Very poor customer service with Steph
I certainly do not recommend Mobiler Insurance based on my experience.
I have dealt with Jade and Grace on other occasions, and I have always found them professional, polite and helpful. In my opinion, Steph could certainly benefit from listening to how Jade and Grace deal with customers, as there is a noticeable difference in the way customers are spoken to and treated.
I had to deal with Steph on one occasion and found her rude and belittling towards me. I subsequently made a complaint because, had the call recording actually been listened to, I believe it would have demonstrated exactly how I was spoken to. Unfortunately, I felt that nothing was done about my complaint, which was extremely disappointing.
I would also advise against taking the breakdown cover through Mobiler Insurance, as it is provided through the RAC. The one and only time I needed to use the breakdown service, I received very poor service. Having since looked at the RAC reviews, I wish I had checked them beforehand.
I would recommend arranging your own breakdown cover rather than taking it through Mobiler Insurance.
I am now having to battle to try to get the cost of my breakdown cover reimbursed, which has made an already frustrating experience even worse.
This is based on my personal experience, but unfortunately I cannot recommend Mobiler Insurance.
