Great customer service
Though we are not able to purchase a home at this time, Eli was amazing and so knowledgeable about the whole process. We will contact him when we are better prepared!

My broker
My broker, Jeremy Tarwater, has been amazing from the start. It was evident that he was invested in the outcome of my house purchase and cared about my family, not just a paycheck. That made all the difference in his customer service. He took the time to get to know us and was an ally throughout the entire process. I wish more businesses understood the value of customer relationships as much as Mr. Tarwater does.

Mary VandeVelde the MVP
Mary VandeVelde was an absolute God-send with Mutual of Omaha. She took us on as clients over a weekend on a referral from a friend of ours when we were in what we felt was a time of crisis in our home buying experience - Mary kindly spoke with us and immediately took us under her wing and made for the smoothest loan approval closing process we could have asked for with the correct loan that we saw fit for our situation that Mary was able to get us where a competitor was not. Mary provided constant and incredibly effective communication throughout the entire process from day 1. We will be recommending Mary to all of our friends and family looking for a lender in their home buying - we have nothing but good things we can say about Mary and her team throughout our entire time with Mutual of Omaha. We cannot thank Mary enough for all of her hard work and patience with us as we now are proud to call ourselves first-time homeowners thanks to Mary.

Scott Ponick is very knowledgeable. I came across a problem on my credit report, regarding an account with my ex-husband. Scott promised he would help me. He had me get in contact with the right people at FHA and the issue was resolved and I got approved. I'm grateful to him and to Mutual of Omaha for having such a professional and caring agent.

A+ Mortgage Officers & App
Our mortgage officer was amazing! Joe Ansonia made sure that we had the best loan for us, and went out of his way to make sure we had access to all programs to help us make an informed decisions. Any time we had a question I knew that we could reach out to Joe and he would be able to answer it without an issue. The app for Mutual of Omaha Mortgage was user friendly and helped us to have a clear list of what was needed for us. Relieved a lot of the confusion and stress of buying a home!
