Sent off for 2 Alpha heaters, when they arrived, on Oct 10th, both were broken at the plug, they were shoddy cheap items, not fit for purpose. Luckily I paid through PayPal, but could only get through to the resolution centre if I clicked on the payment shown in dollars, not pounds. The same day they arrived I was visited by Kent Fire brigade to check my smoke detectors, I showed the heaters to the guys, and they said they were a fire risk!! I informed margin holdings of this by e mail, demanding and receiving a full refund. Avoid at all costs, the online promotional film seems professional but is very misleading,

After reading all of the negative reviews, I thought; it’s time to put out there for the world to see, my personal experience. I bought the Rival Smartwatch, model ZL02D. And I also paid through PayPal. So far so good, it’s been over a month, and I am as “happy as a witch in a broom factory” author unknown. In any case, the watch looks fantastic, and performs as advertised.
I am sorry to hear, about so many unpleasant experiences with other purchasers.

I ordered 2 Vital Fit trackers and neither worked with my phones. I returned them within the return period and have not received my refund or any response at all. I have sent two requests since the trackers were returned and received by them June 30, 2023. The return policy says the refund should be issued within 5-10 business days and it has now been 14. They do not live up to their refund policy and their product did not work for me.

Company misrepresented the Vital Fit Tracker and itself. Said product was made in USA. It isn’t. Did not come with charging code. Had to pay extra for charging component but nothing to hook it to the device. No manual either. I went online for manual but no info on charging it to get started. Said I can get total refund. I will do this but I have to pay shipping and handling. They will not refund until they receive product and it may take some time. I was told to download the APP but am not going to do so. Only Nigerian, Indian and Chinese produce the APP. I do t trust it on my iPhone. I feel like I was duped.

I ordered One of those Elite Flashlights you see advertising on tv and upon placing the order it did`nt feel right. I cancelled the order via paypal but all that did was cancel any future payments. This was a onetime pymnt, why would there be future pymnts. I received the wrong product. It was a $5 plug and drive fuel save tuning box for an automobile computer, not even a flashlight. I called the seller to request a refund and he responded thats not going to happen we will put the correct item in the mail . I said no I want a refund. I ended the call for this Rep sounded like one of those scammers you see on youtube....BEWARE !!!!

I went to order one of their products and something felt not right so, after having put in my payment information, I backed out of the purchase, it still charged me. I was using my Paypal so, I immediately went to PayPal and was given a number to call. I immediately canceled. I have saved all emails and it says I have a refund in my PayPal however, what kind of company completes your purchase for you after backing out. You can get the same product on Amazon at a cheaper price. It was a window breaking device.

Product never arrived, initially tracking showed the product was delivered to someone in Pennsylvania. Later it indicated it was on its way. Big run around. Do not purchase on marketplace!

Watch has not worked properly since the 6th day that I had it, and I do not know who to contact.
I went to my PayPal account and they have been making additional charges to my account. I have cancelled all of their future charges to my PayPal account.
I would NOT recommend this company for doing business with.

They advertise a smart watch under Rival Retail.
It has an attractive price and the claims seem awesome.
The problem is the watch is useless. The set up instructions are bogus as are the associated application sites. The watch is worthless.
DO NOT BUY!!!
Spend a little more and get your money’s worth.

****Total scammers!!! Advertised a smart watch for $89 and turned into a MONTHLY recurring charge of $89 for a cheap smart watch! DO NOT EVER purchase anything through this company. Luckily I realized it immediately and tried to back out of the purchase, but nooooo, it went through on my pay pal account. Pay pal was helpful in stopping any future recurring charges. I also instituted a fraud complaint against margin holdings with my pay pal account. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT fall for this scamming company!

Habe mich heute an PayPal Käuferschutz gewandt.War sehr hilfreich.
Nie mehr bestelle ich dort etwas, sei es noch so spektakulär.

I wouldn't recommend this company. They took my money 3 times. I am now having a problem with trying to get a refund.
Try sending them back but the address is non existing when I took them to the post office. One minute they are offering me the money and now they are back tracking !!! Please don't even consider them.!!!@!!!

Do not deal with this company, they are scammers. Bought 2 heaters and one fell apart within days. They originally offered partial refund without need to return but did not payout so escalated to PayPal. They then went back on offer and insisted on return at our expense. On PayPal's advice we returned and PayPal reimbursed us on receipt of proof of postage, together with postage costs. Dispute was closed. Today heaters have been returned to us with note to say unable to deliver, as address does not exist! I suspect, if we had just returned without PayPal intervention, they would have denied receiving them and we would have been out of pocket. If you have paid via PayPal, persist with a case. It may take a while but we were refunded eventually.

Im November Steckdosenprodukt bestellt, nie geliefert, aber 71,52 € abgebucht. Offensichtlich Betrüger!!! Ich will mein Geld zurück!

These heaters which are inferior products and are dangerous as I bought two at over £100 the plug on the back of one of the heaters fell apart.When I have recovered from operation I will get on touch with Trading Standards. Yours truly EARL PARRY

just been coned online with buying a heater 3 x price of similar from amazon. they are saying I signed a paypal automatic payment which I did not - deeply unhappy with this company Margin holdings limited. Cant seem to open a resolution service dispute either as will not process on paypal. Serious issues here

Negative Erfahrung mit Margin Holding Limited. Auch ich hatte im Dezember hier etwas gekauft, (Hartmut Drescher, Kassel,Germany) Tracking No.GM545121779000912211 mit PayPal bezahlt, aber die Ware ist nicht gekommen, da UPS eine Auslieferung abgelehnt hat. Der Käuferschutz bei PayPal ist abgegelaufen, was meine Schuld ist. Die hatten den Betrag vorgelegt, den Sie natürlich zurück haben wollen. Das Unternehmen M.H.Limited habe ich in Englisch an . . . . . angeschrieben , 0 Resonanz. Das ganze lief über Vistahead,welches Portal jetzt zum Verkauf steht. Das ganze wird über Honkong gesteuert, steht, auch in Verbindung mit England,sehr verwirrend. Hier unten habe ich gerade eine andere Email Adresse, info . . .com gesehen und werde mein Schreiben jetzt an die weiterleiten, denke meine 157 € werde ich nie wieder sehen . .
