Representative was very helpful. Process was easy and I had an approval in less than a couple of hours. Definitely would recommend to others.

I sent a request to Mutual of Omaha wanting to know their best rates on a refi on 250K, after two days the agent was more concerned with what’s it for, refi cash out etc I gave up on them, I ask a simple question even telling the agent as soon as you give me a estimated interest rate I won’t know exactly which way I want to go, meanwhile 3 of their competitors gave me the range of their rates right away,
