Still waiting for my delivery, was emailed a date for delivery and I've been waiting for 2 days so far . This is not the first time either and it's quite frustrating having to wait around for a delivery that doesn't arrive

We user three different couriers depending on the size/weight of the order, and for all orders we pay for a next working day delivery, although we know that there are occasions when our couriers do not deliver next day as expected. In these instances please give us a call, we are always happy to chase the couriers on your behalf to expedite the delivery, and in situations where the package has been lost or damaged, get replacements on the road as quickly as possible.

I was asked (by the courier, not the supplier)when would I like it delivered,,,, I said Friday , It turned up on Wednesday, they phoned me, I said it was arranged for Friday, they said OK, It was left outside my house on Thursday, You could not make it up unless you were on drugs, Lots of them

Pipe was as specified. Delivered promptly and on a rigid angled cardboard former to prevent damage and/or bending.
The painful bit was the cost; it was another £18+……..ouch!

I've used metals4u several times
I've used metals4u several times, on many projects, and they have always been great. I always go to them for my metal now. They cut everything to order and package it well. I've had to return materials before and it wasn't a problem. customer service is really good. prices are good and they tend to have what i need.

purchase arrived on time and quite well protected, it was only 1/4" dia and one piece dia had a slight bow in it due to packaging had the 2 pieced been taped together first they may have arrived straight, however I'm only turning parts which are 2" long so should be ok
