to discover MFS actually got my money) MFS never actually purchased the ticket, I called Frontier, they had no record of it. I called MFS and asked for a refund which they said they would do, and they sent an email confirmation that the refund was 'in process'. It's now over 90 days since. I have tried to call them again and again but the call just gets disconnected. Tried emailing them, occasionally get a response saying to wait a few more days. I don't know whether the company is just a scam or they are just completely incompetent.

This is nothing but a big scam. Have been an employee there for almost seven months. Had to leave because they don't pay salary maximum complaints. We used to handle this because they don't issue the ticket, but charge the money. And when you ask for a refund, they cancel the ticket. But the refund is pending. I have seen cases where refund were spending for more than two to three years. Please reconsider the four booking. If you fool enough, take your chance and book yourself.

This company and high authorities are thief, not paying salaries on time ever. I never see that much worst company ever, They cheat with employee and also cheat with customers, not giving employee PF, Salaries, and If employee resigned- That's the best thing for them they never giving the pending salaries and also hold the next coming months salaries. The story is very long, don't be with this company, xcelserv solution Pvt. Ltd. and Myflightsearch.com and Icheapflight.com and so many website they have only for fraud.

myflightsearch.com is a complete scam. I booked a flight through them for my husband on June 24th. He never received he's e-ticket and when he called to inquire they told him his flight had been cancelled. Since my husband was on his way to the airport, he inquired with the airline and they told him there was no reason for the cancellation. He then had to purchase another ticket, full pop. We both realized that flight search had scammed us and reported it to the credit card company as well as the RCMP. In the future, all our bookings will be done directly with the airlines....no more "cheap flights" websites that scam. (And their so-called replies to reviews here are pathetic.)

I also booked tickets that never materialized. They sent an email that said they would refund me but never did. They hung up on me when I called. However, after waiting over a month with no refund, I called my credit card company and they investigated it and refunded me. First, DO NOT book with this company. Second, if you did, go through your credit card company to dispute the charge and let them get you your refund!
