Surprisingly good price for the kit I ordered. Free though not speedy delivery, but worth the wait to save the lottery of getting it shipped from the EU.

Years ago i built the Victory and Spitfire very happy with the help i received at the time every month i received a magazine together with the materials and parts.
My experience building the YAMATO BATTLESHIP order number 100022367 has been very poor, i have left messages and made telephone calls to no avail.NOBODY EVER GETS BACK TO ME.
My query has always been the same, at certain stages in the build engineering drawings related to the hanger supports and positions of the portholes together with Hull profile templates should have been provided.
I have decided enough is enough i will not be doing business with this company again.

If you are thinking about buying from Model Space (Deagostini) I would think again if I were you.
I purchased the VW Samba and the Porsche Carrera, total cost of the models was just under £2000.
Due to missing and damaged parts I can't finish either of these models,
I have been waiting on one part for the VW Samba and two parts for the Porsche Carrera since February, 2020.
and every time I enquire about the parts, I get the same answer, that they are still waiting for parts from head office.
Update, As both of these models were on subscription, They asked me to send a message with subscription numbers, I did but I am not getting a reply.

This is absolutely a scam business. If paid for 2 models. Only got one. Brexit went trough and they don't ever want to refund. They are a cheating company. The should be in jail. Every customer in Europe here didn't got their stuf. And they didn't get their refund. The just keep the money from their customers and if you put the facts under their nose they just block you and and just ignore you as it never happened. Please all do report them at Facebook for fraude and not delivering goods
Modelspace is going to answer and just doing like it's nose bleeds. Fraude is illegal, you're a fraud modelspace UK. How can you take yourself serious if you don't ship the goods where you're costumers paid for. That's free money in his pocket. How can't you don't feel sorry for your customers and just block the customers on messenger and just lie they will receive the refund or already paid. This company should have a 0 rating. They keep their pockets filled and yours empty, and nothing in return. That's one hell of service from modelspace Uk! Please be a man and think about your your business man. Pay those customers back who you were going to refund or didn't got their goods. You don't have to be smart to know you are destroying your business when you fill your bags. But you must know this is permanent. Your business will be short-lived all those customers who had bad experience, they won't return! How can you live with that stealing money from customers? That's beyond me? I would keep my costumers happy. If been looking for the McLaren Mp4 /4 for a very long time. Some years gone by and i loved the Yamaha to build so ordered them with the Easter sale last year. Well after 6 or 7 months i got the full price Yamaha. But my easter deal McLaren Mp4 /4 didn't came and it wil never happen as they offered a refund, but just lying time after time they refunded me or its going to be refunded in some day's. Just wasting time! Come on and just pay us all back what we paid for and didn't got delivered. You're a official deagostini kyosho dealership, but it's actually stealership. Pay for 2 models and receive 1 ore none. Please man just settle everything back and think about the health of the company. Time is ticking

habe nie bei denen bestellt. Die erste Abbuchung war noch ein Geringer betrag, der mir gar nicht aufgefallen ist. Heute Morgen dann ein Betrag von fast 45 Euro . Ich habe weder hefte bestellt noch erhalten. Paypal eingeschaltet und wenn der Kundenservice gleich nicht sofort zurück bucht, gehts halt auf zur Polizei!

6 months on and just empty promises, nothing delivered or even a date for delivery. Totally useless avoid at all costs, they are selling stuff they dont have or can get. Now I have the joy of getting the money back, looks like more empty promises!

When I received my first delivery I thought that the instructions magazine was missing, But I didn't read the website the lady I spoke to talked me through to get the magazine downloaded to me

Building the r2d2 robot still need 1 pack. The longest time i had to wait for my Parts is 7 months. I contacted the customer support but its always the same excuse.
Start building in 2018 okt now still not don 2021 jun

Still no parts for my firewood collection 13 months now looking forward to making the YouTube video burning it for the world to see. still the same replies from them 12 times over 7 months customer services said they would help. Useless

Appalling company. I've had 3 models from them in the last 4 years and I've had 5 different issues with missing magazines, missing parts or faulty parts and underpaid postage.
The 1st 4 issues have been reported multiple times and ignored. The latest I'm missing another 4 magazines (Now 8 missing from 1 subscription) I called last week and spoke to someone who clearly didn't have a clue about customer service and tried to say that deag are going paperless (so why did I receive 4 later magazines in the same delivery) I wasn't happy with this so called the following morning and spoke to someone who at least on the face of it had a plausible reason. They said to call back in a month to see if they are back in stock
I don't hold out a lot of hope judging by my previous experiences. If it doesn't get resolved I will be taking it further.

I have placed my order for Cutty Sark on 21st of May, today is 25th of June but I still haven’t received my order. Sent two emails regarding my item but no reply. Can you tel me where is my order for which you got my money but didn’t care send it to me?
I will post my experience with model-space on Facebook and will never buy and recommend them to anyone and will be asking for full refund.

I ordered, and paid for, a model boat - Standart - over 6 weeks ago on what I was led to believe was a 5 day shipping process. I have not received the product or had any communication from the company to explain why. I have written many emails without any response and my phone calls have never been answered.
I believe this company, if it exists, has no customer service whatsoever and would warn anybody attempting to by a product from them to think again

Got thr first pack, love the idea of building this kit of the bounty cannot wait for the second pack good quality wood going to look great when finished i well recommend this company worth the money

No reply,no refund... nothing...the telephone number is out of use...what can I say...

Ordered a Robi Full Kit Robot on the 10th of January 2020 and I have still not received the item. I have been back and forth with a member of the team on Facebook but for the past 2 months I have been ignored repeatedly. I have had no update on this order and have no idea when this will arrive.

When I placed the order back in January, the expected delivery was between 3-5 days. As you can tell, it has been just over 5 months and still no sign of it.

If I could rate zero stars I would, please do not buy from this website as I have no idea of when I will receive my order. This is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with and I really hope I get an update soon.

UPDATE: Apparently they can’t locate an order for me which is laughable as I’ve been back and forth about my order to a colleague on Facebook. What a terrible excuse...
I’ve also been told that they still don’t have some parts for the order and that they are unsure of when they will be getting them.
