After several bad experiences I shall no longer order online. I always wear the same size trousers, at Mason’s they are sometimes far too big for me, sometimes too small! And Mason’s return policy is certainly not up to standards.

Desidero complimentarmi per l’ottima qualità del capo acquistato di recente (ordine #19564). Conoscevo già il vostro marchio avendo acquistato un altro capo simile in passato presso un negozio specializzato, e anche questa volta mi sembra abbiate confermato le mie aspettative.
Inoltre, voglio sottolineare la puntualità della spedizione, che ho molto apprezzato. È un piacere acquistare da un’azienda affidabile e professionale come la vostra che cura con attenzione sia il prodotto che il servizio offerto al cliente.

This is by far the worst experience I have received ever. First your website was down due to an upgrade which left me unable to place my order online then I proceeded to call after being transferred from pillar to post by one call agent to the next very unprofessional & unhelpful to finally I was assisted by Bianca whom has gone MIA on me & my order two weeks later I still do not have confirmation of my order actually being placed or processed.

I have bought 6 to 8 trouseres form you.
They tend to have diferent sizes. I had this probelm in my last purchase, but mentioned it before several times over the years.
I dont understan that I have to pay to send the trouseres back, if the size is not correct.

Mi sono sempre trovato bene acquistando sul sito, nell' ultimo mio acquisto però, una giacca in velluto, l' articolo è arrivato molto stropicciato, perché inviato, a mio parere, in un collo troppo piccolo.
Ho risolto il problema portando la giacca in lavanderia, dove mi è stato spiegato, che essendo il velluto un tessuto molto delicato, anche stirandolo alcune pieghe possono rimanere, in questo caso no.
