Made a purchase on mercierworld.com. They took the money then asked for a screenshot of my online banking! My partner questioned this as it seems like a huge red flag. Was then told to do it or they will cancel the order!! So told them to go ahead and cancel. Then recieved email saying order has been cancelled and to wait 3-5 days for refund.
I wont ever be using this company again...and will be recommending everyone i know not to use this company either.

if you encounter a problem they don't find any solution, useless store, low quality clothes and crappy customer service. and about your response, the form has completed and all thing was done for investigation, so please don t lie the people👋🏻

It was a steal for a winter puffer in the summer sale it was worth every penny but it was a bit annoying they didn’t have any kids coats but the xs Mens fits well

Mais je vous avoue que votre qualité est médiocre a un point j’ai même déchiré ma casquette en mille morceaux par rage car au bout d’une semaine la casquette a perdu sa couleur vert alors que je viens à peine de l’acheter.

Loose hem tracksuit bottoms are hard to find and the ones I ordered are so comfy and warm. Lightweight too. Love the designs so even ordered the matching shorts after. Easy delivery and track able via Royal Mail. Will definitely be shopping again

I bought pants, black ones. Now there are black balls everywhere. This fabric gives off fluff.I do not recommend it.

My order got delivered faster than i thought it would! And the satisfaction once i felt the quality made me so happy. Once i tried it on and it fit me PERFECTLY, i couldn't be dissapointed at all anymore! I'm 100% ordering from here again, LOVE IT!

I have bought a T-shirt and I have only washed it once and it has come out with few stains on it, which look like bleach. Now mercier are saying it is my fault but when I have only washed this shirt with 2 other similar colour items and they have not bleached, yet they are saying I'm to blame. So what mercier are saying is that all supermarket washing products are not suitable to be used on mercier clothing. Will not be buying anymore of this awful, overpriced crap!!!

La ropa de calidad ok pero como tengas que hacer ALGUN CAMBIO O DEVOLUCION, prepárate...
Pasan de ti yo tuve que mandar el paquete 2 veces desde marzo de este año, porque cada vez me han facilitado una dirección de entrega diferente y todavía no me han recogido el paquete. Me piden que lo mande una tercera vez cuando ya me he gastado más de 60 euros en los dos envíos que les he hecho.
Me dicen , CON TODA LA CARA DURA, que entienden que me halla equivocado (2 veces) al escribir su dirección, cuando me la han facilitado ellos por correo electrónico en una etiqueta para enviárselo....
Y cómo favor, me solicitarían ellos una recogida, si vuelvo a pagar 26 euros .
