Terrible headphones, worse customer service. Don’t waste your money and time with Mifo, not super excited to leave this review because as they are Canadian I really wanted to love them and support local!

Ordered Earbuds in December 2024, one of them would not charge or connect. Mifo responded to 2 emails and then when it came time to get a replacement or repair or refund, they stopped all communication. I have sent them many emails to every address I could find. They are clearly avoiding any responsibility. They take your money and run. This is the worst review I have ever left and I am only doing it to help others avoid this company.

I ordered earbuds and found them not reliably connecting via bluetooth. The product is faulty and I asked for a return. 8 weeks later, after no response for weeks on end, I am asked to send a picture of the product in its original packaging.
The customers service is located in the UK and is simply shockingly inadequate. Do not expect to either get a faulty product replaced or your money back. Scammers.

After ordering the earbuds I changed my mind and sent a cancellation within the hour. The following day I sent a second email confirming the cancellation before they shipped but they still shipped. Eventually I was contacted by the support team saying I could return them but after receiving the earbuds I have tried to contact the company several times regarding the return procedure but have not heard back. So now I’m stuck with merchandise I don’t want and have little faith that this will get cleared up. If companies like this want to compete with all the other options out there they have to do better. I will never buy from these guys again and would suggest to stay away from them.
Update: January 6 2025
Received an email from Mifo outlining there return policy. They state that they will accept returns as long as the package is unopened and within 30 days of purchase. Seeing as communication is so poor I’m anticipating that they will drag this out until that time has passed and then refuse the return. Also I think they were planning on having me already opened the package of earbuds in which case there return timeframe falls to 14 days and then I would not be able to return them because of the slow return and communication process. Also there is a 20% restocking fee on top of it. In summary, the return process is horrible and it seems like a company that doesn’t want return business. Also it is a Chinese company so that should explain a lot.
Update: January 29-2025
After replying to the last email from this company I have not heard anything back so as I figured I am stuck with these earbuds. As for the air buds quality they are below average in quality. The controls are awkward and the sound is “tinny” when compared to others on the market. They don’t really fit that well and can’t be used when working out as they slip and fall out periodically.

I had faced the audio quality issue one day my friend suggested to me Mifo replacement earbuds now i am very satisfied with the audio quality. Now i don't face any audio volume issue. Mifo provide me durability for the long time. Overall quality is amazing.
