Got all invoices and shipment Emails really fast after purchase.

Shipping took a short amount of time even though I live overseas.

Box was described as heavily damaged but the goods and the box look in mint condition!

Quite high shipping costs but it was still cheaper than the original item with free shipping, thanks a bunch :)

J'ai commander un livre chez eux le 02/10/2019... Je ne reçois rien et attends jusqu'en début mars 2020 et leurs envoie finalement un mail. Je reçois une reponse quelques jours plus tard pour me dire que mon paquet était arriver en France et est repartit pour le japon. L'adresse écrite n'était pas bonne et apparement ils auraient envoyer un mail d'information avec mon adresse mail citer dans leurs réponse avec une erreur de leur part. Ils me demandent de vérifier si j'avais bien inscrit mon mail et mon adresse postale et effectivement tout était correcte. Je ne receverais JAMAIS mon livre et ne serait jamais remboursser car selon eux, c'est ma faute. On peut pas faire preuve d'aussi mauvaise foi car j'ai fais des captures d'écran de mes informations et de leurs erreurs. Je ne commanderais plus jamais chez eux...

The ordering process is a bit tricky, but once you get used to it is simply amazing. The selection is "used" technically but the Japanese have very high standards, so basically you're getting near new products.
Do be careful about shipping: it isn't really expensive generally, BUT if you order products from multiple stores you'll end up paying shipping for each of them, and that's a lot.

I see a lot of reviewers here that leave a bad review that don't understand the concept of Mandarake. It's an used item store that sells collectibles. You go to them if it's a rare item that you can't get in a normal webshop.
The shipping fees can be high if you buy large items or use EMS/DHL, but they also offer cheaper alternatives and are often transparent about their rates on the item page.

Personally I've had nothing but good experiences with them. They package items very well, ship fast and will often comply with my wishes. I've ordered several times from their website and the items came from different stores. All equal in service.
Would definitely recommend them for rare collectibles.

I have now found my favourite site to purchase manga and doujinshi. The books are in great condition, well-packed, and arrive quickly. The whole purchase process is very straightforward and having made and received several orders with no issues whatsoever, I would highly recommend it.

My orders usually work out at under £2.50 per manga for DHL shipping to the UK, and arrive in 3 working days. Highly recommended!

I live in the US and I really wonder if the majority of people that buy from them live in closer countries? Trying to find a good deal for Megahouse POP figures and one time the shipping cost was $65 (for SAL) which was more than half the cost of the figure, and the other time it was $55, more than the cost of the figure I had found a deal on! At least with SAHRA they give you the shipping quote directly so I did not complete the purchase and be blindsided by the invoice. I do notice that they are very honest about any defects in the box or the figure and have a lot of photos, but the extremely high shipping cost automatically nixes any discount from the deal or "damaged" box. I ended up not buying anything from them. With shipping accounted for, I have seen better deals on similar items from 100%-rated sellers (located in Japan) on ebay and Rightstuf. It's a shame because I don't seek perfection in my figures or packaging but I would have to find a $20 figure (with a lot of defects) for the shipping to not hike up the price out of the range I'm willing to pay.

Mandarake indicates whether an item has been used, opened or package damaged already. Read the item description. Aside from that there are a lot more useful info you can read aside from those three regarding the item condition. You can also email them with a very quick-replying customer support which is likely to be a real person (i.e. reply doesnt seem automated). My item was packaged carefully and they also complied with my extra instructions promptly.

I ordered something here just a few weeks ago and I am super impressed by how fast and proper they handle things. Their products are often boxed and each item is bubble-wrapped (Individually!).

Ordered two figures *unopened condition* boxes are like brand new. EMS literally arrives in ireland in under 3 days and SAL under a month at least, which I usually choose for smaller figures. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a good price.

One of the worst customer services you will ever see. Be careful as well about the fact that they sell opened, used, and possibly defective items as unopened. Happened to me more than once. You will read about this here as well, it happens often apparently.
They won't do anything about. They might even ban your account if you try to ask for a small compensation about it. It's a very terrible shop. The state of customer service in Japanese shops is terrible all around anyway, so don't expect this to be any better.

They have very good prices with their items. But they over-inflate shipping fees to very shocking extents that it defeats the purpose of getting any good deals from them in the first place. Would've given 0 rating if I could, for trying to milk you for that big extra lump of money at the shipping.

Prezzi molto convenienti. La maggior parte dei prodotti sono usati, ma francamente gli standard dei giapponesi sono molto alti: se un prodotto è segnato come "leggermente rovinato", è praticamente nuovo di zecca.
Il packaging è inoltre ben curato, ho ordinato una tazzina di ceramica e mi aspettavo arrivasse in frantumi, ma sia la tazzina che la confezione stessa erano ben coperte da molti strati di pluriball.
Con la spedizione economica il prodotto impiega un mese circa ad arrivare qui in Italia dal Giappone (potrebbe impiegare una settimana meno o più, dipende dal periodo).

Non c'è l'assicurazione per default quindi se si prendono articoli molto costosi consiglio di prenderla.
Non si possono cancellare gli ordini dopo averli fatti, pena la possibilità di essere bannati dal sito, quindi controllate di aver preso tutto prima di completare l'ordine.

Great company, they sell used authentic japanese merchendise at a lower price that usual. Most items are marked as used but are actually new and arive very quickly. Would Recommend

Be careful guys, they sometimes send opened and used items as unopened ones. It happened to me couple times. Boxes were opened from the bottom or be resealed by double tapes. Very disappointed!!!

Fast, good packaging, choice with postage services.
DHL is their best proposition; fast delivery service for a good price with a competent staff.

Some products from japan that are no longer produced can be proposed elsewhere but they are usually sold very expensive. Mandarake will propose you the same product for a lower cost that is usually close to their introductory price.
