I have not received goods, I have emailed them and not had a reply, bad service

Quick delivery, well packaged unfortunately regatta boots don't look very substantial so just wonder how long they will last

Penzance branch very rude manager and staff
Took back what should of been sprats dog treat but are actually scads the most spikiest fish out there
They wouldn’t even exchange for the sprats

That’s the only place I’m buying puppy food for my husky . She’s on Country Dog Premium Hypoallergenic Puppy Chicken and Rice . I’m very happy with that online shop . They have

Very very poor service, i ordered a dog bed on 20th December have heard absolutely nothing from them, no updates re delivery at all. Have emailed twice no reply and tried to ring and no answer. Whilst I appreciate they have been busy over Christmas 3 weeks with no communication is not acceptable.

Extremely poor service, ordered a product online waited for nearly 2 weeks, called customer service to be told they haven't had the stock for a while, why did they advertise this?? He could not issue me a refund and was told to wait till someone called me back, I waited all day, called back again escalated my queerie to a complaint.. Still no response 3 days later...
WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

This only concerns the online site. Delayed order, no communication as to why, stated dispatched when not.
Shame as my two local stores staff are helpful, cheerful and professional.
Will not use the online system again and advise against this service.

Ok, so I deleted my recent negative review, as my order finally arrived.
After contacting the company via fb messenger, I received a courteous telephone response from Leanne at websales who followed up on my concerns via telephone until delivery was received. Thank you Leanne.

Went to mole valley to get dog food as normal put the big bag in a trolley looked for other items I wanted but non in the larger sizes as normal so went to check out my dog food and because the bag was the wrong way I was met with a "tut" because she had to stand up to reach the bar code. She asked if I had an account, I explained I had applied for it two weeks ago but she told me the system had not been updated so I had to pay full. I swiped my card and they took my money in an instant so I remarked how fast they can grab my money but can't update in two weeks, she just shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes in the manner she couldn't care less. Very poor.

Very poor. Ordered dog food 21 Dec, chased 28 Dec and told slight delay. Received email today 8 Jan saying out of stock, would I mind waiting!! Requested refund. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

I have been trying to speak to someone about an order I placed 11 days ago but every number I try rings out after telling me that my call is important. You obviously don't have enough people to answer calls. This is very frustrating.

I ordered two bales chopped wheat straw two weeks before Christmas, one badle delivered 21st Dec, was told by DHL that other bale would arrive 28thDec, so stayed in yard all ady, plus all following day, still waiting over a week later, have emailed Mole websales twice, no reply, have tried ringing this morning, no answer, if you buy from these people be aware you are takin a risk

Delay in delivery beyond the expected Xmas delays.

Customer services not helpful and unable to confirm a delivery date.

I even went great lengths to check delivery before ordering and paid a massive premium of £45 for this.

Placed and paid for an order that promised to deliver in 3 to 5 days. It's now 14 days and no sign of order and no reply to email.

Parcel hasn’t even arrived so how can I rate something that I haven’t had!!!!

Our experience is numerous issues over the last 12 months.
Every order has to be re-quoted & checked. The prices constantly change. The member card discount isn’t always applied.
An order won’t arrive for a couple of weeks…they haven’t got it or they’ve forgotten it…smh !
This time around, nearly £200 in excess VAT quoted on non VAT Agri foodstuff. Considerable time is spent checking orders & VAT codes. By the time order is sorted, days go by. Then, the order comes out incomplete (increasingly the norm) followed by the rest of the order several days later.
Then, a few weeks later in December, an invoice received for the 2nd delivery that was already paid for in October.

This time, two complaints.
1st complaint in early November, elicits an apology & promise of £20 good will voucher…nothing !
2nd complaint for another invoice received in December re 2nd delivery in November for goods already paid for in October, elicits more lip service & mention that the voucher promised weeks before, will be sent out…lol
Nothing received. Nothing expected.
When you add up the hours spent fixing the most basic process of ordering & paying for food & bedding, the cost is already too high to continue using them.

your getting worse 2nd time been it to get horse wormer ,2nd time in 2 weeks ,you told you had no 1 to sell it to me , so now will buy from on line not you , i have stoped buying me chicken feed off you as you are so over priced even with you bulk buys , pig food the same and turkey food too , and your not over by a bit its over £2 a bag .i dont know how long your going to last if you keep this up .

Terrible customer service and a complete lie on their website around delivery times. I ordered a Christmas present with two weeks to go before Christmas and a delivery time of 3-5 days. Heard absolutely nothing from them about the delivery so I emailed to chase on day three and didn’t get any response. I then get an email on the Friday before Christmas saying they will be dispatching it then and not even on next day delivery even though it was already late at this point. Needless to say it still hasn’t arrived. They also say free delivery on their website but for some reason I still had to pay for the privilege of not having my package delivered even though it was over the value claimed for free delivery. Still waiting on hearing from their customer support team even after two chases. Avoid at all costs.

Run for the hills.
Probably one of the the worst on-line purchasing experiences ever. At point of writing I was one of (their words) 'some 300 or so customers who wont be getting their order as expected' . In fact they wont be getting any order, only a refund at some 'future point'
Ordered goods from this lot 11th December.
This appeared to go into a big black IT hole.
Citing 'IT Issues' I was advised that 300 or so out of stock purchases were put through (still showing as live and available on the site) but the system had failed to 'send through the data' so that these 300 or so customers could be contacted for a refund.
The item I ordered, (which isn't available) is still showing for available purchase today.
So I assume the problem is growing daily?
I was advised that I was on a 'manual list' and that somebody would be getting back to me.
I assume this list is growing in numbers as more people buy out of stock goods?
From my experience nobody was answering the phone on the customer service number, or the on-line sales number and nobody was replying to my email sent.
Again I was advised that I was going to get a reply to the email I sent 4 days previously.
All this that was 'going to happen' was only advised to me when I eventually got through to see what on earth was going on. Whether others actually get any communication has to be questionable.
How did I get through? Existing accounts line .
I did get resolution, with different goods to be sent out (not the one I ordered and not yet received, but this was only today so it's I believe on its way) but only after I told them that there was no way I was hanging up until we had some end results.
So be warned if you use this lot you (from my experience) have stand a good chance of major & significant issues getting your order. And may have major & significant issues getting any form of contact or being able to make any form of contact. From my experience.
Never again. Run for the hills.
