Brought a Neca full scale bride of chucky chucky doll but it arrived with its hair falling out, so had it exchanged for another but that one had defects too, mark on face, right eye didn't move and mark on left eye ( also hair falling out ),
So sent ot back for a refund and only got part refund due to them insisting it wasn't repacked by me correctly, claimed it was put in box upside down etc which wasn't true. So won't be using again.
