I bought a Pebble Pro to use on my face after a recommendation. It’s pocket sized and uses infrared to tighten skin and reduce lines. I also bought the gel to use as directed which arrived within two days. Its very esrly days but my skin feels softer already

Poor quality, rudimentary service
The first one sent did not work. On contacting them, and on returning the faulty item they sent another, which also appears faulty, however it did at least turn on this time. I have sent two emails that have not had responses yet. So far the quality of the tool seems very poor and the rudimentary customer services leaves quite a lot to be desired. Definitely not a high quality brand despite charging high quality prices. Very disappointed.

Aloe Vera + Cold Water
The aloe vera arrived two days after the online order and is consistent with the advert. I have only used the aloe vera on two occasions however, the early [skin] response is both positive and encouraging.
I will definitely continue to follow my new shaving process - cold water + aloe vera.

Received a replacement facerocket as my last one kept cutting off....now this replacement has been doing the same since it was received. Disappointed, money down, won't be using magnitone again.

I was very satisfied with the customer service given. I initially thought my device was displaying a fault, so I emailed Magnitone for advice and it turned out I needed to fully charge the device!! All sorted now.

Such a shame that the quality of these products don’t last.
I have had two of the face rockets which don’t get me wrong, give good results. Whilst they work that is.
The first device cracked on the top after 14 months (so outside warranty) and it started burning my face. I gave them a second chance and bought a second device hoping it was a one off faulty item.
11 months later and the covering on the handle had started to come away. Despite the item being under warranty, I was only offered store credit (which I didn’t want as fool me twice, shame on me!) the company stopped responding to emails so I had to claim the money via a dispute with my card provider.
For anyone who’s bought items from Magnitone that have ended up being faulty and used a credit card, you can file a section 75 claim for faulty goods being sold. I had to do this to get the full refund to my card.
Really disappointing as like I say, the products give good results but the quality of these product just simply isn’t there.

If an item has exceeded its warranty (11 months as mentioned), then we can replace it as it's still covered under warranty, or a store credit to purchase a different item if you wish.

I have bought face rocket 5-in- one 2…
I have bought face rocket 5-in- one 2 years ago. I used it only 2-3 times, put it away and forgot about it. Recently I came across it and decided to have a go again. Surprisingly it worked for a few minutes and then switched off. I tried to charge it, but the battery was indicating full charge. Customers service advised that the battery is out of order and they can’t repair it . And because the warranty has expired I can only throw it to the tip. Just waste of money ! I would not recommend to buy it! Be prepare that the battery will fail in any case if you use it or not . The quality is extremely poor!

All devices come with a one-year warranty as standard, and customers can register for an additional year's warranty. I can see that the extended warranty sadly wasn't registered and that your device is now more than a year outside of its warranty period.
