I love dealing with this company. They keep me informed of my orders and give me a heads up on the new guitar mania selections coming out. They will give pre order discounts as well as send you discounts via email. They are pleasant, courteous, responive and professional whenever I email them

I've been buying from these folks for years & have never had
any problems.

Immediately received a call regarding the broke leg and they immediately sent a replacement. The fact that they made that first call speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!!

I found this site for it's collection of Painted Ponies. Both old and new (including discontinued), they have many to choose from. The businesses customer service is excellent and my questions were answered quickly- by a live person! After my latest order, I received an email from them- that very day advertising a discount and after emailing them back, they honored the discount immediately. Very pleased.

I don't shop online so I called the store and was fortunate to be able to speak with Laura, the owner. She was so friendly and very helpful. I am a painted ponies ornament collector and have been trying to fulfill my collection with older ornaments that have been retired. She was very helpful in procuring 1 of 9 I'm looking for and I got it! She is also willing to keep looking for the other 8 and will contact me when and if any are available. Thank you Laura! I will continue to do business with Music City from now on.

The staff is very responsive to requests and to questions. I am very happy with my interaction with them.

We have ordered several painted ponies. They always arrive in perfect condition. Love shopping for them here.

Received the ponies in an expedient time frame. Can't wait to open them and display. Thanks for having these great older ponies in stock with great numbers!
