Every single time i order from them, they never fail to make it arrive without any damage and very quickly. They also give extremely good prices for rare figures (I bought a figure for $20 and it was $300 on amazon).

Order Nagoya store got cancelled a day later with message that item was sold out.Later same item was uploaded by Nagoya with a higher price:/

Veldig gode priser på produkter, selv om frakten kan bli ganske høy. Her kan man kjøpe figurer som blir solgt på Outland for 400kr, men for en MYE billigere pris (helt ned til 40kr for prize figurer). Samtidig så kan man finne eldre mangaer/plushies/figurer som er ganske vanskelig å finne andre steder. Tar ca. 2 uker å få pakken, og de pakker den inn veldig godt, så sjansen for at noe blir ødelagt er 0.000001%. Anbefaler sterkt!

I have had good experiences with Mandarake. It is easy enough to order from them although their site is a bit harder to use than others. They sell a fantastic range of items and are good for finding sold out books for much less than on other sites.
SAHRA Mandarake imo is the best store to order from if you can.
Mandarake in general package extremely well, though sometimes they “over-package” which is why their shipping costs can end up higher. My one problem is they mark the items as a gift so in the UK you can end up being charged customs even if you did not request for the package to mark as a gift. Other than that I have still had great experiences shopping with them.

I have been a customer with Mandarake over 10 years overseas and have made countless orders. I even visited the 'main' stores in 2018.

Everything was great but I would tell everyone here to avoid Utsunomiya as they don't value loyal customers. Basically without common sense on damage of a product.

Highly recommend it and it’s extremely reliable the shipping is reliable and reasonable if you pick the cheapest shipping option for your purchases. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they have never disappointed me.

I really had high hopes for this place they clearly are a legitimate business have 100k items on their eBay store. I ordered 1 single bearbrick estimated value of $50 ish they said it was $10 for the brick $20 in shipping and 2 days later I was charged an additional $30 for “taxes” I order from Japan every day it’s never $60 to ship anything. Maybe $20 .. total rip off. Ps the item only weighs 1oz.

It's easy to shop there as they have English setting for international buyers to make things simple when looking for anime goodies they sell. This place has almost everything you can think of in amazing condition. I bought chainsaw man denji nendoroid here that looked to be only displayed in box and looked brand new. Some items have to be estimated and checked for availability on their different branches like Sapporo but got back to me quickly. I will always look to this site for authentic figures.

My purchasing experience with Madarake was deeply disappointing. I bought a celluloid during an auction for 50 euros. To my dismay, upon receiving the item, it was in a deplorable condition and emitted a strong vinegar smell. I naturally requested a return, which was granted. However, the shipping costs to send the item back to Japan amounted to 190 euros, nearly four times the item's value. I reached out to Madarake, hoping for some form of commercial gesture or that they would cover the prohibitive return cost, only to be met with utter silence. Despite sending over five emails, I got no response.

Furthermore, my delivery through DHL was plagued with delays and issues. With DHL refusing to process my complaint since I wasn't the sender, I once again turned to Madarake, hoping they could step in. Yet again, my attempts to communicate were ignored.

While Madarake might offer quality products, their customer service is downright pitiable. If you encounter an issue with a purchase, be prepared to be left in the lurch. Such indifference towards customers is unacceptable, and I can only caution others about the risk of ending up the "big loser" as I did.

Great sellers. Found a figure cheap on this site and decided to buy. Came quickly and cheaply. Despite the box being marked as damaged I found not a single scratch or damage on the box which was a plus. Was packaged very carefully with much paper and bubblewrap.

I got a defective product from a purchase mandarake nayuta store. The description stated the item was unopened or new, buy when i got it. The item has a major defect. there is gaping hole on my Godzilla Figure's head. When I complaint to Mandarake Nayuta Store, their can only offer 2000 yen refund from 10800 yen purchase. Feel very dissapointed on their solution and the lack of responsibility from Mandarake Nayuta Stire.

The description of the item was accurate. The reservation worked well and the email was sent in less than 4 days. However, there was a problem with the purchase option; the website didn’t work properly and didn’t accept the card payment. As a result, I had to email and ask for paypal payment option which was given in 1 week time.
Overall, I am happy with the product and the variety available , but I am unhappy with the site not working for payment and that finding sources to contact/ask for help is really hard. Everything else from price to packaging was fantastic.

J'ai acheté 2 fois chez eux avec DHL Express en livraison et je n'ai jamais eu de soucis. Même si ce mode de livraison est bien plus cher, c'est safe et rapide, et surtout important pour des commandes de valeur.

Disgusting practices. No communication. Cancelling and banning loyal customer accounts, while alternatively allowing native scalpers to purchase items only to re-list on Yahoo auction for 4x to 10x the retail price. Many items are special figures or kits that many of us who admire/respect the artist have been searching for for years. Mandarake would rather let the scalpers have everything. Also took money for an order, then cancelled but kept the money. The item was relisted for sale on the site, without any reply or refund, so fast that it was absolutely intentionally. Do not deserve to be in the figure-collecting community's good graces.

it is a terrible shop.

They only give a few days for you to settle the payment. if it passed the due date, they will consider it as cancellation and then ban your account forever.

Also, the product recieved is not as good as what they described in the product page. The translation is also incorrect.

The staff is also impolite when they provided the response.
