Millennium Garages Arvostelua 

There needs to be a better parking garage map that lines up the parking levels of grant and millenium garages to what is on level 1.

I recently parked in the downtown Chicago Millenium Park Parking Garage. I reserved a parking spot on the app the day before. When I got to the garage, the entrance gate recognized my license plate and raised the gate without me having to scan anything. The same thing happened on my exit from the facility. Very easy. Will use again when I need to have my car downtown.

Very convenient for skating at the ribbon.

If help is needed, you can get a live person (!!!!) on the phone. I was able to get the help I needed when I needed it! Great experience!

Super easy access from Michigan Ave. Park at the north end of the lot, take the Michigan Ave underground tunnel and you’ll end up right at the CSO’s main entrance. Exiting the lot was quick and easy, the garage had plenty of staff to keep things moving quickly

We called while driving to Chicago for a weekend business event. We had a room at the Congress Plaza Hotel. Our map search showed Grant Park South as a good fit. The gentleman on duty was extraordinary. He listened to our questions, understood them, and gave us phenomenal guidance. We were instructed to log into the website to set up and pre-pay for our parking. He saved us a lot of money. It was our first interaction within the city and it put us in a positive mindset about what lay ahead.
