Ordered a custom size piece of brass…
Ordered a custom size piece of brass sheet, simple enough, when it turned up 4 pieces arrived all scratched and unusable.
Made a phone call and then sent images of scratched brass, another piece arrived also badly scratched and unusable.
Made phone call and then sent images of scratched brass sheet, another then arrived and this one was not scratched (huzzar).
Following day another piece arrived also not scratched 🤷🏼.
Customer service was good at dealing with the problem but I think communication between the office the workshop and the post room could be improved.
We eventually got there but took way longer than necessary and delayed work.

Recently I needed a made to measure splash back for my kitchen. I ordered and it arrived within a couple of days. The quality of the steel was very good. The edges were finely cut without leaving any sharp edges.
