Worst service. Sent a shirt back and they didn’t respond on several emails. Finally responded when I raised via my credit card. Then they said it was refunded. Then when I chased they said I had to send it back first. Sent it back and they have refunded the wrong amount. Absolutely rubbish service.

Ordered a shirt with customisation, arrived without so processed a return which eventually went through. I ordered another shirt with customisation as before, this arrived with another player name. The child already has a shirt with this players name. Began the process and was offered a replacement or refund . Uploaded a photo of the shirt we received. This was accepted and so we waited .... all that happens is we have to use the portal , get the occasional email all saying same thing and from a different C.S.person. Can't get to speak to a person. Wish I had gone through an unofficial site for the child's present. Please respond asap

Ordered gloves with £4.50 p&p, arrived after a reasonable time but were too big so went online, downloaded return label and waited for refund.
Finally got an email today after 2 weeks to say ill get £14.70 refund! Gloves were £20.70 so taking £6 off for p&p and admin-crazy business model!

The Manchester United Old Trafford Tour and Museum visit I went on this week is an excellent experience and a significantly better one than in the past. Our Tour Leaders, Graham and Ian were very knowledgeable not only about the club and its history but about the game in general. Graham's tour commentary was both interesting and intelligent. For any United fan or fan of the game, I highly recommend this tour. Furthermore the Museum has been considerably extended with new exhibits and displays that are a treat for any United fan.

Purchased the new shirt for my partner for Christmas and within a few months of light wear and care by instructions all the writing is peeling off. Absolutely disgusting quality of a £100 shirt. Customer service is terrible, trying to make a complaint and they just keep sending me the same response instead of actually responding to the issue.

We have various Man U shirts in the house that have withstood years of wear - the poor quality of the new official shirt is not worth the money.

Sending a replacement and an apology for the poor quality wouldn’t really damage the bank account would it.

Ordered red home shirt. Received red home shirt printed zirkzee 11. Asked for refund. Was advised to sent photos of the shirt including tags. I sent this information. Now man utd on line store are not responding to emails. Shocking customer service

Second post! Just to let those reading to go seek advice from citizen advice. They are falsely advertising! They are going to refer to trading standards! Not sure if you seen they emailed advertising if purchasing anything today will be delivered in time for christmas!! Yeah RIGHT! I’ve been waiting since 4th December.

Terrible service. Do not believe the "shipped in 5 working days" rubbish. Been waiting 10 days already and when you enquire with their 'customer service' a bot tells you "no, shipping is only counted from when you item arrives at the courier...." Manchester United can take 2, 4, 10, weeks to send it there to the courier if they want.....apparently its not counted in shipping time!!!!!

Worst customer service ever! Ordered parcel few days ago with RM24 service. Parcel is delayed already few days. Customer service named Jordan was ignoring my messages, he just copy and paste some random sentences. They claim that everything is fine and that Royal Mail 24H sercivr delivers within 5 days. XD I asked if I could talk to his manager and he replied,

"No, is there anything else I can help with?"

Obviously a scammers. Do not buy there!

Place an order with them, majority of the time they fail to confirm via email. Order a jersey which has name & number printed on it, looks nice but find print soon looks ruined. Never find this happens with printed jersey from local Sports Shops.

Lost my package (8th of december) and now they won’t answer me or cancel the order

If I could give Manchester United Shop a 0 I would. Placed an order for a personalised toddler, and baby kit on 29 July with an expected delivery date of 8 August. To this date, both items are currently in the processing stage. Manchester United think they are doing you a massive favour by constantly giving you money off your order. Knowing them, the order would probably not be dispatched until the new season starts. Disgusting customer service is an understatement. I requested a refund today!!!

Tried to buy a shirt for the start of the season season and it’s still not here. The chat function agent has just fobbed me off by saying that they promise it will be delivered today even though it is showing that it is still processing rather than out for delivery. Then effectively hung up on me. Do not buy from here. I am starting to even wonder if it is some sort of scam because of the flagrantly misleading chat agent. At the very least it is unreliable with terrible customer service. Avoid.

Don't Order online if you expect express delivery no reason given yet Evri app says there is a problem with the delivery

Absolutely awful experience, took my son With his birthday money and not one away shirt in size 10-11 no staff members could tell us when stock was in! There were no Official player t shirts either (when im constantly emailed telling me about them)
Would not recommend to anyone just go to w direct in future!
