The item I ordered and perchase from model space deagostini is very good and I will always shop with deagostini model space I recommend this shop to all peoples

I moved home and somewhere in the process of changing address and moving and post forwarding, one of my boxes got lost. I phoned up their call centre and a really helpful chap called Ian went above and beyond to ensure my address was correct and my missing parts were sent to me. Great service to be honest.

Ordered 2 model items on sale ,this was money from my dad as a gesture to remind me of him even more so of the model plane as he flew in one , ordered these 2 items a year ago and at first few emails but now nothing not even a refund disgusting and shocking service stay well away ,there are other model companies which are a lot more worthy ,ok so I replied to the email specified with order details and my email address as specified still waiting for reply ?????????

I am very satisfied with the customer service from modelspace.uk. my email request was answered on the same day.
But not with the service of the German side! There 3 mail inquiries were not answered. Do not understand why there are such differences in the same company

The worst customer service ever and the worst experience with them, I have had a premium subscription with them for the Jaguar E Type build, and everything was a nightmare with them, a lot of missing parts that I still haven't received, and last time when I called they said they don't have the missing issues in stock and I will be contacted when available, never happened and it is now more than a couple of months since I am waiting for parts to finish my build. But this is not where it ends, being a premium subscriber it means you pay extra in order to receive some gifts and also the display case. Well as expected I haven't received my display case as well and when phoned them the guy was very unprofessional and started laughing at me and said there is none in stock, and when asked if he has a rough idea when the next stock available will be he again laughed and hang up on me.

There was a delay with my first subscription. You can not track after its been shipped. The pri e is advertised at £9.99 this is not per month but per part and each magazine has 4 parts so it more like £40pl per month. I used there online contact us to unsbscirbe they failed to action the request I emailed them to cancel and was told I had never contacted them... I request a SAR subject access request and they sent me the same email 5 times to say they had cancelled my subscription. No acknowledgement of my request or the experience I had with them shocking service. They just want your money and don't care about them customers

Ich habe im Juni 2021 meine 24. Lieferung der VW-Samlung erhalten, pünktlich bezahlt wie immer und : kurze Zeit später die erste Mahnung. Kein Zahlungseingang. Alles überprüf, alles ordnungsgemäß verbucht. Anruf bei der Hotline: ich muss das schriftlich über deren Hompage machen, mit Kopie der Zahlung. Gemacht getan…… Zweite Mahnung. Diesmal zwei Mais, an deren Hompage und eine weiter die ich noch gefunden habe …..Dritte Mahnung. Diesmal ein Übergabeeinschreiben mit Rückschein an die Adesse in HH…….Die kam zurück!!!!! Adresse nicht vorhanden. Wieder ein Anruf bei der Hotline: Die Adresse gäbe es nicht, Direktkontakt nur telefonisch oder mit dem Kontaktformular, ansonsten müsste ich meinen Brief nach Italien schicken!!! Es täte ihnen Leid, es gäbe ein großes Problem mit der Buchhaltung. Drauf angesprochen dass in der dritten Mahnung stünde der nächste Brief käme dann vom Inkassobüro : nein, da kommt jetzt nichts mehr. So warte ich jetzt auf das Inhasoschreiben, bin gesperrt und bekomme keine neue Lieferung mehr und weile der Dinge die da noch kommen mögen.
Ach ja, eine Antwort habe ich noch per Email bekommen : es täte ihnen leid, es gäbe Probleme mit der Buchungssoftware. Absender : De Agostini, Absender : die nicht vorhandene Postanschrift

I don't know how such big name like DeAgostini turned into scam.
My order was never delivered. Their customer service do lie constantly because I was getting completely different information from one person by email and another by phone.
Finally managed to get my refund and will never touch them with a stick.

Ich warte seit März auf die 4. Lieferung des VW T1. Habe inzwischen unzählige Male e-Mails verschickt, habe versucht anzurufen. Ohne Erfolg. Finger weg, bei denen funzt rein gar nichts. Ich warte seit Januar immer noch auf eine Ersatzlieferung des Porsche. Auch die Verpackungen sind unter aller Kanone. Werde das Ganze per Anwalt klären lassen.

I had issues with the supply of the R2D2 but managed eventually to speak to one of the managers who explained exactly what was going on to my relief. So everything seems to be going smoothly once again.

Avoid this company like Covid. No communication. No updates. Pay for half a model that can't be returned because I was building as I went. Not to mention third party add-ons I wasted money on. Working on a lawsuit for other Millennium Falcon builders.

Very disappointed with Model-space [ Deagostini ] Been ordering from them for a while but some orders arrive with parts missing and they are rarely replaced.
Model space say they are sent but they provide no tracking information or offer any refund, Ian from model space recommended if I want a refund it would be best to open a dispute through paypal which I did now they won't sell to me because of this.
I have never come across a company so unwilling to resolve a problem they would rather insinuate that I am or the post office are to blame.
I deal with several model companies like Eaglemoss/Hachette and spend £1000s and never have any problems with delivery and on the odd occasion that I get sent the wrong item they are very willing to help.
If someone from Deagostini reads this I would love for you to contact me [ 07709024062 ] but I won't hold my breath. this is nothing to do with Brexit but more to do with a badly run business and incompetent management.
Just had a reply from Model space saying due to the disputes I opened {4[ that they cannot deal with me. maybe they should ask why 4 disputes were opened and why no one dealt with them even though they knew ? When you buy from a company and they don't deliver you would expect a replacement or a refund ? but not Model-space, I had a lot of good deliveries from them but when there is a problem they don't want to know. It is a shame that it has come to this as I have been buying Deagostini products for nearly 20 years without any problems until I have had to deal with model-space. Hopefully Deagostini will see sense and close it down so I can deal direct from the main company. I have never had a problem with their products which have always been good quality, just the team at Model-space who would rather ignore a problem than solve it, They are definitely part of why Britain isn't great anymore!

Momentanes Problem Abo gesperrt da angeblich nicht bezahlte Lieferung,nach mehrmaligem Zusendung des Überweisungsbeleg und Telefonat mit KS keine Verbuchung aber der KS bestätigt die Bezahlung ,warte nun seit 5 Wochen mal sehen wie lange noch , fühle mich Verar..... hoch sechs ,Sind die Leute zu blöd Kontobewegungen zu lesen ???

Meine schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich einzig und allein auf den deutschen Service, der weder am Kundendienst Interesse hat, noch wo die rechte Hand weis was die linke tut.

Zum ersten; Kommunikation findet nur auf mehrfach wiederholter Nachfrage statt. Und selbst dann kann es Wochen dauern bis man eine andere Antwort als die 'Wir möchten Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir Ihr Anliegen an die entsprechende Abteilung weitergeleitet haben.'- Email erhält. Frustration garantiert!

Zweitens; weitergeben von widersprüchlichen Informationen. Ich habe eine Teilrückerstattung des Kaufpreises meines Modells wegen fehlender Teile verlangt. Dieses hatte ich mit meiner Kreditkate gekauft. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass eine Rückerstattung auf Kreditkarte nicht möglich sei und deswegen meine Kontodaten benötigt werden. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, nach wochenlanger Überprüfung meines Kontos ohne Geldeingang, musste ich feststellen, dass das Geld doch auf meine Kreditkarte zurückerstattet wurde.

Drittens; der deutsche Kundendienst ist zu faul, um sich um fehlende Bauteile zu kümmern. In unzähligen Emails über einen Zeitraum von 5 Monaten in Bezug auf fehlende Teile wurde mir letztendlich mitgeteilt, dass diese leider nicht mehr vorrätig sind! Dies war eindeutig eine faule Lüge! Eine persönliche Nachfrage bei ModelSpaceUK ergab, dass die Teile durchaus verfügbar wären und zahlreich zur Verfügung stehen. Die erwähnte Rückerstattung hat zum Glück die Kosten für den Nachkauf der Teile abgedeckt.

Der gesamte Sachlage hat sich über 9 Monate hingezogen und mich unzählige Nerven gekostet.

Urteil: englischer Kundenservice top, deutscher Service absoluter Schrott - Schämt Euch!

Have ordered 2 replacement binders for Jaguar E type model build as one was damaged. Ordered and paid for in April 21 but despite sending several contact form messages have had no response and no sign of binders. I had already emailed the email addresses quoted but am getting an "unable to deliver mail" response.No response to emails or messages sent. Cannot find a valid phone number on site. Only response is thru trust pilot but still no sign of binders.

If I was on fire in the desert and ModelSpace were the only sellers of fire extinguishers in the world, I'd still have a better chance of survival by doing a rain dance. A YEAR I've been waiting for issues to arrive to complete a model and they still can't give me a date. They've had the money from me, FOR A YEAR and all I get is excuses, no real apology, no offer of compensation, nothing.
They are a complete shower, which ironically I'd need if I were on fire!

ModelSpace trying to indicate my subscription is paused! a) Not the case. b) I've had no contact from ModelSpace to indicate this at all c) Even if it was, it's the wrong subscription, I've been waiting for Millennium Falcon parts for a year!

I haven't received any news for several months no response
At my request I believe that this company will close or is closed,
A company that does not take care of its customers. I could write more but what is the point of wasting money.
My subscription is with Model Space U.S.
