Morson Group Arvostelua

Didn't pay wages on time, didn't answer phones after problem with wages, took hours for anyone to help me, awful staff with awful attitude that shouldn't be working with people!

Applied for a job through them, I've heard nothing no email, no phone call to discuss about it. It seems they don't give a damn. Yet they keep putting the same job advertisement back up over and over again. Fishing for CVs?

My experience with Morsons was absolutely horrendous, I won't be using them again!!!!

Timesheet failure.
you sent an email on the 19th May stating the timesheet will be available tomorrow (on the 20th) . I have clicked on the link on the 20th and there is nothing. The first page of guidance is advertising how good the system is. The second page assumes a timesheet is visible, which it isn't, what sort of help is that!!

Quick easy and informative through recruitment process

Overall, very good and helpful. A couple of the response times could have been a little quicker but no harm done.

Constructive when it came to contract negotiation.

Took too long to get me on the system to allow me to input timesheet.

Amount of time spend on jostling for basic working right was enormous - avoid it.

Really friendly but there were a lot of small details that were left out.
For example, I was unaware that I had to fill in time sheets to get paid I thought it was automatic and they just sent it via email but its from a different company so I didn't know what it was.
And when I mentioned this to the recruiter I think he thought he had told me (he didnt) perhaps because he had dealt with so many new starters im sure it's easy to miss telling people some things but it was the manner in which he thought thought was either lying or dumb.

An excellent organisation to work with. Most impressive service.

The staff are helpful and supportive when you are joining, walking you through the process. I’m very grateful to them for helping me to ease into Morsons as a contractor.

I found the Morson group to be very professional and informative.

Excellent service and always there for help if needed !

communication, for me anyway, very poor, no information esp. in relation to time sheet submittal

company found a position that was linked to my profile. I have never been with an agency so found the experience daunting. My coach was very good and helped me as much as needed.

I have used Morson as both a Client and as an employeee and have found the team at Barnwood, Gloucester to be exceptional, always friendly and efficient. No hesitation as recommending them.

Morson Group are very committed and dedicated to their contractors, while in communication with morson group during recruitment and security checks procedures, they were very professional and meet all my worries and queries to the best of their ability.
Would highly recommend them to anyone.
