I recently had an issue with an order and the support team handled everything incredibly fast, professional and friendly. A special thank you to Tracey from Customer Care for the excellent support and smooth communication throughout the whole process.
The replacement arrived very quickly and the entire experience honestly made me even more convinced of the brand. It’s rare to see customer service at this level nowadays.
Really impressed — both with the products and the people behind the brand. Highly recommended.

Outstanding From Start to Finish
Customer service are second to none from start to finish. There returns and communication are phenomenal as I needed to contact them regarding a recent order and the items being too big but already took the tags off.
I received a reply straight away and the first thing in the morning (less than 12 hours) and was instructed to post the items back. As soon they received confirmation they had been returned I received a refund instantly. I can’t recommend them enough!
