Music City Gifts Arvostelua

Never heard of this company and am happy I found it because the quality and price of the Wizard of Oz Set I bought was exceptional. The web site is very user friendly, the service and packaging was top-notch. I have no complaints...just happy results.

Excellent!!!!!!

I was very happy how easy the ordering was online. The merchandise was in excellent condition when I received them.

I placed an order and received a phone call saying that one of the things I had ordered was not available and was offered a replacement item. The fact that they called to in form me was very much appreciated and would order from them again and recommend them to others. Not very often now a days do you get personal and friendly customer service.

Was a perfect on-line shopping experience from start to finish. I actually called them before ordering on-line and found the lady I spoke with to be extremely pleasant and helpful. And if you have concerns about fragile items being shipped - DON'T! I ordered two fairly fragile figurines, watched the mailman literally THROW the box on my doorstep - and it was so well packaged that they were in perfect condition!!!!
Highly recommend!!!!!

Fast shipping and in great condition to Japan. Thank you!

I have never had a problem Music City, they treat you with respect and as an important customer. They have been worth every dime (dollar) spent with them and are good to their word. Thank you music City.

My purchase was received damaged- the plastic had slid off the picture and it arrived all scratched in one corner and a scrape in the middle of the picture. I reported it and am waiting for a replacement.

I placed my order, received an email confirmation and within days my order was delivered to my office. Couldn't have been happier!

very fast shipping and in great condition. I do believe quite a bit overpriced - especially when you add S&H in.

Great product, a little pricey but it was an discontinued collectable so I had to have it.

I could not believe it. I placed my order late pacific time on a Thursday and Monday afternoon I had my painting and was ready to hang it. It arrived in perfect condition. This was the second order I placed and could not be happier. I had ordered similar paintings else where for the same price but the service was not near the same. I would recommend to all my friends.

This site is easy to navigate, has a great selection of merchanise and is very responsive. All items arrived on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommend using Music City Gifts.

Easy ordering and when I wasnt sure when my Fed Ex package would arrive the store person I got a hold of via phone had literally just opened the office yet stopped to look up the Fed Ex # for me and email me the tracking number (!) I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

I ordered my trail of painted horses. The service was so quick. And I got them in record time. Thanks

Hello
I always receive the best service from your site. A fantastic selection of gifts always. Posted very quickly which is always exciting as we cant wait to receive our pressies, which have to come a long way to Australia but look forward to receiving my orders always.

Thanks for your help and service.

Easy to shop with. Merchandise arrived quickly and was of excellent quality. I will certainly shop at Music City Cards again!

We have a "special nurse friend" who has done so much for me during my Cancer treatments. I know that's what they do but she goes over and beyond the call of duty all the time. I purchased this Angel Nurse as a gift of our family appreciation. It's not much but something to let her know how we feel and for other patients who may see it in her office and ask about it.

Thought it was Ok.
I have no confirmation of the items when to expect them.
Like the selection Music City has!

I have done a few thousand dollars of business with this company over the years. In all cases it has been a very timely and professional experience.
