Ordered a WiFi extender. Got it and it works BUT hidden somewhere in the ordering process must have been a $24.99 per month agreement on my part to pay forever and for what I don't know. Called to cancel and some unintelligible female employee finally did cancel the monthly billing plus refunded the first $24.99. Huge scam. Wonder how many don't check their PayPal account?

If I could give zero stars I would. Be aware that when you place an order you are enrolled in "VIP" benefits, which comes with a recurring monthly charge of $24.99. You have to call them to cancel.

Ordered a dash cam for 34.95 and recieved a charge on my PayPal account for 101.90. After calling them directly they said the charge was also for shipping and 2 SD cards in addition to the charge for the dash cam that I never approved. Disputing this charge with PayPal, no resolution yet.

I have no idea who this company is but they got $127.50 from me via Paypal. It must be a scam and needs to be shut down. I will be contacting Paypal.

Just got scammed - 3 bills in one day - have no idea what was in the orders.

If you do order something then you are charged a $24.95 recurring fees every month if you don’t catch it they claim you you can get free products as you build this up. It’s just a scam to keep adding up money on your charge card.

Bunch of junk. DOES NOT WORK. OUT OVER 100 BUCKS.

If I could give it negative stars, I would! Sent me a piece of worthless junk, added a second payment without authorization - no response.

I ordered the Alpha Heater and recieved a 2nd hand damaged product, I was assured they would send a new product, it didn't arrive, they put the wrong address on the parcel and when I asked what was happening I was informed the guarantee has now expired, on a product I did not recieve.

I have purchased 5 heaters, and one of them is no longer working. I contacted Margin Holdings by chat, and was told a technician would call me, but was sent to a site to pay them first. I am not paying someone to tell me my heater does not work. I already know that. There is no way to take this thing apart, and unless they are willing to refund me, it is useless.

They, unknowingly to me or hidden in fine print, set up a monthly draft on my PayPal for the amount of a prior, 1 time purchase. Took some work on my behalf but got their draft canceled..and hopefully a refund. Paypal was no help, had to contact them..hopefully cancelled this underhanded scam.

SECOND UPDATE ~ I confirmed today that all charges have been refunded to my credit card through PayPal, so the issue is resolved. I'll never knowingly do business with this company again though.
UPDATE ~ I finally spoke with a person yesterday, who eventually acknowledged my dissatisfaction with the company and issued a refund in full. Because of this I changed my review to three stars. I didn't order nor did I receive any product, so that review is purely for Customer Service.
If I could make a half star review I would. I have no idea what these charges are for. It’s approximately $350 in the last month. The company’s automated response to my inquiry basically says the “heater” I ordered has already been shipped but I can return it within 30 days.
I didn’t order a heater and have not received a heater. This also doesn’t explain the automatic payment of just under $25 per month they are taking.

So far so bad. I purchased three devices that were supposed to help reduce my electricity bill. I was advised by them to purchase three I paid $127.55 for these devices that do not work at all. I am working with Paypal disputes, and MarginHoldingsLimited just keeps asking me inane questions. There must be somewhere we can report this company.
Also, Amazon is selling this same technology for 19.98 for three items. WTH?

This company is a SCAM. Product did not work as advertised and is useless!

I made online orders on two different occasions. Both orders from 11/26/2023 and one order from 11/30/2023 made it here in time for Christmas! The items were exactly what I wanted. The Falcon Drones work great and I also purchased the devices that are supposed to help with electrical usage. I am willing to try it because my electrical charges keep getting higher and higher. Now on a fixed income played an important part in the last purchase.

I thought I was paying $24.99, using Paypal, for a Pro Power Save device. I've now been billed twice. $24.99 & $58.95. I cannot find any way to dispute this extra charge. No customer service number or chat option.
This company appears to be a complete fraud!

I ordered a Black Falcon 4K drone and believe I received an E58 knock off drone. I base this on the fact the drone I received did not have a sim card slot. Also, the prop guards for the Black Falcon and E58 drones attach differently. The drone I received prop guards attach like the E58 drone or at least those are the ones I would have to order to replace
