Music City Gifts Arvostelua

Does not get any better than this. My next order is on it's way.

I called about some clerance items, ordered them and had them in 3 days. GREAT SERVICE!

My experience shopping here was quick and easy. I had no problem finding what I was looking for.

Music City Gifts is one of the nicest places to deal with. When an order was back ordered, I received a call to let me know about it.
The quality of the merchandise has been A+, and the prices are fair compared with others, as well as less at times.
Check it out ... you won't be disappointed

I love the ease of getting around in this site. I collect "Aye, Chihuahua", and they always stay up to date with the newest in the collection.

I had realized that I had ordered a picture that I already had. I had called and left a message to advise that I already had the item. Much to my surprise I had a phone call the next morning stating that the order was updated and a different item that I had requested as a replacement was being processed. Great customer service. :)

These paintings were hard to find at a fair price. Music City Gifts had them all to choose from and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Overseas customer, pleased with purchase, received goods in good time. Thank you.

I recently purchased a painting by Marsha Baldwin. Music City Gifts was a very easy and efficient site to work with. I received the painting within a week and it was in great shape! I am very happy that I chose to purchase this painting through Music City!

Great company to deal with

I got my stuff quickly. It was good quality. Had to pay two shipping costs for two of same, small items, going to the same address. Other than extra shipping cost, items were good, transactions were easy.

Very helpful, responsive, communicative, fast shipping and extremely well-packed. Great vendor.

The product I ordered arrived very quickly and all went well. Thank-you!

merchandise is shipped in a timely manner and arrives in excellent condition. wouldn't hesitate to make future orders.

I have ordered a few things from here, and never had any problems. The site is easy to use and offers great deals on my Trail of Painted Ponies figurines. I received one item that was slightly damaged, and when I called, they did not have another on hand to replace it so they just substituted the next figurine on my list, even though it cost a few dollars more. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic and eager to make me happy again. I was bummed they didn't have the same figurine, but that will not stop me from shopping here agian.

Dealt with merchant twice already. Very satisfied.

I ordered from this site once, received my item damaged and sent it back. No, I did not read or see the disclaimers to not send back a damaged item, so after 3 weeks of the store having received the item and having had ample time to claim the insurance, they call & rudely insult and berrate me. Not cool!! What would I want with a damaged item and why in 3 weeks did you not claim the insurance on the item?? What would I have to talk to your insurance company for?? Absolutely no reason!! So disgusted with the service and will never order from this site again!!! I still have yet to receive a refund!! Worst experience ever!!!

Quick delivery. Excellent packaging. Very satisfied!!! Thanks!!!

Music City Gifts is a great source of items that I have had difficulty finding elsewhere. They are reliable and offer a wide variety of gift items that are always a hit with the people receiving them. A great website that will not disappoint you!
