My husband, I and three children stayed here this year. To say we were disappointed is an understatement, considering the huge cost.
The cabins were tiny and the doors of the rooms didn't fully open. The noise at night from attached cabins was dreadful. My kids could not sleep with the noise from people shouting , walls were very thin. The food was ok, not a bad variety of foods but not the freshest food. There was a small shop but no supermarket and the shop on site was very expensive. We had to travel in a taxi to buy washing powder, groceries etc which was very inconvenient.
Entertainment was next to non existent. There were no shows at night ! We had dinner and went back to the cabin every night. The jacuzzi was the only thing my kids enjoyed. The pool and slides were decent. But I would not recommend at all
We were very disappointed.

Just back from our 5th visit, family of 8 and going back in October family of 5. I cannot thank Yamila, Megan, Heather and Angela, all from Jet2 reception, enough for all the help and attention given to us, to making checking in as smoothly as possible and to start off our great holiday. Food is what you expect but there was loads to choose from. If you go all inclusive plus / ultra, you can book the various restaurants which are included in this package. Lodge was clean and tidy as expected with linen and towels changed every other day. Bar staff were great in all areas of the park and the food trucks were just what the kids needed. Pool was loved by everyone and loads of activities throughout the park to keep everyone busy. Looking forward to going back again in October and will be booking again next year. Awful place avoid at all costs the place is filthy rooms not cleaned bedding not changed we caught folicalitus out of the dirty pools all got sickness and diarrhoea from the food unpleasant staff really ignorant waste of money

A good resort for a family holiday with the kids. There are loads of activities to do with a great aqua park and pools. What really brought my scoring down on this resort was the food, the food was really poor. The Golden Arrow buffet was appalling the food was not good quality and I would have preferred to eat school dinners then eat the food from this buffet.The food truck served us a raw hamburger and there was never a different selection on that food truck but the same menu day in and day out. The walls are quite thin in the cabins and I could hear our neighbour throwing up in the toilet. The WiFi was extremely poor with a constant in and out of connection and you wouldn’t to be able to keep connection for a long period of time max 5 minutes. Make sure you bring loads of data as the WiFi is not reliable at all.

We went here for 4 nights, my poor friend however had to endure 10. Between us 8.5k spent. It was THE Worst holiday I have ever been on. Drunk disgusting clients with feral children. Dirty rooms, people getting sick, broken glass everywhere just left for days and the icing on the cake the raw sewage bubbling out underneath the cabin or rather dodgy caravan as is the case. Staff are rude and lazy. There were three glasses on the table when we arrived on Monday when we were leaving to go they were still there. The food is hideous all low end crap and the drinks worse, watered down orange juice sour milk. Vomit left on path outside buffet. Save your money this place is so missold

Hear still now till sat and best Spain holiday I have ever been.
Entertainment is amazing best ever.
Drinks are really good premium and good measures to.
Proper cocktails and proper coffee.
Food as expected from a Spain all inclusive bit something different every night all cooked nicely. Food trucks by the pool though my favorite place to eat lovely snacks cooked to perfection.
Went as a family of 3 and there has been loads for my daughter to do with the daily shows all day and activities on.
Pool life guards very good always Watching the safety of the slides and pool.
Staff around the complex are the nicest people ever always smiling saying hello ect.
Maid service is every day in cabins.
Cabins are perfect would recommend ultra all inclusive as can use themed restaurants but really not needed as food and drinks same all around anyway.
We got a taxi from reception to benidorm town only cost 12 euro right by the beach where yiu can even book brunch and drinks from the ultra all inclusive on the app a place called maui we booked ares but missed it so can't comment on that but it's good can go shopping visit the beach and still eat and drink using yiur hotels all inclusive.
If you can download the app a few weeks before you go to book things or couod get full.
I'm coming back for sure next year woth my other family members and can't wait it would be this year if I hadn't already booked cyprus.

We went to magic robin hood in BENIDORM, 11 of us with 5 children worst holiday we have ever had, the food was disgusting, the cabins were poor, and some but not all staff were just rude, never ever again, paid this place a fortune but we were completly disgusted,,,

Just recently came back from 4days here. Please do your research, I thought we did however we were sorely disappointed. We booked with jet2 holidays of which I already filed multiple complaints. The staff at the resort are incredibly rude unless you’re fluent in Spanish, they blow you off and say “it’s not my problem”. I filed at least 3 complaints a day with the jet2 staff that were there yet nothing was done. The place is filthy, dead birds in the pools, buffet is not cleaned properly food & garbage all over the floors. Food choices were extremely limited, the Lion heart restaurant is a joke multiple families walked out before even eating. The only decent thing was the slides however my child cut her foot and needed medical attention. Only to find out there is none on site for such a large place that’s inexcusable. Took her to reception for at least a bandaid & the worker handed me what I can only assume is a kit from WWI & said here giving me a glove, I asked for bandages & something to clean it with he laughed said it’s not his problem go to the chemist. I said it is your problem if my child gets an infection he said then she us, you won’t win we already have your money. Again filed a complaint with jet2. The “entertainment” was like something out of a fever dream, absolutely embarrassing. Staff just walked into our room with no prior notice and got mad when asked to leave cursing us out. Every employee there looks like they hate their job, no one smiles or enjoys their day. Transfer was okay and bus to beach was good. Maui restaurant is not all its hyped to be, mediocre at best. Parents were letting their completely naked children go in the pools & when asked to cover up they said no. We were ultra AL and still not allowed to do things around the resort without paying even more, however they should have been included. For the price paid it was a complete rip off, over $3k spent and jet2 couldn’t careless as long as they have your money. Even the flight home was not worth it, drunk irate people I felt sorry for the staff.

La experiencia, en general, fue buena. Mi hijo se lo pasó genial y todos disfrutamos de las instalaciones. No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo. Tuvimos una incidencia importante: el servicio de limpieza tiró al suelo y partió la férula de descarga que utilizo para dormir porque tengo mucho bruxismo. Esta férula cuesta alrededor de 300 euros y la necesito a diario. Para empezar, no tendrían ni que haber entrado, pusimos el cartel de no molestar... pero entraron, por lo visto el cartel se voló; vale, no importa. Y probablemente lo de la férula fue un accidente y no se dieron cuenta; puede pasar. Lo que no puede pasar es que al ir a decirlo en recepción me contesten que las de la limpieza dicen que no han hecho nada y que es su palabra contra la mía, que puedo haber llevado la férula rota; esto ya me parece insultante. Que me dijeran que si era tan importante la metiese en la caja fuerte, también me parece indignante, ya que es un artículo de higiene diaria, no una joya. Y que me diesen un mail para contar la incidencia al que nunca contestó nadie, me parece una falta de respeto. Todo establecimiento tiene un seguro para este tipo de incidencias, pero la férula nueva me la he tenido que pagar yo, y encima nadie me ha dicho absolutamente nada al respecto, ni siquiera una disculpa. Como he dicho al principio, es una pena, porque a mi hijo le encantó y pensábamos volver y recomendarlo, pero este tipo de cosas te quitan las ganas.

Myself, my partner and our 2 children went to the Magic Robin Hood for October half term (2022). It was NOT what we expected, even though we went with open minds after reading other bad reviews.

There is no point in booking just All Inclusive, the only good thing about the all inclusive is the drinks. I have read other reviews about peoples experiences with the food, this is my review:

“Both of my children, who are aged 1 year and 9 years have suffered from food poisoning. My 9 year old son had been awake all night prior to our departure flight back to the UK, throwing up violently, diarrhoea, sweating, a fever and hallucinations. My 1 year old daughter was sick for 3 days after the day of arrival to the Magic Robin Hood.

A vast majority of residents we spoke to during our 7 night stay said they have experienced symptoms that I have listed above, I strongly believe that this is because of the abysmal and inedible food served at the buffet all inclusive at Magic Robin Hood.”

The supposed “hot” food is ALWAYS cold, regardless of the time you arrive. The meats and cheeses are put out time after time as it’s all dried up and curled on the edges.

The only thing decent about this place is the small “Locksley Lagoon” swimming pool that’s enjoyable for children.

The “included” activities like mini golf, football billiards, skate park, laser tag aren’t beneficial if you need to leave deposits to use the facilities which isn’t stated on advertising. (We paid more than enough for the holiday itself). The app that you are meant to use to book these activities also rarely works.

I posted my complaint of the food poisoning on their Facebook page purely to see if anyone else had suffered the same problem and to raise awareness to people with children like myself. It got deleted and I got removed from the page. Surely that tells you all you need to know!

This was our first, and most likely our last all inclusive holiday. I would NOT recommend the Magic Robin Hood resort to a single soul and will definitely not be returning.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There are lots of free activities which are included within the normal all inclusive allowance. Most activities you book on there app which is easy to use. Be aware that you will need to put down a cash refundable deposit for some activities such as mini golf. There are 2 pool areas both are excellent with swim up bars. The top area has a smaller pool, children's pool with a few small slides splash bucket, bar and quiet sitting area. The other main pool is large with many slides for all ages, another children's pool with slides and splash bucket. There is also a splash zone for children to run though. There is a bar and various little snake/drink vans which open at different times. The section of pool next to the bar is where the activities take place, music playing, aqua aerobics etc. There is also a foam party 2 time a week which we sell enjoyed. The rooms are like little cabins, ours was excellent we had 2 bathrooms so the kids had 1 while the wife and I had used the other, the cabin was clean and air-conditioning worked very well. The main buffet was good, always find something to eat for breakfast, lunchand dinner. (As with every buffet on an all inclusive it does become a little repetitive but this is to expected). There is also a little street with 3 vans serving drinks, burgers, hotdogs, chips, snacks, waffles etc. Which we choose to eat at one night instead of the buffet which was nice. As for drinks when drinking around the pool you will need a plastic cup all other bars or restaurants have a normal glass. You will need to put down a refundable €1 per cup at reception for the use of the plastic cup. You will be given a token to take to the pool bar which they exchange for your cup to use. This cup will be exchanged for a new clean reusable cup every time to want a new drink throughout the day/night. I think it's a great idea as you don't have paper cups everywhere. At the end of your stay the pool bar will change your reusable cup for a token to take to reception on check-out to receive your refund. Again there are pool towels available but there is a €15 refundable deposit required. All in all this hotel is excellent. My wife and 2 children had a lovely time it had a bit of everything. We only went on the basic all inclusive which covered everything we needed. The staff are really helpful, polite and the ones we spoke to went out there way to help. Ricardo with the tattoos was particularly helpful when he managed to find my daughters 2 mobile phones they had lost. Thanks again Magic Robin Hood for a lovely holiday.

DO NOT UPGRADE. The hotel overall is good for a basic all inclusive. The inclusive food has a good selection but repetitive (as this kind of thing always is). Good selection of drinks. Pool area is good. How we were let down is the miss selling of “Luxury” upgrade: you can book a selection of the “restaurants” through this including the Italian, friar tucks bbq, rainforests café….. All of which felt like a conveyer belt….. the Italian we booked for our daughter’s 13 birthday expecting a nice meal… what we got was rushed one drink, one starter to share. Mini portions. Desert to share all served in the half hour time slot. The position of the restaurant included bin bags stacked up in corner and the music was mini disco from behind… no Italian music / theme… To be honest the other where all the same. We got 2 mini pots of ice cream to share between 5 at Robin hood cafe and was refused when we asked for 5 as we had 5 people. Shocked 😳.
As I said …. the basic package is ok… clean, air conditioned rooms and the basic package is fine. The rest is a rip off. I will be requesting a refund for the “upgrade” as not provided the service advertised.

Un hotel de bastante bajo nivel para el precio, lo único que les salva son los toboganes. La comida también bastante decepcionante. Pero lo PEOR fue que le robaron a una amiga 3 vestidos de la habitación al ira limpiar su habitación y el.hotel se ha lavado las manos. Una vergüenza

Reception were not very informative of anything, eg bar cups, pool towels.
Spanish have different rules (bank holiday halloween) they were allowed food at the pool (Street matket).
At meal times the Spanish were allowed to take the bottles of wine to the tables, when it clearly states not to. Also at end of season Spanish Bank Holiday there's lack (hardly any) interpretation of English, otherwise lodges (Nottingham/sherwood) were catered for, bar staff were friendly, cleaning staff were fab. Halloween weekend food was amazing, so was entertaining

We stayed here in May 2018 for one week and despite a few issues it was absolutely excellent!

All drinks were international premium brands and not watered down drinks which tends to be the case in most places.

Our cleaner Gina was absolutely exceptional and did her job to the highest standard.

The only issue we found was that the reception staff were extremely rude whenever we needed an issue to sort out - I felt Amanda to be a little rude and looked down her nose at us frequently which is not the kind of service you expect from a 4* hotel.

I'm not going to allow this to ruin the ratings as we only went into reception three times and just gave up talking to them in the end (I am still waiting for a phone call about a problem which the call never happened).

Other than that it was an amazing place to stay with many things to do to cater for all ages.
