I asked for help on how to clean my shaver and I was very pleased with the response time and getting exactly what I asked for. Great customer service and I love my shaver.

I recently got in touch with Magnitone in regards to a product I had purchased from them. I was buying a gift for my mum. I am delighted to say the person I was in contact with was absolutely lovely! Her name is Priyanka. She was very polite and helped ensure that I purchased the right item. I’ve had trouble in the past with different companies regarding orders I have made. However I will continue coming back to Magnitone, if not for the product, then definitely for the service provided!

I had an issue with my xoxo facial cleanser, and magitone sorted it out really quickly, sending me a replacement with no issues at all. Really good service :)

So impressed with this company. I had a faulty item in an advent calender with Glossybox. Glossybox were awful but magitone told me the problem and replaced it. Really lovely customer service people.

I made an order through magnitone website for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, it was mising an item and I was very upset trying to catch it up for christmas. I emailed customer service and they apologized sincerely about the incident, but Laura (customer service rep) went beyond my expectations and shipped out my missing item the next day. That is just a good business when they take responsibility for the error and fix it instantly. I will never ever doubt to make another purchase from this company.

Magnitone Well Heeled 2 - I love my Well Heeled 2, it leaves my feet which live in wellies and walking boots smoorh and soft in no time at all (so much less work than all those hand files), I even convinced my partner to let me loose on his unloved feet on a regular basis 🤨 I was gutted when the day before a big night out my Well Heeled 2 decided to stop charging (I blame my other half's feet). I contacted Magnitone Customer Services by e-mail and received a speedy and helpful response - once my guarantee was confirmed and troubleshooting covered Priyanka quickly arranged to replace my Well Heeled 2. My new unit arrived on Sunday, it's Tuesday morning and our feet are beautiful again for Christmas parties 🤗

I recently ordered the facial steamers from Magnitone on their buy one get one free promotion. Only one arrived so I contacted Magnitone via email. Customer support, Priyanka, responded very quickly and arranged for the second part of the order to be fulfilled within days. I have now received it and am delighted with both the product and the service I have received

I bought my magnitone liftoff last october and in love with it. Recently its been making a humming sound when charging. I was naturally concerned that there might be a risk. i sent an email to cs to inquire but they never answered. Considering after sales service i think its better to opt for a different brand. Especially when it comes to health n safety.

Partner bought a magnitone barefaced 2 for Christmas. Device is now not retaining charge. Bought a replacement charger and the device still didn't charge. Contacted Magnitone to see what else I could do. Followed battery reset steps and the device still wouldn't hold charge. Contacted them again to be advised that there is nothing that can be done as my partner cannot find the proof of purchase. Do not purchase the device, it will break and Magnitone will not help. Waste of money! Will also be returning the replacement brush heads that I ordered recently as they are useless without a working device.

Had a faulty make up brush. They advised me to charge it, still didn’t work.
Contacted them and straight away they sent me a replacement, no asking for receipts, warranties..I’ve had this electric brush a while and was worried I couldn’t find the receipt. In particular Priyanka was super helpful and kind. Amazing customer service.

Brilliant customer service, really understanding and helpful. I can’t recommend the company or the XOXO product enough. I will def be trying others.

I ordered my magnitone , lovely packaging and came on time. Unfortunately it’s faulty and doesn’t work. The team have been great and are sending me a new one, not even asking me to return faulty one . Can’t really ask for more. Not tried it yet, but hoping when I receive it it will be good

I e-mailed with an issue regarding a product. The response was prompt with an excellent level of customer service and my issue was resolved.

i love the resuable facewipes Magnitone makes. (wipeout microfibre cloths). Ive used them since 2018 and only had to replace mine after three years. You will literally never need to buy makeup wipes again, these are so much better. other brands reusable cloths are also good, but these are my favourites.

I like Magnitone devices a lot, they are useful in my daily routine. Their support team is also brilliant - Priyanka has helped me with my BlendUp replacement swiftly. I can recommend!

I love Magnitone products - I have several and love all of them. The difference they make to my skin (at 46) and my daughter (at 13) is huge.
Recently one of my items stopped working - Agnes, one of the customer support team - was so helpful resolving the problem and issuing me with a swift replacement. Can’t thank her enough for her assistance.

I found the customer Service to be excellent. My blendup make up brush had stopped charging so on contacting the help desk I just had to provide a few details and a new one was sent out. Agne was very helpful and quick to reply to my query. Very impressed!

Super helpful customer service from Agne. So easy and pleasant to deal with which is always surprising (in a nice way) to me since so many of the bigger companies aren’t always very helpful or responsive. Hope that this standard of customer service continues. I’m sure with people like Agne it will :).
