Luxury Promise is great for preloved and new luxury items.

I agree 100% with other reviews on their terrible customer service. I first followed them many years ago when they started their business and purchased a few things, their customer service was great and friendly. But recently when i tried to get some enquiries on an item, i had to chased them SEVERAL TIMES. Bad response rate and still no update (its been months). Why have a whatsapp contact and email when you don't bother responding and make your customer chase? Having a larger team but your customer service is even worse now.

For that reason alone, I'm not motivated to purchase from them at all.

Have tried on 2 separate occasions to sell my Saint Laurent bags. Have emailed 3 times over the course of 6 weeks but no follow up.
Wouldn’t recommend - I have friends who have used this company and wouldn’t recommend due to customer service and high prices compared to other preloved bag sites.

My second purchase with them after a few years. Their customer service got WORSE. They are rude, ignore you, do not give you what you pay for.

They do NOT do next day delivery. I have no idea why they say they do. I ordered Thursday and it came Tuesday the next week.

My first order came without box and dust bag as promised. They would not compensate me, as you understand the value of a designer bag is in its original boxing too. Instead they send me a crusty box which DID NOT match the original bag.

They are not keen to help. But they have time for 1000 lives a day?!

There is a 1-2 day delay in getting a reply. They can’t reserve items, so if they don’t reply to you in time your item could sell out.

Just stay away honestly. I regret giving them my custom. Other luxury resellers are so much better and this is why LP will never be better than some others coming up - as they won’t fix their horrible customer service. Their competitors are so much better than them at this.

I love Luxury Promise! The live shows are really fun and very entertaining, even if I’m not planning to buy at that time. I believe they go to great lengths to check authenticity and will not sell any item they are not 100% sure about - that’s really important to me. I’ve purchased a few things including two Hermes bags and a Chanel brooch - all were packed really well and arrived exactly as described. Last week I purchased a Kelly to Go from the New York location and shipping was fast and all taxes/duties paid (I am in the UK) - and Isabel in NYC was really helpful and responsive. If I was being critical I think occasionally the condition of an item might be overstated, so do look closely at the images to make sure you know what you’re getting, but otherwise I’m really happy with everything I’ve bought and look forward to making my next purchase.

Purchased my first vintage Chanel bag after lots of research. Was so nervous that condition may not be as described but I am so pleased. Outside is immaculate. WhatsApp chat was helpful for tracking updates. Thank you - will buy again!

I have ordered quite a few items from Luxury Promise and overall, am not that impressed to be honest. They need to recheck their item description on website and live streams when advertising a product and give the customer full insight into condition as this is not always the case. One of my items was a YSL blazer and upon receiving, size was totally different than what had been shown and advertised and in one of the pockets was a used hair bobble and a tissue!! Surely this should have been checked before sending out. Second item was an LV toiletry pouch which again was not as advertised and upon receiving, zipper metal tooth was completely rusted and the chrome plating was peeling from the zipper runner and puller resulting in me having to pull out even more money and taking it to a professional luxury bag repair shop and basically having the pouch completely renovated as it was in such a state! Totally unacceptable when I had already paid a high price for it (much more than what a lot of other preloved sellers charge). This was not pointed out on live stream. The third item was a Celine pouch that again had to be taken to get repaired due to the inside condition with tears. This too was not disclosed. The fourth item was a pair of Chanel earrings that had scratches all over them and had clearly been damaged and repaired by whoever previous owner was resulting in non Chanel parts being used to fix them. Yet again, this was not disclosed. And unfortunately because I live out of UK, I was unable to return due to their company policy which I think is disgraceful when customers are paying large amounts of money for very poor quality items and are then having to fork out even more money to get these issues fixed!!! I have even witnessed broken earrings being sold in live streams and then being pointed out by viewers that the earrings were broken, to which the host acted like she was unaware. Are your items not quality checked before selling? Surely this should be standard procedure. This is false advertising and not how a professional company should conduct themselves. I think they charge way over for what they are selling, including adding close to an extra £1000 to their pricing on products being sold through them. I shop preloved items regularly and from other reputable resellers and what they charge is acceptable, but unfortunately this does not apply to Luxury Promise including high international shipping fees which again, other preloved sellers only charge a fraction of that, if not free international shipping. I just feel this company is only out to get as much money as they can and do not care about the customers as much as they claim to! I totally understand companies need to make money to cover business costs etc, but I feel they way overcharge with not so great quality to show for it. Sorry, but I would rather purchase preloved from other professional well known sellers who don’t advertise products falsely and only think of money signs and where you actually get good quality items!!

The item I ordered was not as described on the website. The item also had a stain while the product page listed the item having no stains. Also, the customer should be fully refunded price paid including shipping for website errors.

I love this company you can afford all luxury authentic brand. I have bought so many luxury item from them .
