I rented a car from them in Tibet.
The vehicle I received was dirty inside, low on engine oil, and had under-inflated tires—some of which I had to fix myself.
During the rental period, the battery died twice; the first time, I had to resolve the issue on my own with the help of passersby. The second time, they sent a representative who couldn't do anything other than jump-start the car, and the battery was only replaced at the next stop.
Upon returning the vehicle, they blamed me for the battery issue and treated the poor vehicle maintenance as a routine occurrence.
The service was appalling—completely unacceptable.
The vehicle was very low-slung to begin with and unsuited for the country's terrain; I was charged exorbitant amounts for two relatively minor dents in the bumper (fortunately, I had full coverage purchased through an insurance company).
I strongly advise against renting from them!!!

Nous avons réceptionné la voiture de location à notre hôtel. Un homme nous a demandé notre carte bancaire alors que la location était comprise dans le prix du séjour. Nous lui avons expliqué que nous n'avions rien à payer mais dans le doute, il a quand même pris une photo de notre carte bancaire. Ensuite, nous sommes sortis pour que le monsieur nous montre la voiture. Elle était pleine de griffes et de bosses. Il n'y avait qu'une centaine de kilomètres d'autonomie en essence... Il nous a laissé les clés et il est parti. On est retourné dans la chambre récupérer nos affaires et pendant qu’on se préparait à partir pour la journée, la réception de l’hôtel nous a appelés pour nous prévenir que la police voulait nous voir. Le monsieur qui nous a apporté la voiture l’avait garée sur une place interdite !!! Quand il nous a vus arriver, il a dit qu’il devait partir et nous a laissés nous débrouiller avec le policier à qui il a dit que c’était nous qui avions garé la voiture à cet endroit ! Quel malhonnête !!!!!
On nous a demandé de payer 65€ d’amende. Nous avons d’abord refusé mais une dépanneuse était déjà là pour emmener la voiture. Alors nous n’avons pas eu le choix… Sûrement un arrangement entre le policier et l'employé l'agence de location car la police est arrivée rapidement (on venait d'avoir les clés) et avec la dépanneuse en plus !
Dès les premiers kilomètres, nous avons remarqué que les freins n’étaient pas en bon état et faisaient beaucoup de bruit. Un voyant de pression des pneus s’est également allumé.
Notre expérience a été très décevante et n’a pas répondu à nos attentes. Nous avons l'impression qu'on nous a pris pour des pigeons. Nous ne recommandons vraiment pas cette agence.

Sprawna, pomocną i miła obsługa. Brak ukrytych kosztów. Możliwość wyboru kaucji lub ubezpieczenia. Auto sprawne, czyste. Jedyny minus to za słaba moc samochodu na drogi w Czarnogórze np. gdy trzeba było podjechać wąskimi drogami pod górkę

Terrible service and scam. We rented a car for our holiday and the first car had an engine failure about ten minutes into our first drive. The company finally agreed to replace it after a day of back and forths on email, and then when we got to the airport to return the car they tried to charge us a 100 euro fee for replacement even though they said we needed to replace the car because there was an engine failure. They then charged us 50 euros after we argued so it obviously wasnt a set fee it was a scam. Do not use this company.

Metto una stella perché zero non posso. Arrivati allo sportello, ti trattano come se non sapessi l'inglese, con modi sgarbati e fastidiosi. Al momento della cauzione, avendo prenotato un auto con qeeq e provvista di assicurazione AXA, il ragazzo del banco noleggio continuava a dire che il pin fosse errato, nonostante fossi sicura. Dopo tre tentativi ha detto che la carta era bloccata e che se avessimo voluto l'auto avremmo dovuto pagare 300 euro in più per averla. Sosteneva che la carta era bloccata e che nessuno ci avrebbe fatto un ulteriore noleggio.dopo avere contattato la banca, abbiamo scoperto che era lui ad invalidare il pagamento, per motivi sconosciuti.
In conclusione ci ha rovinato la vacanza, abbiamo dovuto cambiare i programmi e spendere parecchi soldi per i mezzi di trasporto.
Non consiglio a nessuno questo autonoleggio,se sei un turista fanno di tutto per spillare soldi in più

Excellente expérience avec cette agence de location de voiture !

Tout s’est déroulé de manière très simple et efficace. Nous avons communiqué uniquement via WhatsApp, ce qui a été très pratique, et nous n’avons même pas eu besoin de nous déplacer jusqu’à l’agence. La voiture nous a été livrée directement à notre hôtel à Petrovac, puis récupérée à la fin de la location.

La voiture était propre, en très bon état et parfaitement fiable tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les conditions de location : aucune caution demandée, aucun plafond de kilométrage et un paiement en espèces très simple.

L’équipe s’est montrée extrêmement arrangeante, disponible et réactive. Nous avons eu affaire à des personnes honnêtes, fiables et vraiment serviables, ce qui est très rassurant lorsqu’on loue un véhicule à l’étranger.

Nous recommandons cette agence les yeux fermés et n’hésiterons pas à refaire appel à eux lors d’un prochain séjour au Monténégro !

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

During my rental, the vehicle developed a problem. Although I reported the issue immediately, no effective assistance was provided. When the car eventually became unusable, I repeatedly called both the 24/7 emergency support number and the rental branch, but I could not reach anyone for an entire day.

The following day, another branch finally contacted me. Instead of bringing a replacement vehicle, I was asked to travel to their location myself, forcing me to pay for a taxi out of my own pocket.

Earlier, I had also been instructed by the company to purchase AdBlue because of a warning displayed by the vehicle. They confirmed that this expense would be reimbursed as well.

When I returned the car , a staff member photographed all of my receipts (Taxi: and AdBlue) and assured me that the reimbursement would be transferred within one week.

Several weeks have now passed. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received neither the reimbursement nor a single response from the company.

The most disappointing part is not just the vehicle problem itself—unexpected issues can happen with any rental car. What matters is how a company treats its customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, in my case, there was no reliable support, no communication, and no follow-up regarding the promised reimbursement.

I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision.

Definitely stay away. They do their best to stall people during delivery and not give you the deposit. (Kesinlikle uzak durun. Teslimat sırasında insanları oyalamak ve kaporayı vermemek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar.)

Very negative experience with the "Drivercar Montenegro" company. The company's website states a free cancellation option up to 24 hours before the pick-up. In fact, when I was forced to cancel the order and notified the company more than a week in advance (!) and asked for a refund, I received a short answer: non-refundable. From that point, they barely answer emails. attempts to get money back have not yet yielded any results.

Pire expérience de location de voiture de ma vie.
Ne louez pas chez eux, sous peine de gâcher vos vacances.
Réservé une Mazda CX-3 ou équivalent, mais véhicule indisponible à cause d’un accident. Au début, aucune solution proposée, on nous a dit de nous débrouiller seuls car soit disant plus aucun véhicule n’était disponible ! Puis, on nous a suggéré un véhicule chez un autre loueur, mais en ajoutant 225 €, alors que nous n’étions même pas responsables de la situation, et je devais presque les remercier d’avoir trouvé cette solution. Après avoir refusé, 40 min d’attente au comptoir, avec un enfant de 2 ans, on m’a trouvé une solution en me donnant un vieux véhicule (127 000 km), sale, abîmé, avec un moteur bruyant, insupportable et anormal. La clim ne fonctionne que quand la voiture roule, donc inutile dans les bouchons sous 40 °C. Nous avons dû nous même faire changer les pneus qui étaient lisses et qui ont failli nous causer plusieurs accidents !
Quelques jours plus tard, j’ai contacté la personne, qui m’a fait croire qu’une solution serait trouvée, mais après plusieurs relances, plus aucune réponse.
Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait.
Une honte.

Don’t ever rent from them. They are så rude. Rented a car from home, on their site. Paid full insurance, got a voucher from them saying that everything is paid for and that I should not pay any more. But at the counter i Montenegro the lady said that the voucher was incorrect and that I had to pay again. I argued with her, and she said I could pay or not get the car. I paid again and she showed me a car that was damaged and had a flat tired, she said that it was fine, or I could just get it fixed at at repair place. I demanded another car, but had to wait 3 hours to get a new car. In the meantime she was all over the place, trying to sell others a car. I asked way couldn’t I just get one of those cars instead of waiting, but se was just rude again. I waited 3 hours and got a car, that was a bit damaged, brakes that vas weak, but I didn’t wanted to wait anymore and just took the car.
Never rent from them.

Avoid it like the plague.. we bought an insurance and was told it was covering scratches and small things. When we hand over the car again we proof with pictures that the scratches were already there but we were told they were new and the insurance didn’t cover only if we filed a police report. So if you want to rent a car it can easily become very very expensive as they try to take all your money.

Actually I did not expect anything good from this company. Do not pay anything in advance as it might give you hard times afterwards. We got declined because of our Visa debit card. Not written anywhere. The woman at the counter was rude and uncooperative. They are ignoring emails, keeping money for cars you never got. It took a while to get the money back.

I visited Montenegro on 21st of July and had booked the car for 5 days and made full payment online a month ago.But upon arrival,there was no staff and had to wait fo rmore than half an hour.Even after they came in , they were very rude, unresponsive.They also refused to give me the car because I did not have the credit card.But I had completely read the terms and conditions mentioning that they will accept cash as security incase we dont have credit card. I showed them the terms where they had mentioned they would accept the cash, they still denied. As they got to know I dont understand their language, they started talking bad and laughing too. I , being a foreigner in that country and knowing english, am trying to request for the car as my whole iterenary would ruin if no, he understood the weakness and demanded twice the deposit amount - in cash , which is non refundable apart from rent and usual deposit money. He even denied to give me the receipt for it.It was a scam.I rejected the offer and requested for them to pay back the payment which was denied again . That representative was too rude and passes joked and tore my form, copy of my Driving Licence infront of me and threw it in the dustbin.He also left the space without answering my questions and being very unprofessional and inhuman behaviour. I later met few people who shared similar experience.I then raised a complaint and wrote a mail briefing the encounter I had with the representative and scam ,which i did not receive reply yet. Its been more than a week.

This company is FAKE , do not respect people and a big SCAM.

Never trust this company.I prebooked a car through car rentals and upon arrival they refused to provide the car.no cancellation notification and no refund provided .Very rude male staff with bad attitude..Never trust them you will spoil your vacation.

After arriving in Podgorica I went to the car rental booth without reservation. Quickly I rented a car for two days. Good car with no issues. The staff were very polite. I got my deposit back in about a week.
All in all no complaints, and I can recommend them.

I rented their car for my holiday durin this July, the reception staff (That man and lady) were very rude and crafty, forced me to buy their insurance for 30 euro/day even though I told them I have purchased the full insurance somewhere else. Also, the car's brake was broken during the renting which completely ruined my holiday. Do not trust this company at all.

Extremely accommodating people! We booked a Viano Van for 4 days and had a few last minutes changes. They always replied immediately and everything was "no problem"! My experience was great, the van was brand new and drove amazing, I highly recommend!

We returned the car in good condition and were told that we’d get our deposit back. They have not returned it and have ignored my messages asking for it back. I will happily change this review if we get it back, but right now they appear to have stolen 500 euros from us.

I'd avoid the company if you can. The only reason we went with them was because it was the only company we could find that would allow pick up and drop off at different locations in Montenegro. The staff in the airport (Tivat) was very rude and unhelpful. We had trouble finding the office at the airport and while we were looking for it we came across another tourist at a different car rental who said he had just lost his money to montenegrocar.me.
His flight was delayed and when he arrived they told him they had given his car away to someone else already.

The airport staff were trying very hard to get us to buy the extra insurance, it felt almost comical at times.

When dropping off the car (Ulcinj), they were much more helpful, so that's one positive. Deposit was given back in full at the end but we were on edge the whole time driving (especially with the quality of the other drivers in the country).
