Well I ordered a t-shirt on 6th December my son desperately wants thinking it would be such a wonderful surprise for Christmas! So I ordered in plenty of time to allow for Christmas post…..So excited about this top it was a little more than I’d usually spend on a top but he so wanted it paid for 3 day delivery service still NO TOP AND NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL! I’m going to ring them again after a few no answer calls but I’ve lost hope of my son getting this top from Santa 😢 and I’m down £50…..of course I’ll update for any potential customers if I do receive my order I’ll still be dissatisfied with the time it’s taken but atleast I’ll be able to say I have it and review quality

Today I have been subjected to repeated harassing emails from this company claiming they had sent me TWO sets of the item I ordered. I explained I’d only received one but they insisted there is two in the (very small) box my husband has already wrapped up for Xmas. They then insisted I’d need to post the second set back (if it even exists). I explained I am disabled and can’t manage crowds and busy post offices especially at this time of year so they’d need to send a courier. I then received an even more aggressive and accusatory email from the Manager saying I’d upset her staff member and chastising me like I was a child. In all my years of internet shopping I have never come across such rude and unprofessional staff. I feel physically ill with stress from the bombardment of messages. Despite the interesting stock this store has, I will never shop here again.

Having opened the box I was sent there was only ONE item inside as per what I had paid for. Yet I doubt I will receive an apology from the bullies running this store. I’ve a good mind to publish all of my (polite and NOT rude or aggressive) messages to this store to shame them for lying. The arrogant and dishonest comment from the store manager below reeks of ableism and defensiveness. I would laugh if it wasn’t so distressing to be falsely accused and hounded in this way.

Bought from this vendor twice now and everything was up to scratch. Got what I ordered, and they are fast at processing orders and despatching them.

Absolutely brilliant, first time ordering from here and the product I ordered came in perfect condition, top quality products on this website. As soon as I ordered I received an invoice, and with this I kept getting updated all the way which was very good. Delivery came faster then expected. Extreme fast delivery anyway. Highly recommend anyone to order from here.

This was my first time using this company and all the reviews I read were true, I ordered two mego figures The Nun and Ghostface on the 1st of November and delivery was expected in 4 to 5 days , I received an email the same say saying they had been dispatched and they arrived on the 3rd November so super fast delivery plus they were in a sturdy box and very well wrapped and the carded figures were in mint condition, A1 service all round, I would recommend this company and look forward to using them again .

ordered a chucky seed of chucky doll, came 2 days later . packaged amazingly , incredible condition looked great. 5 stars definitely recommend this company !!!

My experience was brilliant never ordered from Mad about horror before so was a bit worried what i was going to get ive seen loads of Mike myer masks that are a total joke but when this arrived ..... Wow !!! Very pleased would use again .

Strangest shopping experience I’ve ever had, I’ve been buying from them for a while as my daughter collects horror merch & then recently I receive an email from them saying I owe them £91 for orders I’ve already received & £143 for pre orders I’ve already paid for because apparently I’d been getting unauthorised discount because of a glitch, I was slightly annoyed to say the least that I was suddenly being asked to pay £234 for items I’d already paid for however I accepted this so called glitch at their end and paid them then within an hour after paying I then get another email that said oh we’ve made another mistake and you actually owe us another £51. I rang them to query this & ask because after paying for ALL items both received and pre orders I’ve now suddenly being asked to pay £285 which I couldn’t afford and had to get into debt to pay this unexpected bill, i very hesitantly paid the extra £51 on top of the £234 they originally claimed I owed and once this was paid never received any response in a way of thanks for understanding THEIR mistake and paying,
All in all a very very strange shopping experience that I won’t be in a rush to repeat…

within hours of the above review going live I received an email from Claire at mad about horror about my review to which I replied telling her how shocked I was at how unprofessional it was to send an email to a customer in response to a trustpilot review . I was awaiting one more pre order from all the pre orders mentioned in my review which was due to be shipped any day but because Claire didn’t like my honest review she told me in her email that shes cancelled my order, just another example of her unprofessional attitude. If I could give no stars I would.

Order 460352 delivered as advertised, very pleased with the service and delivery times.
The website and filters can be very difficult to navigate on mobile so had to use a PC to place an order.
Would definitely recommend

Another amazing delivery , great packaging, quick delivery and excellent condition products!!! Have to go back for more!
