Disgusting burgers, soggy and didn’t even get a full burger

Ordered from the Springwood store which is at broken hearts burgers. So you can only order through the website, not at the actual store.
I get that he doesn’t actually have a store and it’s up to the staff at the restaurant to make ‘em but Eww Gross!
The burgers were soggy the fries were soggy and no seasoning.
The best part of the order was the Pepsi max! $27-$28 for a meal from here is definitely not worth it.
I suppose the actual restaurants burgers can’t be any much better.
It’s a No from me and won’t be back.

Unsafe unedible burgers, willing to testify

I never received my delivery from Mr. Beast Burger via Uber Eats on 6-30-2023! I tried contacting the Uber delivery person and he or she never responded to my phone calls and text messages! I am NOT Happy!!!

Fries were very dry and so were the burgers. The cookie was the only good thing they had.

I ordered 3 meals for my family from Mr Beast burger Basingstoke. We were really looking forward to trying this for the first time. After 40 minutes Uber said this was delivered. I tried phoning twice and no answer. I then got a message saying that Mr beast burger didn't follow the instructions and without any reason or options they said I will be refunded. I then drove to the address provided on Mr beast burger website but could not find the place. This is absolutely ridiculous that my money has been taken, I paid the service charge and delivery just not to get my food after over 2 hours of struggle and have to wait 5 - 10 business days for my money. Sorry is just a word. Businesses should know that they shouldn't focus on an empty word and focus on solutions. Guess Mr beast burger will never have my family as clients My question is what happened to my food in the first place. Id advise people to rather stick to what you know as Mr beast clearly don't know what they are doing.

Order From Ireland, it was nice and juicy, i got the Karl Burger with Signature Fries, the bun was soggy, which wasn't the end of the world. the chips needed more time on the cooker and more seasoning. I am very impressed with the burger.

So, I got the beast style with fries and Coca Cola. First up the beef was juicy buns were toasted and there’s just cheese that is melted and ofc you can’t forget the onions and… pickles with that mayo and mustard. Fries were BUZZING, it’s crinkle and seasoned and the coke was your normal coke.

Bought from here a few times and all been perfect. However I bought one yesterday and it was supposed to be done by 19:38 however i had to wait an extra 20 minutes so I waited 40minutes in total and I paid extra for mayonnaise and I had a pea sized amount. I will give them another go but really said I had a bad experience

the burgers were nice
