I bought from mandarake, and I received my stuff quick and packaged well. Their second hand mostly can pass as new. the most deteriorated I have received is a small yellow spot on one book but that's it. if I didn't look for the yellow spot, I would have missed it.
The only caveat is that Mandarake has lots of branches so make sure you buy your stuff from one branch so that shipping won't pound you,

Es una empresa confiable. Les he comprado artículos de anime como figuras, artbooks, mangas, series en bd, dvd, cds, tarjetas y posters y no tengo queja. Algunos productos están muy rebajados y la condición a pesar de ser usados para mi es muy buena, incluso podría pasar como nuevos. Lo malo es su pagina, el diseño me parece malo no guarda las preferencias y tienen muchos baners que jamas he usado y cargan muy lento. Son poco o nada flexibles con combinar ordenes o cancelaciones y su servicio al cliente es muy lento. Otros productos como los vintage o ropa no puedo dar una opinión porque no les he comprado.

I have ordered 3 times from Mandarake, and I adore this service. I’ve only ordered figma figures and the shipping cost is very reasonable (around 1000yen) which is so good for how quickly they arrive, which is plus or minus 4 days. I imagine that purchasing anything larger would up the prices, I have never found cheaper prices on rare action figures and i will continue to use this service.

Mi último pedido costó 22,56€ y ha caído en aduanas, 24€. Aunque no puedo culparles directamente, mi anterior y primer pedido también cayó en aduanas y además el estado del producto difería de lo prometido: producto 'sin abrir' llegó pegajoso, lleno de polvo y con marcas de rozaduras. El servicio al cliente es pésimo, deficiente uso del inglés y solo me ofrecieron un reembolso de 10€, ni la mitad del total pagado.
No me parece una página recomendable a menos que puedas usar el servicio directamente en Japón y/o domines el japonés para comunicarte con ellos.

Sito affidabile che vende action figure, artbook, manga etc. anche introvabili in Italia. I prodotti arrivano in un ottimo stato anche se usati (tenuti benissimo, praticamente pari al nuovo). I prezzi sono convenienti ma bisogna tenere conto il rischio di incorrere nelle spese doganali. Spedizione veloce (7 giorni) se si sceglie DHL.

Sito di prodotti da collezionismo giapponese. Affidabili e precisi. I prodotti sono in ottimo stato anche se usati (praticamente nuovi). I prezzi sono convenienti ma considerate le spese doganali, che non compaiono nel prezzo finale del prodotto ma vi verranno addebitate solo in un secondo momento. Le tasse doganali ovviamente non dipendono da Mandarake ma il sito potrebbe pubblicizzare meglio questa cosa e potrebbe rendere il sito più chiaro e accessibile per i clienti internazionali.
In caso vogliate ordinare più di un prodotto, fate attenzione da quale negozio vi spediranno la merce perché hanno vari punti vendita in Giappone e c'é la possibilità che non tutti i prodotti vengano evasi da un unico store.
La spedizione é stata molto più veloce di quanto credessi (3 giorni lavorativi).

The perfect site if you are looking for good deals and rare items! Looking through Mandarake feels like looking at a treasure chest to me. I use it to find sold out or rare items for good prices, and I usually manage to find them for half the price or less than I would on Ebay or at a local shop. For example, I managed to find a figure that would cost me 40€ to buy locally, for only 7€ on Mandarake! New and sealed in plastic. The only downside to Mandarake is that the shipping isn't calculated immediately when you place an order. Instead you have to choose the delivery method and then wait for them to Email you the shipping quote, then you can pay. I think it's very inconvient because the shipping costs can become very expensive very quickly.

ordered at the end of January and despite Corona, I received my package today. Everything was packaged cautiously, pricing was perfect and since I knew about the shipping costs, it was totally worth it! Would do again 5/5

I love Mandarake! It's like shopping in Japan but everything's right in front of you, it's great and I love shopping here. Fast shipping and every item I've received, ordered over a hundred action figures, they're all wrapped with care. However, be wary of the $30USD and $45USD shipping charges. You won't know until you get a confirmation of the sum once the store you ordered from confirms that they have the item in stock. For example, I decided to buy an action figure and it's an absolute steal. All of the sudden, I'm hit with a ton of bricks and surprises me with $45USD shipping, unbelievable! Be cautious and certainly be careful! Cancelling too much will result in a permanent ban of your account and shipping address.

mandarake is a really good website to put rarer or common preowned items.. going from figures,shirts,bags or anything really! I have ordered from 3 different stores as of lately sapporo ( being my first I brought from..), fukouka (they responded incredibly fast messaged me for my invoice as soon as I brought, and shipped on on the same day.) nakano being the most recent (personally the slowest so FAR) they will respond to questions sometimes generally very quickly sometimes they will take a day or few, SAHRA has an automated shipping cost calculated (quite expensive so I haven’t personally brought from that facility.) their customers service is ok! I asked about shipping on a certain item and comparing prices from different facilitys and got a narky respond which is whatever but that has probably only been the not so bad thing.. my items have gotten to my country within 5 days of ordering which is really fast^ though DHL makes shipping a little bit expensive.. in my opinion but I don’t mind paying a little more to get a grip on rarer items for my personal collection:^)).. overall they are a great company! I do suggest mandrake. (dont forget to pay within 5 days... or you will suffer the ban hammer though ! ) bye bye!

I love this place. Both for online and in store shopping - they have an amazing selection and the quality has always been outstanding, even when listed as damaged.

They take amazing care to pack your goods as well. The boxes are thick and sturdy and inside is plenty of bubble wrap. They do a great job.

I would like there to be more information on some products. I don't know if it is better in the original Japanese but certainly for the English it is lacking. I have occasionally ordered things without having much clue what I am getting. Just a minor niggle though.

The only real downside are the shipping fees. You have to be very careful as the cost of shipping comes in hard; you'll have no clue exactly what your total will be until after you commit. For example, my 35,000¥ order is now costing 45,000¥ - another 10k for shipping alone (not to mention the import fee... ahh!!). That is easily the cost of a second figure!

The upside is you know you're getting a real figure. Other online places can be incredibly hit and miss. I would rather pay the shipping fee and be rest assured I havent just been conned.

All in all, ever since I found out about them I regularly used them. That's been about three or four years now. I would love for there to be an option to trade in goods for us English speakers but I also appreciate it is a bit of a stretch!

Couldn’t pay for an order because of absurdly high shipping cost and now I think I’ve been suspended. I can’t login to my account and when I try to make a new one I get an error. Contacted support but no response. It’s a shame because I’ve completed several other orders with them and now they’re just giving me the cold shoulder over one order. Make sure you can completely commit to your order otherwise they WILL ban you.

Ottimo sito giapponese per reperire a buon prezzo materiale e action figure sui cartoni, manga e robot. Diversi prodotti sono ormai irreperibili nel nostro mercato o hanno prezzi esorbitanti. Considerando la spedizione internazionale, i tempi di ricezione sono sempre accettabili e dipendono anche dalla modalità scelta. Da tenere a mente è anche la probabilità di dover pagare le spese doganali di importazione. Sito, grafica e funzionalità, un pò da migliorare.

Son una de las tiendas mas famosas, y sin duda son muy serios, esta muy bien que cuando haces la orden primero revisan si lo tienen es stock antes de cobrarte, es muy raro que no tengan algo, lo mas negativo de la tienda es su servicio al cliente, al ser una tienda fisica con un monton de sucursales, depende de a que sucursal te dirijas y te pueden atender bien, o te pueden atender pesimo, y para evitarse problemas te pueden llegar a cancelar la cuenta, otro punto negativo es que a veces no revisan bien la figura usada y le ponen un precio como si estuviera en optimas condiciones cuando no es asi, eso tambien depende de la sucursal, en algunas claramente se toman mas enserio la revisión de las figuras usadas e incluso detallan con fotos si tiene algún detalle y rebajando el precio a lo justo, en otras sucursales pues como que no se lo toman enserio, y si no estas conforme con lo que te llego pues te aguantas, ellos no harán nada por conpensarte. Really can't fault Mandarake - they have awesome prices on rare products, they ship super-fast and communications aren't a problem. I've had tow transactions with them and there's not been any problems at all. Highly recommended.

Dozens of order made succefully, with really high shipping cost though, i could not complete an order becouse they were charging me $60 usd for a lightweight book (others sites like amiami charges like $20usd for similar weight), and i was banned for life. I tried to reach them but not luck, is like they really don't speak english, they don't have customer support or they just have cold heart. Thankfully there are other options to buy from Japan, Surugaya + proxy works better.

Ordered a Shinobu Oshino Figure on August 2nd (17 year old kiss shot version) and it came August 4th! Less then 48 hours for the figure to come from Osaka Japan to Massachuesetts! Customer service was great too will be buying again

a bit pricey for shipment but i've received my parcel in perfect condition within 2 days from Japan all d way to south east asian country
