No apto para días de lluvia. Decepcionante la animación infantil

Estuvimos con mí hija, yerno y mis 3 nietos del 24 al 26 de diciembre a pasar Navidad en el hotel temático. El 25 llovió sin parar todo el día.Obviamente se suspendieron las actividades al aire libre incluida cabalgata y fuegos. Supusimos que se suplantarian con actividades bajo techo y que esté cambio se informaría vía Wasapp,ya que lo tenían registrado para avisarnos cuando estuvieron listas las cabañas.
No solo no tuvimos ninguna información sino que, además cuando fuimos al teatro Lady Marian, las actividades que, por casualidad presenciamos fue un bingo electrónico, y fotos con papá Noel y el Grinch por la mañana,y por la tarde, música con proyección, sin ningún animador, en bucle, repitiendo canciones poco aptas para niños que se autoorganizaban como podian y repetían: Otra vez está canción??
Todo esto con un frío terrible ya que el espacio no solo no tenía NADA de calefacción , sino que debía tener las puertas abiertas.
Fui al restaurante Lyon frente al teatro del Castillo a preguntar x las actividades de la noche u , los camareros me dicen que esa noche no hay actividades.
Voy a recepción a verificar y pedir una hoja de reclamaciones por la falta de profesionalidad, adaptacion y organización ante un hecho que se puede preveer como es un día totalmente de lluvia,con una ocupación de más del 50 %, y me contactan con Álvaro y su compañera, responsables en ese momento del complejo. Ellos luego de escuchar mí queja, me dicen quede habían propuesto alguna actividad en el teatro x la tarde,que NO SE INFORMO por ningún medio, que la falta de organización se debí a que hasta último momento no se sabía si de realizaban las actividades originales o no.
Y que habría actividades en el castillo a pesar de que me habían informado que no.
Al rato, se organizo una actividad con monitoreo el teatro, pero solo quedaban 5/ 6 niños.
No pude obtener mí hoja de reclamacion aunque la pedí varias veces, ya que ellos se harían cargo de la queja. Es por esto que detallo por aquí la mala experiencia con la animación del hotel y los responzabilizo por la mala experiencia de mis nietos que perdieron uno de los dos días de estadía, de disfrutar de juegos y demás.
También, esa noche, en la barra del teatro, fui pasados unos minutos las 23.45 hora de cierre y, a pesar de estar todos los camareros en la barra, la encargada del turno se negó a servirme una bebida por ser ya, la hora de cierre del bar.
Cosas negativas: La animacion, la respuesta de los responsables del turno, la falta de atención en la barra del teatro, el frío terrible del espacio, el cierre de los food trucks x la lluvia y la no opción de espacios alternativos. Resumiendo la falta de organización y previsión para una contingencia tan común como es un día de lluvia en un hotel temático.
Las cabañas muy cómodas,espaciosas, bien calefacciónadas. La comida rica y variada, aunque a veces fría . Pero se entiende por la cantidad de comensales
.El personal de limpieza y del buffet, muy amable.
El lugar debe ser mucho mas acogedor en verano por las actividades acuáticas.
Pero buena variedad de propuestas para aire libre. Maria Eugenia Sobré.

Nefasto

Carísimo para la cabaña que nos dieron pegada a una zona de carga descarga/trabajo y un generador eléctrico por un problema que habían tenido… imposible descansar, vergonzoso el servicio de atención al cliente que contactamos varias veces y con dirección. Tras poner reclamación en agosto, nos pidieron que no la enviáramos oficialmente y esperáramos contestación de fidelizacion … nefasto el servicio, aun esperando si nos compensan de alguna forma el precio descomunal (6personas, 3noches 2600euros) para estar en una cabaña INSOPORTABLE el sonido… imposible descansar

Not as it’s advertised check bride you purchase!

Very poor experience! Am here with family at the moment however having paid £3400 for alleged all inclusive that actually is t true!! You get your basic package that down include the restaurants unless you wa t to eat basic food in the main cafe area ! And whilst the staff are pleasant this is not worth the amount being charged! I’ve just had to pay an extra €400 to eat a family in what I presume is the edible foods restaurants! Also the all all inclusive don’t include the zoo or extra for the children you get the pool only! I’m bitterly disappointed in this ! Not at all worth it am afraid! On a positive note the chalets are nice and the showers are really powerful

Check your air conditioners for black mould

Check-in was smooth, but our “premium” lodge was not. Both jacuzzi headrests were snapped off and we had a shower problem on day one. On day two we discovered both air-conditioning units were full of black mould. We reported it and told staff we would be out for the evening and expected a proper clean before we returned. That first request was ignored. We came back around 1 am to find the ACs untouched, although the jacuzzi had been repaired.

The next morning we sent photos and were told it would be addressed. We left for a couple of hours after a second assurance. On return, someone appeared to have wiped only the most visible areas. A streak of mould was still on one unit and, more importantly, looking into the units showed extensive mould remained. With temperatures around 36°C, clean, working AC is basic safety, not a nice-to-have. Prioritising the jacuzzi over the mould was the wrong call.

It was our last night and we did not move rooms because we had no confidence the alternatives were properly cleaned. A premium label is meaningless if maintenance and hygiene are not enforced. Until deep cleaning and proper sign-off are standard, I cannot recommend this property.

I do NOT recommend this place!!!

I don't even know where to start here. I am not usually one for reviews as everyone's expectations are different however, after spending the money we did on a 2 week holiday at this resort we could not have been more disappointed!!

Firstly, the worst l part of the holiday was the awful, awful food. With all inclusive we expect to have something for everyone and this just was not the case. If you are vegetarian/vegan or have other dietary requirements I absolutely wouldn't even entertain this. There was literally zero variety, the standard was incredibly poor, and the quantity also not sufficient considering the amount of guests it was hosting. When staying somewhere for 7+ nights anyone would want to eat well and a nice variety of food, you will not get this here. The golden arrow restaurant was so busy, always a queue to get in there, once we waited nearly 20 minutes to be offered a table, it cannot sustain the number of guests it has. The tables were not cleared quick enough, there were often no glasses or cutlery on the table and it just felt poorly managed. After 5 days, and eating out for 2 of these evenings, we complained to the Jet2 rep who advised us we had been given a complimentary upgrade to the All Inc Premium which allowed us to eat in the Lionheart restaurant for the remainder of our stay. It took the staff a further 3 days to update the room numbers as we encountered problems entering the restaurant for breakfast and dinner EVERYDAY!! This restaurant, while nicer and quieter with a table service option along with a Childs buffet still does not cater to all dietary requirements. Every evening was a meat or fish option, nothing for vegetarian or vegan. The children's buffet was literally the exact same items every single night. Pasta was over done and hard, and sausages were undercooked. Service in the 'premium' was mixed. Some of the evening staff were nice and friendly however most of them made you feel like an inconvenience for them doing their job. I genuinely don't think I saw any of them smile ever! Breakfast staff, especially a Spanish male who spoke NO English was incredibly rude and abrupt and would rather walk straight past our table than offer us something to drink. One morning we were sat down waiting to order drinks and he walked straight past us to a Spanish family who has literally just walked in and weren't even sat in their seats yet. After paying a considerable amount of money we still spent a further 500 Euros on food alone.

The entertainment, shocking! Everything geared very much towards Spanish. A stage with someone on it shouting a mixture of Spanish and English is not exactly entertainment.
The mini golf and football was fine but with very little else to do this also became a little boring. The list of entertainment certainly doesn't quite meet the expectations once you are here.

The main pool and slides will keep kids entertained, however, it's very very loud, lots of bellowing through speakers, with limited things occurring throughout the day. You must be mindful of height restrictions for the slides for younger children. The restriction is 120cm for all the slides and whilst the leniency varied between lifeguards it was incredibly frustrating watching them freely wave down Spanish children who were considerably shorter than my daughter whilst firmly telling her she couldn't go down.
Whilst I like that the pool is closed until 10am and you will have to queue so everyone has equal opportunities, its the usual scrambling and running for beds, whilst lots of the Spanish didn't seem to think the queue applied to them and just walked straight in when the gates opened.
The idea of paying deposits for plastic cups is a good idea as keeps the place a lot cleaner and far less mess to clear up.

The smaller pool was more enjoyable, bar was cleaner and less busy. However, lots of ants and bugs on the sunbeds which certainly became annoying. Overall it felt like everything needed a good wash down, the fake grass is a good idea although at the main pool this became very muddy in parts and was splashing mud all over the sunbed and towels.

I cannot stress how disappointed we were with our holiday and would strongly advise anyone to really consider what it is they're booking. We are very surprised that Jet2 happily put their name to this hotel and will unlikely use Jet2 again either.

The best part of our evenings were actually walking down into Albir to see what good food we could get out, and thankfully the restaurants we chose didn't disappoint.

Each to their own, but this is as honest a review as I can give.

WARNING

WARNING – DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Beds are rock hard or lumpy even with two mattress toppers. The bedroom fan is so loud it sounds like a plane propeller turn it off and you’ll roast, turn it on and you won’t sleep.

The food is dreadful. Don’t bother paying for extra restaurants if you only booked inclusive everything is poor quality. Yoghurts and other food are served warm. No food is allowed around the pool areas, so forget about relaxing with a drink and snack while the kids play and the whistle is being blown consistantly.

The place is falling apart. Castle turrets are crumbling, metal is hanging off floors under the slides, steps are collapsing when walked on, and the pools/slides don't look maintained and neglected. Completely overrated for the price they charge.

You cannot pre-book the Medieval Show, there’s a hidden waiting list they don’t tell you about. Guests from other hotels can turn up in coachloads, while you’re left out.

When you arrive, you get drinks in the fridge, tea bags, and a splash of milk after that, nothing is replenished, even with inclusive. The lodges contain microwaves, hobs, and kettles but no cutlery, crockery, or pans, so they’re useless along with the wifi.

Most of the advertised attractions aren’t included: Medieval Show, Zoo, Aqua Park, spa, magic show, escape room, even pizza delivery to your room which you have no option to pay for if you choose. The zoo is cruel, lions with no water, elephants with no shade you get the picture. Animals lay lifeless.

All that can be heard in the spa under the pool is'nt peace and tranquility is children screaming, whistles blowning and water splashing everywhere.

The owner has eight resorts in Benidorm, yet they’re all neglected. We saw dirty water, broken slides, shaky structures, and holes in the flooring.

Transport is a nightmare. You can’t book a normal taxi the hotel forces you into their contract system, leaving you waiting over an hour every time you want to go anywhere or panicing you won't get a taxi to the airport because they won't prebook. You have to arrive 15 minutes before your due to leave and they will call you a taxi.

The only ice cream truck is stuck way out at the hotel entrance, nowhere near the pool. You have to carry around cup vouchers, reciepts for towls, instead of this being on your wrist band like everything else. If your like me and don't like to take a bag or left them in the pool bag, when you go to shows your have to buy more cups.

Ice skating is on the rubber mats that hold the ice but no ice and is extremely dangerous. After 5 minutes everyone was taking their skates back. DANGEROUS. I'm surprised no one has sued the place for serious injurys.

The main pool with slides is filthy as the day goes on. The cleaning system is nowhere near big enough for the number of people. Pool seating is extremely limited, and canopy beds aren’t included in the all-inclusive package. The shop sells floats however you can only use the tiniest ones in the deep end and the other sizes in the shallow water which sit just above my knee. Your not told to be careful at the bottom of the green bowl slide as you will need to try and turn yourself feet first. You will slow down as you enter the bowl section and like most people go out on their head/neck into the water causing immediate injury. Lifeguards are paid to sit at the bottom of the bowl 24/7 because of this but no pre-warning.

Their “Inclusive / Ultra Inclusive / Premium” system is nothing but a money grab scam. Since when does “all-inclusive” have levels? Total nonsense designed to squeeze you for more cash bit like the childrens arcade. Don't forget your coins.

Entertainment is hit and miss some performers simply cannot sing sorry to say this.

Even with Ultra Inclusive, you are still denied access to places like the gin bar. It seems to depend on whether “your face fits” or if you have children. No clear rules just another con.

Bottom line: unsafe, dirty, overpriced, and a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

Drinks good but food not so good

On arrival to the hotel we were greeted by staff who went through all the information with us. However as we had been travelling for hours it was a lot of information to take in. Our rooms were ready when we got there which was great as we arrived around 2pm (website said rooms wouldn’t be available till 5pm). We stayed in lion heart lodge. Lodge were clean and have space for everyone. Fridge was stocked up daily and clean towels provided everyday. The hot tub wasn’t topped up or cleaned during our stay. There is a big pool with all the slides then a smaller pool towards the back on the complex which we found was better for the smaller children. You can take your own cups with you to be filled or you can get a voucher for €1 (you get this back at the end when you return the voucher to reception) which will get you a cup at the bar when you get a drink, you have to take your cup to the bar each time for a drink (you are given fresh ones each time). Lunch food options were better than tea time food options. We found that the lion heart restaurant was better for breakfast and the golden arrow better for tea. The restaurant staff were rude and you could clearly see that if you were English you were treated differently. We were premium (ultra inclusive) and apart from the queues at the main pool bar wasn’t much else included. This hotel was heavy on Spanish families, some English but mainly Spanish. Entertainment was great for children, it didn’t start to 10.30pm which is quite late. There is a small Arcade there but it was boiling in there, just too hot. The games experience was good for older children as there is PlayStations/xboxs/VRs, you have to book a slot for this on the app. The onsite shop is expensive, a bag of sweets was €25 as they weigh the bag to work out the price. We did the mediaeval banquet which was good however the food wasn’t the greatest- soup you have to drink for starter, main was a chicken leg, fatty piece of pork, sweetcorn and one potato (no cutlery given). Soft drinks included however alcohol you have to pay for. Wristbands were your room key even the children ones which was good not having to remember a key before shutting the door.

Terrible staff and experience

Sheets unchanged, rubbish left, dirty towels never removed. Ants in the room. Yet Spanish guests nearby had spotless rooms daily.Poor condition: Accommodation felt like a run-down caravan.Drugs & noise: Cannabis smell across the resort. Noisy neighbours at 1:00 AM — complaints ignored.Rude reception staff: On arrival, no welcome, no information, and a miserable check-in. Staff member barely spoke English and didn’t try. Buggy driver didn’t even know breakfast times.Double-charged: Overcharged for activities and wasted an hour at reception. They blamed my bank.Staff attitude was the biggest let-down — with the exception of Beverly at reception and the laser tag team, most were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed to resent English guests. This could be an amazing resort, but until they fix the cleanliness, train the staff in basic hospitality, and treat all guests equally, it’s an expensive disappointment.

La Magic-desilusión de unos mafiosos

Estaba ilusionada. Iba a poder llevar a mis cuatro sobrinos a una experiencia supuestamente increíble. Dos adultos y cuatro niños, la pequeña de 3 años, todavía no duerme sola en una cama, mejor cuna. Entré en la app y para dos noches, habitación para 5 personas con jacuzzi a 500,38 €/noche... vale (tengo captura de pantalla). Problema grave: cuando llamo para reservar y que me pongan una cuna para la niña pequeña. Que lo miran porque tienen que hablar con el Manager que está reunido. Al día siguiente, por dos vías, me dijeron que no: no iban a poner una cuna en una habitación para 5 personas. Extorsión: sólo podía contratar una habitación para 7 personas (es decir me sobran 2 camas) a un precio medio de unos 1.250 €/noche. Me sorprendió mucho las cantidad de colas que podías saltarte pagando por el Ultra mega Todo Incluido...
No he llegado a pisar el Hotel, ni lo haré y después de leer el resto de comentarios de los clientes, me refuerzo en mi opinión.
Desde luego que el negocio de los niños está en el coure de su actividad, pero no imaginaba que de esta forma.
Otro atrapa-turistas más sin ética, respeto ni visión a largo plazo.

Positive family holiday - would recommend!

We have just completed a 7-day stay here with Jet2. We are a family of 6 with 4 boys aged 3 - 11. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend to other families.

Here are some main takeaways:

Positives:
- Our lodge was spacious and clean. We had a cleaner visit daily to make beds and change linen/towels.
- We were All Inclusive (there are ‘Plus’ and ‘Ultra’ options, too) and ate all of our meals in the Golden Arrow restaurant. There were tens of options for all 3 meals to satisfy our array of appetites and palettes. Lots of fresh meat being cooked, wide range of desserts and Spanish foods as well as fresh fruit and drinks (alcoholic and non).
- The water parks were amazing and my boys loved all 8 slides. There are two main swimming pools situated at the bottom and top of the resort (and only 5 mins between them). They are good fun for the adults, too!
- The resort is a good size and doesn’t feel overcrowded. Sun loungers are always available.
- Shows are good and match the experience and feel of the rest of the resort. They are mainly aimed at children but are family friendly.
- We could get free drinks (alcoholic and non) throughout the day as well as ice cream, nachos and crisps. In the afternoon there are food vans for burgers, hot dogs and kebabs as well as pancakes and crepes.
- My boys loved the VR and ‘Game Experience’ (paid extra for) and the equipment was high quality and well maintained.

Improvements:
- The information we received on our check-in (which is in a separate office to those who book with the hotel) was quite confusing and overwhelming. There is a lot going on and with 3 levels of package it took us a day to understand what we could access. It is all understandable but would benefit from having a face-lift in how it’s communicated.
- The shows are on at 8:30, 10:00 & 10:30 which were late for our youngest. An earlier show would be beneficial for smaller kids (eg 7:30).
- The arcade is a nice additional and cheap (€1 games) but needs some investment as the games are ageing and not always functioning 100%

We found the staff friendly (especially life guards), the resort clean and situated 15-mins walk from a small town Albir that has a nice beach (we didn’t visit Benidorm). You can buy extra snacks and drinks on site at a small shop (usual gifts sold, too!).

Overall, it was rated a 4* resort and it matches that rating for us. Would visit again maybe over a long weekend as we really did everything we could on our level of package.

Avoid at all costs the staff are…

Avoid at all costs the staff are horrible the cleaners rob what they can and search the rooms, the food is horrible, you will have to eat out all the time. The smell around the complex is horrible, staff pretend not to speak English when you ask for anything. Reception only smile when your giving them money. I wouldn’t return if I got a holiday free. I would rate this place 2 star defo not 4 star

5 Stars – Amazing Family Holiday at Magic Robin Hood!

We spent an incredible week at the Magic Robin Hood in Albir, Spain this May with the Ultra All Inclusive package, and honestly, we can't fault a single thing.

From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. The Golden Arrow buffet offered a huge variety of options, including fresh fruit available three times a day—perfect for both adults and kids. The à la carte themed restaurants were a fun addition, and our personal favourite was the American burger bar near Dragon’s Lagoon—great food and a great vibe!

Our mini bar was restocked daily with Pepsi, Fanta, beer, and more, all completely free of charge. The arcade in the evening was a hit with our son—most games only cost €1, making it easy to let him enjoy himself without breaking the bank.

The unlimited drinks included in the Ultra package were a real highlight. Our wristbands gave us access to both poolside and evening bar service, with a wide range of branded spirits like Smirnoff and more. It really felt like great value.

Location-wise, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride into Benidorm (around €11), though we did find that getting a taxi back from town can be a bit tricky, so something to keep in mind.

All in all, we had an amazing time. Friendly staff, great food and drink, plenty to do for the kids, and a relaxing atmosphere for the adults. Highly recommend for families—we’ll definitely be returning

We were there mid October

We were there mid October. Great trip. Google this resort - theres only few, and only bad, reviews in here - mostly by people angry about nothing.

We read alot about the resort before going. For us, it was almost perfect and spot on what we paid for.
Great security at pools, helpful personnel and free drinks and childproofs menus with the all inclusive.

Can all the staff English - no, if course not. Your in Spain.
Is the walls of the huts thin - yes - and if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. We had a nice hut, good cleaning and right by the main pool and main road - we slept from shows, yelling and laughter with no problem. Even our youngest at 3 slept better then at home.

The only reason for only 4 stars is the webapp. It lacks information about the free parking area, about tennis and paddle been expansive to try, since it's a local tennis clubs courts and the main football field is closed off. The multicourt is very slippery even when dry, without hoops - you get the idea from website and videos that you can do other things then swimming, but mainly thats mini golf.

But, our kids had a blast, they ate a lot even thou they are picky and overall it lived up to prize and expectations.

Dirty Resort with Thieving staff

Dont waste your money! Its like a spanish pontins!

The place is diabolical and I'm surprised it's not been closed down. As soon as we stepped off the coach we where hit with the stench of sewers, upon check in the reception staff where far from welcoming & made us feel like an inconvenience. We where then taken to our lodge or wooden shack should I say, do not take any notice of the photos on the website or tripadvisor the "nottingham" lodges are tiny the main bedroom didn't have space for bedside tables. The hotel also has a ridiculous system where you have to pay a deposit of 1 euro for a cup, if you misplace the cup you have to buy another one. Restaurant was dark dingy and dirty, the food was cold and a fly was found in my meal. With in 2 hours we wanted to leave and complained to reception and asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere, they offered to transfer us to another one of their hotels and we accepted, upon arrival to the other hotel I realised I left a bag which had my medication, some money and expensive sunglasses in. I reported it and was told they didn't have it so I can only assume the cleaners where quids in that day! Please also ignore the feedback on the Facebook group as they only allow positive feedback on there if you write anything negative your removed/blocked from the group. I would not stay there or another "magic" hotel again even if I was paid, utterly awful experience. Healthy and safety would have a field day there! Since leaving I have been trying to contact them to resolve these issues but nobody get's back to me.

Arrived in the evening to a run down…

Arrived in the evening to a run down complex, taken to cabin
Could have cried if I wasn’t just numb
Saving hard for a whole year for one week away at 4.5k ( 2 adults /2 children)
The cabin was very small and decor just like the inside of a caravan
It was clean
Bed very hard
Limited space
Aircon good
Did not feel rested

Restaurant poor on first night but it got a little better
It’s very run down inside with birds and ants welcomed

There were ants in our cabin and in our cases, we didn’t leave any food or sticky drinks around

General grounds clean
Pool not clean although pool area is

Facebook groups for the site seem to be very defensive and often people say on there to give it a chance.. hmm should you really have to, I think they know this is because it’s run down

It has a 3 tier system it seems, we were all inclusive ultra so could book themed restaurants- we did a few- I’d say these were slightly better than the main restaurant

A few reviews I have since read have likened the place to butlins, I think that’s fair on the whole but I’d say more like pontins for how run down it is

Staff polite
Only about 40 mins in private transfer to airport
About 10 mins in taxis to Benidorm

Entertainment seemed average but held in a hall with no aircon so you are dripping after being in there 10 mins
Quite a few things for kids to do, can book these on the app

I think the hotel need to accept they are a budget place and if they advertise and price as such then fair enough and you know what to expect.

If you are looking for comfort, privacy, relaxation, good food etc then this is not for you
If you like the holiday parks like butlins/pontins then you will probably have a great time

For me, I think it’s obvious I wouldn’t return

Give it a miss 👎

My husband, I and three children stayed here this year. To say we were disappointed is an understatement, considering the huge cost.
The cabins were tiny and the doors of the rooms didn't fully open. The noise at night from attached cabins was dreadful. My kids could not sleep with the noise from people shouting , walls were very thin. The food was ok, not a bad variety of foods but not the freshest food. There was a small shop but no supermarket and the shop on site was very expensive. We had to travel in a taxi to buy washing powder, groceries etc which was very inconvenient.
Entertainment was next to non existent. There were no shows at night ! We had dinner and went back to the cabin every night. The jacuzzi was the only thing my kids enjoyed. The pool and slides were decent. But I would not recommend at all
We were very disappointed.

Fantastic place, 5th visit and going back in October

Just back from our 5th visit, family of 8 and going back in October family of 5. I cannot thank Yamila, Megan, Heather and Angela, all from Jet2 reception, enough for all the help and attention given to us, to making checking in as smoothly as possible and to start off our great holiday. Food is what you expect but there was loads to choose from. If you go all inclusive plus / ultra, you can book the various restaurants which are included in this package. Lodge was clean and tidy as expected with linen and towels changed every other day. Bar staff were great in all areas of the park and the food trucks were just what the kids needed. Pool was loved by everyone and loads of activities throughout the park to keep everyone busy. Looking forward to going back again in October and will be booking again next year. Thanks Jet2 and Magic Robin Hood for another great holiday, Lodge 2027

Awful place avoid at all costs the…

Awful place avoid at all costs the place is filthy rooms not cleaned bedding not changed we caught folicalitus out of the dirty pools all got sickness and diarrhoea from the food unpleasant staff really ignorant waste of money

Bad food and WiFi

A good resort for a family holiday with the kids. There are loads of activities to do with a great aqua park and pools. What really brought my scoring down on this resort was the food, the food was really poor. The Golden Arrow buffet was appalling the food was not good quality and I would have preferred to eat school dinners then eat the food from this buffet.The food truck served us a raw hamburger and there was never a different selection on that food truck but the same menu day in and day out. The walls are quite thin in the cabins and I could hear our neighbour throwing up in the toilet. The WiFi was extremely poor with a constant in and out of connection and you wouldn’t to be able to keep connection for a long period of time max 5 minutes. Make sure you bring loads of data as the WiFi is not reliable at all.

We went here for 4 nights

We went here for 4 nights, my poor friend however had to endure 10. Between us 8.5k spent. It was THE Worst holiday I have ever been on. Drunk disgusting clients with feral children. Dirty rooms, people getting sick, broken glass everywhere just left for days and the icing on the cake the raw sewage bubbling out underneath the cabin or rather dodgy caravan as is the case. Staff are rude and lazy. There were three glasses on the table when we arrived on Monday when we were leaving to go they were still there. The food is hideous all low end crap and the drinks worse, watered down orange juice sour milk. Vomit left on path outside buffet. Save your money this place is so missold
