Manchester United Arvostelua

I ordered a present on behalf of my mother, and almost a month later it’s still not been delivered.

I’ve had multiple back and forth emails with the customer service team and still no way forward.

It’s clear, the customer service is as bad as the people that own it, terrible.

I will never buy anything from the website again, what a scam.

Terrible purchasing experience. Ordered a shirt for my son’s birthday and paid for next day delivery. A week later and after two phone calls, they still have not dispatched the item or can even tell me when it will be sent. Have now missed son’s birthday. They do not care in the slightest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a personalised shirt for £75 from them but wanted to change the number and emailed them 2 hours after the transaction. I received a response after 48 hours that "The item has already started printing so this can not be cancelled and as its a personalised item this can not be returned as confirmed on the website."

I'm going to refer to my credit card company and let them take care of it

Charlatans. Please don’t ever give them any card or bank details. They will keep them, without your permission and not remove them even when told to do so.

If you must purchase anything then use a virtual card that you can delete after or a prepayment card.

This coach we don’t like we need to play cr7 full time fair new coach early

The Glazers have destroyed Manchester United to the point that it is now unrecognisable. The parasites have broken millions of United fans hearts and continue to do so, get them out right now. Sir Jim Ratcliffe please be our saviour. Save your club.

The ground is so dirty run into the ground. No money been spent by the owners they just take money out. Seems that the majority of employees on the pitch get paid a lot for very little.

Rotten from top to bottom, we've had enough...your time is coming to an end

Glazers destroying the club. #glazers out!!!!!

GLAZERS OUT -
TIME TO GO

Absolutely shocking display today from the players, they are not playing with any passion, they are all tired and who blames them. This is down to our transfer policy, who would really want to play for us in this day and age. The backroom board has ricocheted across to the pitch, and i am absolutely ashamed and embarrassed being a long life fan of this club. This club has not made a profit since the glazers have taken over, brought with £600 million or billion in debt, floated on the stock market and yet are still in the same debt today. Glazers out bring some new owners in and bring some new board of directors in, for as long as this goes on there will be no success coming to this club. How late will they leave it?

The owners don't care about their customers, money grabbers and i won't step foot in old Trafford till they are gone. Glazers sell man united

Awful ground, dated and in need of work. Awful customer service as well

Great experience when buying from the website, quick delivery and good quality item.

Do not order from them order 5 days ago for a tie for a funeral payed next day delivery and still not here and funeral was today really bad company with not good customer service as I offered to go and collect it and pay again and wouldn't let me do not use

Shambles...owners are terrible club is run by non footballing business men.

Used to be a football club now just an ATM for the glazer family who have no love for football or man utd . The ground is decaying and the players and staff arnt fit for purpose . Every united fan wants these slumlandlords out
