CONTINUED CHARGING MY CC

I am having the same issue as everyone else here. My husband purchased a novelty mug for me for Christmas. He only bought one; they charged him for and sent two. I just noticed today that they have been charging us $19.99 a month, for what I have no idea, that was not authorized. I have no idea how to cancel this on their website as they make you choose the type of membership you have and, as we didn't sign up for one, I have no idea what to put. I reported it to my bank.

This is a scam. I ordered two mugs in December, and a hefty shipping fee was added AFTER I entered my credit card info. Even worse, the company continued to charge my credit card $19.99 a month until I finally noticed the recurring charge. Company says I signed up for a "VIP membership." What?? There was no mention of this when I bought the product, and I see nothing about it on the website today. Stay away!

They continue to take $19.99 a month and hope you don't notice! Scumbags!!

I was just contacted and refunded monies I never approved to be taken. If the money actually gets back into my account I will re-do this review. But until then, I am continuing with the bank and authorities investigations. (This company is a FRAUD!!! They are still charging my bank account every month. $19.95. I have to close the account because these scammers!!! I never even bought anything from them!!! They just hacked my account.)

I bought 6 Chapter Book Mugs which were shipped to me. They were poorly packed and 4 of the 6 were smashed in multiple pieces. They were unable to be repaired or restored since many of the pieces were too small to do anything but cut my fingers. I notified the company in writing via email using the original order notification. They never responded of course. I have filed formal complaint with the credit card company and with the Federal Trade Commission. Next stop the Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General's Office.

Beware! Don’t buy from this company, you will get the mugs that you won’t like,and make impossible to return and then they will continue to charge your account for $19.99 a month. SCAM!!!!

I got two cups for what I paid- then somehow I am getting recurring payment of $19.99 which I never signed up for it- they claimed as “Reward Program Subscription” I don’t even know what that means or ever mentioned when purchasing the stupid library cups. I am asking them to get my money back total of two (2) $19.99 in total $39.98 regardless past 30 days.

AWFUL!! I stupidly purchased 2 of the “book” cups for friends — they are so bad I gave them to a thrift store hoping someone might like them (doubtful). Then to add “insult to injury” this company has continued to bill me for a “monthly subscription” fee! I didn’t subscribe to anything associated with them. My credit card is attempting to rectify the charges & put a stop to the monthly charges. This place is scam city!!

I have never ordered anything from this company.And they have managed to take almost four hundred dollars out of my account

I ordered the book mug for my sons girlfriend, it is so ugly, it’s not what is shown by the picture, trying to figure out how I can return it if possible, I am embarrassed to give it to her, soooo disappointed, she loves to read so I thought it would be the perfect gift…not at all ☹️

This is a scam pure and simple. I ordered 2 mugs first week of November and paid in full. I have been charged (unauthorized ) every month since on my credit card. Trying to get reimbursed by card company.
Stay away them.

Overpriced low quality high shipping charge and crowning gem is unauthorized recurring charge

I ordered two book coffee mugs for gifts. The special price for 1 was advertised as $39.99 but I was charged $59.99. Then there was a charge of $19.99 for shipping. They are not worth the price because they aren't the size of a regular size coffee mug. I am very disappointed and won't order from them again.

I ordered a coffee mug from BuyEvergreen. I got scammed by a ad on Facebook. When I ordered somehow instead of 1 mug the order turned into 2. When I tried to change it the order went through. I tried to contact them to cancel the order, but I kept getting busy signals over multiple calls on multiple days. When the order finally came, the mugs were hardly big enough to hold a couple of sips of coffee.

I sent a complaint to American Express to get my money back and then sent a note to BuyEvergreen. All of sudden I get a response. Where were they before?

Stay away from this company!!

Terrible quality product. Definitely does not look like the picture. Once I received it, I emailed the company asking for a refund and they said theyd refund $8 of the $40+shipping I paid. This company is a scam.

I give them 1 star because they responded to my email HOWEVER this company does nothing and just nickel and dime customers with add ons, shipping etc. At checkout there is no indication of shipping charges and I immediately canceled my order but OF COURSE they couldn’t cancel Oder as had already shipped. Site is a scam. No wonder they advertise on IG, FB
DO NOT PURCHASE! Buyer BEWARE
And a 15$ or 15% restocking fee and they claim they have $$ back guarantee. Going to BBB

I ordered my Bookmug on December 21, 2025. I have not received my purchase. I only received a confirmation of my purchase. I have yet to receive a confirmation email from this company. If I don't receive my purchase, I will file a claim with my bank, I will also contact them by phone, email and a letter sent in the mail. I believe that this was a scam, as it was included in a email from a magazine email.

This company/website is totally corrupt. To see shipping charges, you have to enter your credit card information, and then, when I decided not to go forward with the purchase and just closed the window on my browser, without clicking "Conform your Purchase," the company went ahead and processed and shipped my order without my permission.

Phone calls to customer service were useless -- "the order has already been shipped," "according to company policy, there is nothing we can do at this point," "there is no supervisor available to speak with you, but one will call you back within twenty-four hours" (hah!). I also have no faith in idle promises about being able to return this unwanted merchandise for a full refund.

In short, I got scammed, just as many other reviewers on this site report they got scammed. Shame on buyevergreen.co.

Big SCAM do NOT buy from this company. They say they are in the USA in like New Jersey and will ship to you in 4 to 5 business days. I tried to cancel my item 1.5 hours after I ordered it and they said no. Told them they lied about being in New Jersey. Got product a month later. Started return and emailed back and forth and got 80% of my money refunded. Said it was all settled and to keep the product. That was three weeks ago. Yesterday noticed they had charged my account for $19.99. I emailed their customer service and stated that was an unauthorized charge, we had settled the matter, and that I want a refund of the $19.99 that they charged to my account for nothing.
