Sono Artur Guerra con cliente 96385, ho messo una stella perché non c'è la possibilità di mettere 0 spaccato.
Ho avuto una pessima esperienza con de agostini Model space dopo aver pagato per 2 anni consecutivi ogni mese regolarmente per la Russia standard yacht l'azienda comincia a spedire la numerazione errata prelevando ugualmente l'importo mensile.
Da un anno che chiediamo spiegazioni nessun assistenza. Decido di voler inviare indietro tutta la collezioneinviatami. Ne veniamo a capo attraverso mail inviate e dopo tempo mi inviano l'etichetta di spedizione, il pacco arriva nei magazzini dell'azienda il giorno 27/12/2021 dovrei ricevere indietro l'importo di € 1063, mi hanno inviato la ricevuta di effettuato bonifico di €51,80.
Mi sono rivolto al mio avvocato, voglio ricevere la mia somma in più li citerò per danni.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
Just so new customers can see what this company is like. My dad who is a disabled pensioner subscribed to this VW T1 bus two years ago. He has not received any more parts for it since May last year 2021.He also subscribed to their Polski Fiat at the same time and now has two half built models. He has spent hundreds of pounds on. De Agostini just messaged me this morning and told me that this model above VW T! is now discontinued and if he wants to complete his half built model that he will have to re subscribe to it again in full and start it again from the beginning. So in effect he will basically have to buy this model one and a half times to complete it!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THEM. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET ANYWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! You contact them and you are just passed from pillar to post, lied to fobbed off hung up on and the staff are just plain rude to you AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Sammle VW Volkswagen 1 : 43 und habe heute das 62. Modell bei meinem Zeitschriften Händler gekauft. Aber weder der Händler noch ich kann einen Sammelordner nachbestellen. Man brauchte dafür ein Abo. Was ist das für eine Verkaufspolitik von Deagostini?
Sind sie nur auf Gewinn ausgerichtet?
Kundenfreundlich sind sie für mich nicht!!!

7 months since my last pack (#10) of Build a Ford GT40 ! Customer Service just says I should receive an email today to reactivate my account, but that has been going on for 2 weeks now. As of 2nd Feb 2022 no email and no information.
I want a full refund for the 10 part works received which are totally useless without the rest

Since 6 months I am waiting for my packages to arrive. My subscription stopped and my account got frozen 6 months ago. I can no longer log-in as I never existed. Last 6 months I called the customer support maybe a 100 times. I sent several emails. ABSOLUTELY NEVER got reply to my emails! On the phone I got the same answer - we have troubles with payment system, call next week. You will NEVER get reply to your emails. YOU WILL NEVER get your problems solved. Just spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of models out there with a better quality. Save your self the pain and frustration. Do not be fulled by marketing SCAM with easy hassle free subscription. IT IS NOT hassle free. Your enthusiasm will be killed and at the end you will hate your project. I do not want to sit in my office and look at this model that reminds me for 3 years ( so far) anger and frustration. Fun fact - after first break in my subscription - yeah this is not the first time DeAgostini are doing that- I posted a negative review here. I got reply to it here on this platform - please email us with your problem and we will take care of it. Absolute SCAM! I sent an email right away. Do you think somebody replied to it or solved my issue? NOBODY! So again RUN! Run away from this scam and never look back. They do not deserve your time, money or attention.

I've been collecting the Rossi bike for 4yrs now considering it was only a 2yr subscription I've had nothing but excuses and lies since Brexit they wont tell you its Brexit related but we all know different the non existing Email will never be sent I'm currently seeking legal advice as I'm left with a partial completed model they say they have the 3 remaining issues but can not sell me them via a paypal which leads me to believe their also lying about the stock too. Stay away if you wish to avoid disappointment.

This is the company who handle Sales and Customer service for DeAgostini. I purchased a Model kit from them for over £800 in September 2020. When it arrived, several parts were missing. Customer service told me they were aware of the missing Pack and it would soon follow. But here I am in 2022 AND STILL NO PARTS!! Customer service constantly blame DeAgostini, yet DeAgostini say they "do not have access" to Model Space. So, someone is lying.
I am so tired of listening to the excuses and outright lies from these people, that I am considering legal action, along with many unhappy modellers.
I urge you not to have any dealings with this company and their "questionable" business practices.

Another pile of lies & buck passing, one delivery in seven months & then nothing, I was told that there would be emails sent to confirm options to continue, cancel, refund or buy the remaining parts outright. There has been nothing, Deagostini (Parent company) blame Modelspace & vice versa. Is there anyone there able to make a decision or give an honest answer to the hundreds of customers e

Around July\August 2021 I received what was to be my last MiG29 subscription issues from Model-Space. To this date, I have had no email\nothing from them and when I call, the phone just rings. I have invested a lot of time\effort and money in this partwork and being very dissapointed is an understatement. This needs to be resolved! I would say to folk that be very wary.

Die Modelle sind in Ordnung, aber Stammkunden bekommen keine Aufmerksamkeit. Habe schon ca. 12.000 € ausgegeben und bekomme nicht mal einen Schaukasten, der jetzt beim VW T1 für 1,00€ extra damit zukommt, umsonst oder für 1,00€ bekommen. Die Antwort war, ich sollte stornieren und neu bestellen. Das Modell steht aber schon fertig bei mir zu Hause! Unterirdisch!!! Habe das auch am 10.11 geschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten

Unterirdisch schlecht. Eigentlich haben sie gar keinen Stern verdient. Rückerstattung sind nach 6 Wochen immer noch nicht auf dem Konto. Habe den Eindruck das Geld soll unterschlagen werden.

Acquistato tram Innsbruck su sito Model Space 3 mesi fa e mai arrivato. E' un mese che non rispondono neanche più. Soldi indietro mai ricevuti. Dovrò denunciarli. MAI PIU' DE AGOSTINI!

I placed an order for this kit in December 2019 to have it in time for Xmas, it was never delivered, I rang and emailed them many times in 2020 and was told it was out of stock then a year after my order I requested a refund, £136. They sent a few emails asking for bank account numbers that were unnecessary since it was paid for my credit card. Needless to say I was not refunded. This company in a SCAM

Allora ho iniziato 4 anni fa a ricevere i pacchi di r2d2. Mi hanno detto che sono 27 spedizioni, quindi 2 anni e 3 mesi. Ebbene dopo i primi fascicoli arrivati regolarmente ,ripete dopo 4 anni , sono ancora ad aspettare l'ultima spedizione n 98 99 e 100. E uno schifo Morini Massimo via Rossini 2 50019 sesto fiorentino vediamo sr avete il coraggio di rispondermi esaurientemente

Dai primi giorni di novembre e fino alla data del 18 Dicembre, ho avuto uno scambio di 60 mail con De Agostini, senza mai riuscire a sapere dove fossero i miei pacchi di Ottobre, e Novembre, anticipatamente pagati.
Essendo decaduta la fiducia verso questa azienda, ho dato disdetta al contratto, per Citroen, e anche per l'abbonamento per Bugatti, anche in questo caso il pacco partito i primi di Novembre non lo avevo ricevuto.
Come da loro abitudine scaricano la responsabilità sulle Poste.
La disdetta dei contratti ha "miracolosamente" fatto arrivare il materiale mancante (4 pacchi), legati assieme, il 24 Dicembre.
Sarà dovuto al fatto che avrebbero dovuto rimborsarmi quanto pagato, oppure non essendo in grado di intervenire alla risoluzione dei disservizi, anno interpellato Babbo Natale. a cui anno girato le mie mail.
Per il futuro potrebbero avvalersi di un veggente, magari fornendolo di un numero verde.

Deagostini make amazing models Ive built R2D2 and Ironman and am currently building the Millenium Falcon. However i have not received my monthly subscription for 8 months - anyone else who is having problems with Deagostini/ Modelspace UK please get in touch with David Goff1 on facebook lets start a group legal action against this company

There has been a breakdown In your payment methods and after sending an email to the parent company, to which I have not had a response and like everyone else have not received any parts, I am some what disgusted. IAN and Roy have been a god send and tried to get things sorted out, I have been a customer to your company now for 21 years and never known any thing like this. I suggest you talk to your customers either by email or phone to keep them in the loop that way they won't walk a do there business else where.
